Excelente hostel !

La ubicación es excelente , está a metros de la estación del metro Rossio. La cual conecta el aeropuerto y también si venís en tren de otra ciudad. En los alrededores hay un montón de cosas para hacer. La gente del hostel es muy amable. Y podes dejar las valijas después del horario del check out sin costo alguno. Me sentí muy cómoda

El tamaño de la habitación es bastante pequeño cuando están las 4 personas en la habitación.

Очень хорошее расположение в самом центре рядом с метро Rossio. Очень удобно, что ванна-туалет в каждой комнате свои. Несмотря на прохладную погоду в номере было тепло. Окно комнаты выходило во двор и было очень тихо. Удобно, что можно оставить вещи до вечера после выезда. Завтраком не пользовалась, т.к. он с восьми утра, а я покидала хостел до этого времени. Полотенце и замок на ящик для вещей за дополнительную плату.

Нет полочки для своих принадлежностей в душе - это было неудобно.

A hostel budget but a top hotel experience

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and modern. It is central and walking distance to many attractions and popular neighborhoods!

The shower had dark mildew in the corners that need recaulking but otherwise the bathroom was nice.

Situated in an excellent area with very kind staff. Breakfast could be more variable.

Very good

Best location with shops, restaurants and tourist attractions around. Our room is clean, each bed equipped with own light and usb charger so you can rest in bed comfortably to organize next day’s itinerary. WiFi connection is good. No complaint. The only thing is during the first night of our stay, there was gas cut due to smoking and no hot water supply until the next day afternoon. So don’t smoke in the hotel, it will definitely ruin your (and others’) trip.

perfect for exploring Lisboa

We were here for only two nights, so we did not have much time. Therefor we choose this very clean and perfect located hostel. we could walk everything, like: Alfama, Bairro Alto, train station to Sintra. Super friendly and helpful staff. We had a private room, it was very basic, but perfect for us. as you will only sleep there. we could store our luggage as we had a flight at 10 pm.

가성비도 괜찮고 시설도 전반적으로 깨끗하며 방 안에 화장실이 있어 인원끼리만 화장실을 쓸수 있어 좋았습니다. 침대 아래 수납공간이 있는데 20kg 캐리어가 들어갈 정도로 넉넉합니다. 열쇠가 아닌 카드로 열고 다니는 방식이라 편하고 커튼으로 프라이버시를 지킬수 있어 좋습니다.

수납공간은 개인의 자물쇠가 필요합니다. 수건은 따로 받아야합니다.

Not good, will not return

The staff came abruptly to the room to scold me about check out being 11:00 when I stayed for a separate 2 night reservation which I mistakenly extended from Jan 26-Jan 27th thinking she wouldn’t impact my next booking with another demand of dramatic and unnecessary intensity about paying 5 euro extra to stay until 1pm for late check out. The cleaning staff banged loudly on the bathroom door as I was washing my face since they wanted to clean the bathroom at 11:25am. Even though my things were still inside the room until I finished in the bathroom, my belongings were taken from the bed/locker for the cleaning staff to clean. Which I saw that they did clean and make the bed/locker area. The unkind staff member who was aggressive attempted to demand 5 euro even though I had left the room shortly after the other more awesome staff who helped me with my bag, Rivis, came to let me know to come to the reception afterwards to confirm my new reservation. But this other staff took effort to create the same aggressive and hostile environment send told me to pay 5 euro since I didn’t bring the key exactly at 11am. She said « rules are rules » and other antagonist things as I was trying to check in. But while checking out she seemed like she didn’t want to honor or use my new reservation I made separately. This staff canceled my extended reservation and then after charging my card, knowingly for the amount of the booking, blamed booking.com for cancellation and charging me. After contacting booking.com about this, the staff did not apologize or show any remorse for outright not telling the truth. She purposely did not allow me to go into the room saying the system was down only to charge my card and cancelled as I was waiting to check in after the system came back up. The staff became aggressive and because I backed away slowly and did not engage in combative or aggressive manner as she was, she threatened to call the police.

