I had an excellent day Erin and Bill communicated really well and the main street stay was immaculate and has good energy! Erin provided lots of tourist information about where to go for sightseeing, restaurants, shopping, etc. I completely recommend staying here! This was a memorable trip and I will come back again!

Erin’s place was a perfect spot to base a weekend in Dunedin. Super clean and cute and in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. You can walk everywhere or take a short drive to the beach. I also really appreciated nice linens and a comfortable bed—stuff you can’t tell from the online listing!!!

Dunedin is an adorable town with lots of eateries, sweeteries, wine bars, craft shops and live music. Great walking/biking train nearby, too. All of this is within steps of this VRBO , making it a perfect place to spend a few days seeing games at nearby Spring Training ballparks. Interior is comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. Erin has created a memorable getaway destination!

Communication with Erin was great. Was nice to be advised of parking considerations for the craft fair going on the weekend of our stay. And, the follow-up that everything was OK.
Unit itself was as described, clean, and tidy. Ducking in and out right off Main was pretty cool.
Bed was comfortable for us, great shower, and nice kitchen area too. But, frankly, with all the local coffee shops and places to eat, we only used the fridge to keep some cold water.
Location is great for hanging out in Dunedin; walking distance for all the action. This was our second stay in the area and like what it has to offer so quite likely we'll be back again. When that time comes we'll definitely be checking availability on this place.
Two thumbs up!

Clean and Cozy with great location!
This was a very pleasant stay! The apartment is adorable, clean, and comfy. It truly looks just like the pictures in the listing. Everything was clean, check-in was a breeze, and the owner messaged during our stay to see how things were going. The walkability of this location is superb! There are so many adorable shops, cafes, bars, etc within walking distance - even the marina was a short walk away. The bar below (Flanagan's) is a cool little spot and never got too noisy during our stay. We didn't even need to use the white noise machine that is thoughtfully placed in the bedroom or the earplugs in the kitchen drawer. Honeymoon Island and the ferry to Caladesi Island are a very quick 10 minute drive away. There is a mall and plenty of restaurants and stores right outside of the downtown area. We personally enjoyed the breakfast at Ohana Cafe (lots of healthy and gluten-free options!) -5 minute drive-, lunch at The Living Room -just on the corner from the vrbo- , and drinks at Flanagan's downstairs. Chelsea's Cashew Creamery was a delicious treat of dairy free ice cream just a short walk down the street (tucked back to the side on a side street - keep an eye out for it!) We very much enjoyed our time here! One thing to keep in mind is there is a flight of stairs to get to the room - no other access that I was aware of.

Mostly excellent
Very clean, excellent provisions and great location. Did not care for the amount of stairs for access (age 77, spouse75) especially with large cooler. Bed ownly queensize so it was small for us (I'm big man). Would have preferred dresser in br. Temperature control in living area difficult.

Weekend Getaway
Great location in this adorable town! Beautifully decorated nice space. I only rated overall 4 stars as I should have listened to reviews.
1. If you are a light sleeper staying above a bar will limit your sleep well into the morning. Think thumping, muffled voice and emptying of garbage at 2:00am.
2. I only give 5 stars when the bed is comfortable and pillows allow for a good nights sleep. This one creaks and moans with each movement. It’s the box spring. A few more pillows that hold their shape for sleeping would be helpful.
3. A shelf/bench in shower for shaving and supplies would be helpful.
A few additional items above and enough wine at the bar below and you have a 5 star VRBO.
The owners communicated and the check in and out was easy! Thanks for sharing your vrbo.

Sweet spot for short stay
I was in town for 2 days to visit an old college buddy & it was great to be close to downtown Dunedin. It was easy to get in and out with no parking issues. The hosts were very communicative throughout our stay. No hassles.

Absolutely perfect!
My wife and I came down to spend a few days in Dunedin. We love the town and honeymoon island. This location was absolutely perfect right above Flanagan's and in the heart of town. We didn't find the music disturbing at all, could barely hear it. The place was absolutely perfect clean and modern. We will definitely stay here again. Great value!

Hidden Gem
Super clean and has everything you need for a great stay. Perfect location to everything we wanted to experience: Clearwater, Honeymoon Island, and a swamp tour. Coffee shops, great eats, and low-key atmosphere make for a relaxing stay. Parking was free and easy to find. Host is fantastic. She reached out to make sure we were happy after our first night, answered our questions so promptly, and was just so nice. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!
PS-the sounds machine in the bedroom is a perfect touch!

Perfect location!
Absolute perfect location! Walking distance to TD Bank Stadium to watch a baseball game, all the shops and restaurants within walking distance, and Honeymoon Island was just a short drive away. This was our first sans children getaway since 2019 and we thoroughly enjoyed everything Dunedin had to offer.

What's not to love?!
Beautiful, immaculate, comfortable with solicitous amenities. Most gracious host easily available by phone. Quoting Douglas MacArthur: "I shall return" :-)
4.0 / 10.0
The apartment is spacious and open. Freshly painted. The bar downstairs was no issue either. The music ends at 12. If it were not for the sofa/bed this rating would be higher. I was very disappointed that it was old and not fit for anyone who wants to sleep.. For that reason , it really is a place for two people, and that means kids as well. If it’s just 2 of you, go for it.
