This is a well maintained rental property. The house was exactly as described, very clean and had many potions to help with making meals and keeping young men busy. Corey was very responsive when contacted and insisted on us not hesitating to contact him with any issues or concerns as he had a team that could help address problems. All in all a great week, close to a number of beaches.

Fabulous location for any activity on PEI or just enjoy the solitude. Cory was a great communicator and responded well to concerns. Large open home but needs to have some TLC AND IT WOULD BE 5 star.
4.7
This is a great family house on a beautiful island. It easily sleeps 8 adults plus 2 children. The beds were very comfortable. Great kitchen; we love to cook and made breakfast every morning plus steamed PEI mussels and sautéed island scallops for dinner one night. Great TV room, family room, dining room. I strongly recommend. You will love it.

The property is ideal for an extended family stay for a wedding! It has a beautiful view and the home is large, but cozy! My daughter had some of her wedding photos taken here! Cory is very communicative and helpful.
He even offered to help us find a babysitter for my grandchildren! We really enjoyed our stay and wished we had another day to just hang out at the property!

The most beautiful place I have ever stayed on the island and I’ve been coming here to see my family for the past 42 years of my 48 years of my life!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Thank you, Cory!!!!

We planned for 7 days however due to the impending hurricane (Lee), we decided to leave 2 days early and move inland to Vermont. Property is very well appointed and the pictures are accurate. I rated an overall 4 because there are a few areas that required some maintenance however overall a great property and well positioned to other parts of the island. Cory was very responsive to any of our questions.

The pictures. description and reviews convinced us we had the perfect location and property to host our family for the celebration of our 50th anniversary.
The house served its purpose and we had room to spread out. However, there were far too many minor difficiencies for us to rate it a 5 Star property. Even though various amenities were listed, the bikes arrived almost a week late, the kayaks were very old and we opted not to test their seaworthiness and there was no canoe. The hot tub was unreliable.
On the plus side, Cory was responsive and easy to communicate with.
A highlight was the daily presence of an adult and juvenile bald eagle. They were magnificent.
When Mother Nature cooperated, the sunsets were impressive. We would have appreciated knowing in advance that both seaweed and mosquitoes could be problematic.

Pictures are accurate. Lovely home and lot. Well equipped and clean. The owner, Cory, was very accessible and answered all enquiries quickly. The beach front is rocky as described however our older grandchild loved exploring there.
4.7
The check in process was easy and Cory was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay.
The house was clean on our arrival and there was plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 teens.
Stairs to access water were fixed while we were there but we didn’t have kayaks for use. Wasn’t a huge issue for us but if that’s important to you it’s worth checking they are there.
Would be nice to have some instructions on arrival regarding recycling, garbage collection, hot tub, etc. but as I mentioned host was quick to answer our inquiries as they came up.
Overall a great family vacation!

Exactly as advertised, clean, really nice. And Corey was easy to contact when we had questions.

We spent a week on PEI at this home. It was wonderful. The location was great, allowed us to get around the island and check out lots of different places. It was nice being so close to the National Park entrance and we enjoyed the Canada Day celebration in North Rustico. The house was great. It had everything we needed and the views of the water at sunset were beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub. Cory was responsive and we had great communication. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Could not have asked for a better way to celebrate the beginning of retirement. Spent a week with our two children and their spouse (and a dog). Plenty of room to easily accommodate everyone in this spacious property. Everything was A+, including the weather. Thank you Cory for providing the opportunity to enjoy a family vacation to remember!
4.7
The property was everything our group needed with lots of space for everyone and ease of access to many activities in the area.
4.7
House was nice. Hot tub was unavailable. Road in was horrible. Some problem with the door keypad. Owner responded quickly to bring paper supplies.
4.7
This was such a great stay. There was plenty of room inside the house for everyone, and the kids spent so much time outside exploring and enjoying the grounds. The best shell collecting we did was on the beach behind the house. I appreciated Cory's dedication to great communication and making sure the house was ready for us. If we come back to PEI, I would definitely stay here again, it was one of the highlights of the trip.
4.7
Lovely property, great stay. Owners were very quick to answer all questions.
Very comfortable. Loved the hot tub.

We came right after the hurricane went through and had a great stay. The house is very comfortable and spacious . Would definitely rent it again!
4.7
Considering fiona just hit PEI the owner went out of his way to make our stay very comfortable! Hope to be back again when PEI is up and running again! Amazing property and amazing house with everything you'd need and more. Thank you Cory for everything , hope to be back maybe next summer :)
4.7
We loved the house, the linens, and the easiness of the location to all the things we wanted to see in PEI as well. Cory was always responsive and helpful, sadly our trip was cut short due to the terrible hurricane Fiona. We would love to come back once things are back to normal.
We wish everyone well during the cleanup and restoration period from the storm.
4.7
It was an awesome holiday, a place where you can relax. We were a group of 7, it is large enough you can find a place to go off on your own if you like. About 15 - 20 min to beautiful beaches and golf.

