Tutto. Staff, alloggio e colazione.

Filippo was very kind and welcoming. He also arranged some gluten free alternatives for celiacs.

Very welcoming host and a nice apartment. It's also not far from the main street and restaurants.

Location near Via Duomo, in the old city center, easy to park.
The host, Filippo was very kind.
The beds, not really comfortable. Pillows too much used.
The breakfast first day was not meeting expectations as pictures in Booking (no eggs, no jam or salami...). We communicated with Fillipo and he fixed it for next breakfast.
7.0
The breakfast was adequate, location was fine, liked being in the old part of town. A good local restaurant nearby and friendly advice from Phillipo.
The shower was tiny, had very little water pressure and took a very long time to heat up. Was disappointing.

Quite part of town. Good size room. Kind host.

The only thing we did like was the location close to the cathedral.
I am surprised about the excellent reviews. We were asked to pay before we were even shown our room. The room on the top floor was very small, had no chairs and was only accessible over a steep DIY staircase with difficult irregular steps. The wall to the neighbouring room was so thin that we heard the snooring of the occupant.
Breakfast was not an encouraging affair. We were left to sit at a table whilst Filippo was busy on his computer. Only when we asked whether we could have some coffee, did he get up to look after us.

nice appartment
room smelled a little musty but it was ok. old opened bottles were in the fridge.

the view from the room
very cold breakfast room (We had to wear down jackets), no nice coffee (for being in Italy!), shower didn’t work well, cold water after some minutes, it‘s all in all an acceptable B&B but still the worst in our 14 days stay…

We were satisfied with the location, the room has a nice sea view. The landlord was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast with variety of sweet Sicilian pastry in the guest house. Parking was available in front of a small pizzeria (great pizza and very friendly staff).

The check-in process was great, the hosts was very flexible. The beds and view from the balcony were great. Wifi was also good.
The mini bar was not cleaned up and smelly. The shower water didn't flush and there was barely any hot water, rather warm for 2 (out of 4) people.

Great reception and help from the very begining, nice and helpful owner who speaks English, convenient location, free parking on the road next to the apartment, nice restaurant around (Le Boccerie - the best pizza we have ever eaten), that was reccommended by the host, clean room, comfortable matresses, good looking interior with an Italian feeling - especially reception and breakfast room, tasty breakfast in good price
Nothing
Greetings for Filippo, who was a great host during our stay :)

Philip gave us a very detailed instruction before our arrival and easy to find the place (with free parking on the street). The location is really good in the old town (just besides the Duomo) and BnB is really lovely. The small balcony had the sea view while the the breakfast has good selection as well.

Stylish place, stylish host. Breakfast with candles - amazing.

really nice host, very helpful with everything you may need

Warm welcome. Amiable, helpful, and very responsive staff.
The room was clean and had everything we needed.
Typical Italian breakfast in a very cozy dining room with various sweet delights and tasty coffee.
Long waiting time for hot water under the shower is activated using the sink simultaneously. The owner said that it will be fixed.
The room description had a garden view, but our window was facing the wall.

B&B is located in a quiet street in Agrigento. Quietness at night gauranteed. The property is well renovated to host guests, except that it does not have a lift to haul up your luggages. Love the wooden staircase.
We stayed in a Quad and Twin room on the top floor. The Quad room is more like a duplex, great! Really made it a novel experience. A balcony in the Quad room overlooked Agrigento rooftops and the distance to the sea below.
Bathroom was clean with plentiful towels and toiletries.
Room featured a mini bar, if you like that sort of thing just in case. There was even a small coffee machine. I never expected this in a B&B.
Breakfast is the standard cold cuts and dessert, no hot food. Host will prepare coffee and tea for you.
Host was welcoming and clearly cares a lot about his property. Host explained to us what to see, do and eat in Agrigento. Maps were provided.
Nothing at all. If I could pick on one thing, it's the shower doors. They do not slide easily and you have to pull them a lot. Shower is small.