Als Stadthotel, in dem man sich nur zum Schlafen aufhält, sehr zu empfehlen.

Zentrale Lage. Ruhige, sehr gut schallisolierte Zimmer. Gastronomisches Angebot in nächster Nähe. Metro vom Flughafen 5 Minuten entfernt.

Gute Lage und Preisleistungsverhältnis

Ich war in einem only women 4 Bettzimmer -die Gardinen waren sehr praktisch, weil man dadurch mehr Privatsphäre hatte -Lage ist top! -Zimmer war stets sauber (meine Mitbewohnerinnen waren aber auch sehr rücksichtsvoll) -Polster war sehr angenehm :) -Bettwäsche waren inklusive

-Frühstück ab 8 finde ich sehr spät; ich musste es 2x skippen, weil ich früher schon raus musste -Frühstück war so la la, wenn man es nicht dazu bucht, verpasst man nichts! -meine Matratze hatte in der Mitte so ne Wölbung von viel herumliegen. Es braucht definitiv neue Matratzen -die Bettwäsche oder Matratze von dem Bett oberhalb von mjr hatte so gelbe Flecken :-/

Modernes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Perfekt für einen Städtetrip

Sehr gute Lage. Man ist direkt im Zentrum und am Busbahnhof. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Leider war es sehr hellhörig und es hat im Zimmer nach Abfluss gerochen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, was an sich kein Problem ist, aber es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank und damit war es schwer „aus dem Koffer“ zu leben.

Świetny hostel w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji

Lokalizacja i nowoczesność obiektu są bardzo zachęcające. Bardzo przyjazne wnętrza. Duży plus za zasłonki w łóżkach oraz samo ustawienie łóżek zapewniały prywatność. Przestronna łazienka, kosmetyki oraz świetny prysznic z deszczownicą. Przestrzeń na dole pozwalała na pracę na laptopie. Obiekt jest przy ulicy gdzie jezdzą tramwaje, ale było całkowicie cicho w pokoju.

Śniadanie bez szału, ale dobrze że było. Jadłam codziennie i dało się najeść.

Loved my stay

Very good location in the center, on a quiet street which means you can actually sleep well at night and even open the window. The common area is a real plus, clean and cosy. The room is also nice and very clean, with a nice view and small balcony. I had some work meetings to do there and it was great to have a small desk, chair and good wifi in the room.

They put lots of perfume in the room when you first check-in, and at some point you understand they do so because the bathroom has some sewer odors sometimes. Also, the "double bed" is actually two single beds put together ; one of the mattress was very comfy, one was horrible.

Inizialmente l'ostello sembrava sopra le aspettative, hall accogliente e posizione ottima

Ci siamo accorti che uno dei copri materassi era pieno di muffa, un grandissimo strato di muffa. Non hanno potuto cambiarci la stanza né sostituire il materasso. La ragazza è stata gentile e disponibile, resta il fatto che questo fa capire il grado di pulizia. Chissà da quanto era lì quella muffa.

High quality stay in very good location. I would definitely recommend staying in this hostel

Comfortable bed with curtain (which for me is very important to feel more private), each bed has it`s own light, outlet, and USB port and locker. 24/7 reception desk and easy check-in/check-out at any time of the day or night (I checked in at 2 am). You can enter/exit hostel any time. In general super clean and nice-looking place giving 'fancy hostel vibes'. Perfect location right in the city center close to all the sites, facilities and metro

Excelente experiencia

Mi primera vez en un hostel compartiendo habitación y la experiencia ha sido excelente. Me alojé en habitación femenina. Todo genial! Limpieza impecable, todos los días hacen el baño. Las camas muy cómodas. La ubicación perfecta. El personal súper amable.

Falta nevera y microondas en zonas comunes. Hubiese sido perfecto.