We are former residents of PEI and love to vacation here. We have rented seaside vacation homes with family/friend vacations for over 30 years, extending down the eastern seaboard to the the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Our 6 adult children and theirs partners left today saying this was the best equipped beach property and best family vacation ever!
Cory is an outstanding host. He welcomed us on arrival, ensured that the hot tub was working properly and checked to be sure we had all of the supplies that we needed.
The kitchen is large, accommodates several ‘chefs’, and is extremely well-equipped. There is plenty of room at the counter and in the dining area, as well as a large outdoor ‘living room’ with a separate dining table and chairs.
There are 3 large main-floor living areas with comfy furniture for people to spread out/socialize, including a large den area with TV…perfect if some want to watch movies/play games while others visit.
There is a large main floor bathroom with laundry area. We really appreciated having a mudroom off the entry for storing beach gear and sports equipment
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, a full bathroom, abundant closet space and the principle bedroom has an ensuite with shower.
We made great use of the outdoor fire-pit (firewood supplied). There are also 2 kayaks available which we did not take advantage of. The property faces west and the sunsets over the bay were spectacular.
The location is excellent…central and convenient to several of the best north shore beaches, attractions and the city of Charlottetown.
Our party included 8 adult couples, a 5 week old infant and 2 dogs. We were made to feel very welcome. A pack and play for the baby was much appreciated.
This is an excellent property for a family group vacation. Its description and photos do not do it justice. We would love to return!

The stairway to the shore was unsafe so therefore couldn’t launch kayaks and paddle boards. Stairway at back of house also not in best shape. Being a senior citizen didn’t even try it. However house was great and met our needs.
The beds in the loft were accessed by rungs in a bedroom wall and reached through a trap door. Not for any but small children and still I would hesitate to put them there.
We enjoyed our stay and Cory was there to greet us. Perhaps he could leave a binder with info about local beaches, garbage day etc.
4.7
in some aspects (sliding doors need repair/maintenance, kitchen sink water pressure) this property is showing its age, but it offered our group everything we needed to celebrate a reunion of family. Terrific size and well-appointed guest and bath rooms! Great access to kayaks, bicycles and equipment. Property manager Cory was outstanding in responding to our needs before and during the stay!
4.7
The house is spacious for a large group. Big kitchen and eating area. Nice deck. Provide lots of towels and there’s two bikes and 2 kayaks. The beach is not a beach. It’s a rocky area full of seaweed - pretty but not a place you can hang out. It was in a convenient place for us near family. About 30 minutes from Charlottetown, 15 minutes from airport and beach is only 10 minute drive away. A few tweaks to the property would really bring it up a notch like fixing the screen doors, batteries in the tv remotes, bathtub ran very very slow in main bath and just updating a few kitchen items like baking sheet and frying pans. But the owner was very helpful when we had an issue. I would stay here again and our family enjoyed their first trip to PEI here at this property.
4.7
We enjoyed our stay. Great central location , convenient for day trips to the beach, Charlottetown and lots of local sites. The place was well appointed and the beds were comfy. Just what we needed.
4.7
The house was perfect for us, four couples. It had everything we needed with loads of common area. Cory, the host, replied promptly to messages I sent to him and when we requested a Keurig, a brand new one was on our step the next day. I would suggest maybe a welcome/info booklet with, for examples, wifi password, instructions for the TV/fibreop, how do access the beach area, or personal recommendations for dining and events. We love visiting PEI and would definitely book this house again. Thank you so much, Cory.
4.7
This is a great location and a very spacious home.
We were very comfortable there. The kayaks were fun.
The winter tenants had been hard on the house so there were some items that need attention for future renters.
Cory let us know that the house would be in tip top shape again
in the next 10 days.
4.7
This property has everything you need and is only a 20 minute drive to golf, shopping, restaurants and beaches.
4.7
We had a great family vacation here! The property was as listed - the house is an open concept with a very high ceiling, great views of the water and sunsets, lots of room in the kitchen and dining room, comfortable living room and TV room. The bedrooms had ample closet space, very comfortable beds and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The house is on a private cove, the water is great for kayaking, but the beach is very rocky and not as easy for beach walking. Checking in and out were easy and Cory was responsive to my questions about arrival and departure. There were a few listed items missing in the kitchen, e.g., coffee grinder, blender, but it wasn't a big deal and we didn't ask for them during our stay (but to his credit, Cory did check in at the end to find out if there was anything missing). It was very hot during the week and we appreciated the ceiling fans and heat exchanger for cooling. The hot tub was fun at night to watch the meteor showers! The road leading up to the house could use some work - very deep potholes, so go slowly!
But, overall, a great spot to get away!
4.7
We had a great time at this rental. It’s perfect for a family or multiple couples. We were about 10 min from Brackley beach and also close enough to some great places to eat. House was clean and well equipped. We would recommend!
4.7
Beautiful home with stunning views of Brackley Bay. Getting down to the bay is a little tricky as the property doesn't seem to directly border the bay. However, once you get down there with the kayaks, it's a wonderful paddle around MacMillian Point, past a little fishing village, towards the ocean. House was well-equipped and the hot tub was clean on arrival and a great way to relax. While I know hot tubs are notoriously difficult to maintain especially with a rental property, I don't think the hot tub was yet ready for regular use (filter at end of life, low chlorine levels). This could simply be because we came early in the season. Nevertheless, the rest of the house was wonderful: the beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything necessary, grill worked great, and kayaks were a great bonus. Two bedrooms have a little porch making for a nice relaxing way to end the evening.
4.7
Could use some extra blankets on cold nights. Provided absolutely everything else, and then just some notification on bin days would be great. The lobster in the compost was smelly!
4.7
This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didn't anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.
4.7
Great experience.
