Un peu cher , manque d'entretien

Au niveau de l'emplacement c'est prêt de tout , il est vraiment très bien placé au centre de Lisbonne Il y a une machine à laver et un lave vaisselle ce qui est appréciable et le nécessaire pour pouvoir manger et petit dejeuner ainsi qu'une hotte filtrante .Il est très bien pour 4 personnes . Il est climatisé et possède des puits de lumière avec des ouvertures pour renouveler l'air . On peut étendre le linge aussi mais bof pour le balcon . La personne qui gère est super et répond très rapidement et n'hésite pas à se déplacer si besoin . Il ne manque pas de prise de courant et il y a le Wi-Fi. Il y a 3 télévisions mais on vient pas à Lisbonne pour regarder la télé.

Les climatiseurs étaient mal entretenus et sales . La salle de bain manquait d'un meuble de rangement soit sous l'évier soit un meuble ou des étagères d'angle ( il y a la place ). Les wc sont dans la salle de bain , on est pas fan ! La glace de la salle de bain était abîmée mais elle a était changée lors de notre départ. Il n'y a aucune notice pour le four ni la plaque en vitro et c'est dommage . Il manque 1 ou 2 rideaux occultant . Et le film occultant des portes vitrées est usé et incomplet nous avons du garder les volet fermé tout le séjours. La terasse ne sert pas car on est exposé au regard de tous ( cours fermée) et on reçoit l'air des clims ainsi que les mégots jetaient par les fenêtres. Si vous êtes plus de 4 , vous devez dormir dans le salon ,le canapé à été compliqué à ouvrir , la rue est bruyante mais ça on s'en doutait mais ce fut compliqué avec les voisins du dessus on entendait tout, si vous avez un sommeil léger c'est à éviter. La table de la salle à manger est très abîmée sur le dessus et certaines chaises aussi . Cela manque d'entretien !! Je m'attendais à mieux vu les photos et le prix !! Et pour finir pour ouvrir les portes si internet ou votre opérateur à un bug vous avez l'option clavier qui marche bien à l'extérieur mais celui de l'intérieur nous a posé des problèmes , heureusement que une partie de la famille était dedans . Tout cela ne nous a pas empêcher d'apprécier Lisbonne , mais je le voyais autrement sur les photos , vu le tarif aussi...

Great location if that’s your primary criteria but overall not impressed with the unit.

The location was excellent however the fact that it is only accessible by foot or by taxi made it inconvenient to get in and out

The photos of the property appear to be taken when the property was first renovated which was probably over 10 years ago. The property has significantly deteriorated since then. And they also use pictures of other units in the building which make it appear bigger than it is. But the part which was most disappointing was that A. They only provide small samples of soap and body wash that last for the first day or two. You are expected to go purchase your own after that. B. There is mold and mildew in the bathroom.

Gorgeous!!! Fab location, clean, safe and really great team of staff available over whatsapp for any quick questions.

The property is situated mid way up a very steep hill. Fantastic location and fabulous if no issues with walking/fitness/ but certainly something to be aware of!

everything. location is superb. plonk in the centre of everything. on the street of the famous Bica yellow tram. really well kitted out. had a terrace too. perfect.

Nice apartment to go with friends

It's a nice apartment to go with your friends. The location was very good, in a nice street with a good atmosphere. There are AC in each room, so that's pretty good in summer.

The terrace was very small and full of air conditioner machines, also too close to the rest of the apartments windows, so we didn't use it.

Location was great, the house was a easy to find and the place was lively. But...

Unfortunately we encountered some bugs in one of the bedrooms in the apartment. Contacted the host and he told us its common to have spiders during summer, which we were not informed of before stay. And the bugs we found were actually bedbugs which bit two of us. We asked the host to send someone to come over and fix the problem, but noone could be sent, he then offered us a place to stay which was not as close or meeting up to our expectations, so we asked for a return. In return the host was very rude and and inconsiderate and refused to give us back the money. It was the worth experience we've encountered.

Convenient location but not well maintained

Very convenient location and fair price. Good air-conditioning.

Flats are only available at 4 pm and there is no where to leave your luggage in the building. Inaccessible by car so not a good choice if you have a lot of luggage because many stairs to climb. Flats are not well maintained e.g. toilet board loose, skirting board fallen off, no TV in one of the bedrooms etc.

It didn’t look like the images advertising the property. Quite shabby. The pillows were very poor quality - thin, lumpy and so uncomfortable. The noise from the flat upstairs kept us awake. For the price, we would have expected better quality.

Run down and overpriced

Decent location

Surly cleaners walking around apartment for 30 minutes after we checked in at 4pm. Broken extractor fan and mouldy bathroom. Internet didn't work. No kettle,.microwave, or even pots and pans so impossible to cook etc. Bars outside and people drinking and shouting until 4am. Everything was old, worn out and badly in need of a refurb. Nowhere to leave luggage despite the very late check in time. Worst issue was I paid for breakfast but staff repeatedly told me I didn't (even after I send them confirmation email from booking.com.confirming that I did). So wasted my time arguing with someone who ultimately dismissed me, and I didn't get what I paid for. All the usual problems you see when an agency manages multiple properties in the same building - clearly the remit is to extract as much money as possible without spending the necessary on maintaince or staff. Much worse that other places in Lisbon I've stayed in for a comparable amount of money.

the space and the location was great.

very noisy from the apartment above. the cleaning company started to clean above our apartment at 830 pm. was too noisy and really disturbing. no daily cleaning was provided.

Worse appartment ever

The olcation very difficult to reach, especially with children. The flat very dirty. Bad internet connection. Uncomfortable beds. Worse place I have ever stayed.

Good Location

This apartment was well located and clean. The owner of the flat was quick to respond when I messaged him. Apartment equipped with the basics. WIFI connection good

In the evening it’s very noisy and difficult to sleep there are a number of bars below and noise continues till 2am. Apartment should provide extra pillows and blankets, pillow supplied is very flat. No extra toilet paper.
