About this house rental

The Guest House is a newly renovated building that was once an art studio. It has one bedroom with twin beds and a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room. All of the appliances are new including a French door refrigerator with ice-maker. It has a separate utility room with washer, dryer and storage. The living room has an electric fireplace. There is a new central air conditioner. Linens, towels, beach towels, dishes, pots and pans and small appliances are provided. The private outside yard has a patio and barbeque grill. There is a separate building that has beach chairs, bikes, a cooler and a wagon to pull to the beach. It is less than a block to the beach and there is a free parking lot at the end of the street should you choose to drive.

This place was bright and cheery. Though small, it seemed roomy and was very comfortable for the two of us. It was a short, three minute walk to a beach access and was just off N. Atlantic Ave., or A1A, so it was easy to get to places. The locarion behind the other place on the property gave it a real sense of privacy. We’re definitely coming back.

Loved being within walking distance to the beach, less than 5 mins! We were able to watch 4 launches too, just walk down to the beach. Our rental was very clean and well equipped, we enjoyed the patio and outdoor patio. A big thank you to our hosts!!!

We really enjoyed our visit to the guest house and Sandy was easy to work with during our stay. The house offered lots of extra kitchen and grilling supplies. We enjoyed daily walks thru super nice neighborhoods and stopping at the beach, just a block to the ocean. Lots to see including Spacex launches.

This property was PERFECT!!!!! We stayed in Cocoa Beach to attend a funeral in Melbourne. We extended our stay for a few days and certainly enjoyed the unit we rented. Sandy (owner) was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. Since we were there during hurricane Nicole, Sandy kept us updated regarding the unit, electric conditions. This unit was again absolutely perfect for us. A block and 1/2 from beach, chairs, bikes all available for use, awesome restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this unit - but I hope you aren’t in it when we come back to FL. I really would like to rent it for the winter. 😬😜

1 block to the beach. Sandy had out little cottage clean and stocked with fresh sheets and towels. Spotlessly clean. She also had anything that we’d need for a day at the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Very cute place. Pillows a little on lumpy side. Also one side of sofa the stuffy was lumpy too. I wouldn't recommend 4 adults, maybe 2 adults with 2 kids. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Really nice to have washer and dryer. Otherwise very GREAT place!

My week long stay here was wonderful! 5 min walk to the beach. The shed is full of beach gear, all that you need for days on the beach. Sheets and bedding were clean and smelled nice. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking.

Such a cute cottage! Enjoyed relaxing in the yard and cooking supper on the grill! The host, Sandy,had everything you will need, except your clothes! Close proximity to groceries, restaurants and even Dollar General. A short walk to the beach. We had a great time!

Just as described, Sandy and Husband were so helpful . This property is is private, near beach, just the right size for My Husband and I to stay for a month. Hated to leave. Would have booked for next year but was already reserved. I am so grateful and happy that My husband and I had this vacation together as he unexpectedly passed away shortly after getting home. Please do not hesitate on this property!

The owner Sandy had everything there we needed. It’s about 2 block walk to the beach. Sandy had beach chairs and several beach towels. Whenever I had a question she responded immediately. Our only suggestion would be to take the twin beds out of the only bedroom and put a queen size bed in there. The couch does pull out to a bed but we hated to pull that out make it up and then put it away the next morning. So my husband and I slept in twin beds.Not a big deal. We were there just a week. We would book it again.
