The house and pool were fabulous. The grounds immaculate and the lake was an added bonus! The Park Shore area is so friendly. We did a lot of walking and the neighbours along the street and on adjacent streets would wave and always speak to us. So unexpected. Felt like home. The location is unbeatable! Close to everything so we didn't need to rent a car. We walked to the grocery store, the drug store, the beach as well as some nice restaurants. Also a quick Uber ride had us downtown, to the zoo and the shopping centre. Katrin & Lothar, the owners, were very responsive as was their property manager, Claudia. Highly recommend this house and location.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Naples. Pictures don't do it justice. Perfectly situated near the beach, restaurants, shopping and much more. The private beach access is extremely convenient as well! Communication with the property owner and management was great throughout. Highly recommend this home. A+

Quick summary: this is a top-notch property with many pluses. The booking was a little confusing in parts, but I would book here again without hesitation. The house itself is wonderful -- well-maintained outfitted (e.g. very clean; high quality kitchen equipment, bed and bath linens, furnishings both inside and poolside; dinnerware.) Lots of extras to make your stay comfortable: pool toys, beach chairs, beach pass to the neighborhood beach (read: nearby parking!!) Nice, convenient neighborhood. A local manager checks you in and out when you leave, which is very handy to show you around the house. She is also available for any issues. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen - a third is kept locked for the owner's office and stuff. Two full bathrooms with double sinks and roomy showers. The Wifi, HVAC, and pool worked quite well. Lots of TV channels. All well-maintained. Great location - near to beach, restaurants, shopping, west of Tamiami HWY. My only caution is that the booking here is a bit more complicated than other properties we've booked on VRBO, but this should NOT discourage you -- just note the details. Some costs I expect, such as an extra fee to heat the pool. The owner also charges a per-day utility fee, some of which might be reimbursed if you are efficient (we were, and got some back. No issue - I sympathize with the owner about guests who might over-use AC and not be careful leaving windows open, etc.) Others details: the "top line" listing says "sleeps four," but the base price is shown for two people -- additional people are additional daily charges. While this is indicated in the listing, avoid any confusion and reimbursement needs by contacting the owner and indicating when the "extra" people" will actually stay (my sisters were not there the entire time that my husband and I were, and we were reimbursed the difference.) Also: the owner is based in Europe. Paying through VRBO will incur foreign currency transaction fees with his bank, even if your own credit card has no foreign transaction fees. (I wish I had known that - we have other ways of paying for things overseas.) The renter is also charged VAT, which should not happen with a US citizen renting a property in the USA. VRBO should take the lead to facilitate an accurate billing system in such cases. One more thing: we bring tall beach chairs. Theirs are low sand chairs - seniors note! So -- we'd be very happy to book again.

This home has everything you need for a great vacation! The pool was a big reason we chose this property but it had so much more to offer. Private beach access, close to grocery stores, great dining and shopping nearby, beach toys and chairs provided, and immaculately clean! The owners and manager were wonderful to work with as well. Thank you for a much needed getaway!

We enjoyed this beautiful house on a lake with a pool. Reality as good or better than the pictures. Large 2 bedroom home super clean and with many nice upgrades and a great pool/lanai area overlooking a lake and lots of ducks. Very organized owner with everything needed including a pass to a private owners beach and parking. Plenty of restaurant choices and nearby shopping. The only drawback (and a minor one ) was there was only 1 TV that was a bit difficult to figure out. We were outside most of the time anyway. Our first time on the West Coast of FL and have no complaints. Thank you Lothar (0wner) and Claudia !

My husband and I rented this beautiful home and had a wonderful time. Upon check - in the home was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach with walking one week over 80 miles! The pool was lovely and watching the ducks in the water behind the home was soothing and enjoyable.

The villa is exactly as described; it was clean, comfortable, and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the private Park Shore Beach, and when we were at home, we had a lovely view of the lake. It was great for birdwatching.I am hoping to go back next year. A wonderful vacation!

This is a lovely house beautifully decorated and very clean. There is everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped with electrical appliances and glasses etc. The appliances are all excellent quality. We found plenty of beech towels and pool towels, our daughter even found a yoga mat in the garage.However it is the location that is exceptional. The views over the lake are stunning at all times of day, with plenty of bird-life to watch. The sun comes onto the pool area at about 10 am and stays there all day, the covered outside area also offers shade all day. The grounds are immaculate and it is peaceful around the whole lake. We stayed at this beautiful home in Naples for a week and simply loved it. The house has 3 large bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen, a beautiful pool and patio overlooking the lake and is only a short bike ride to the beach. I would highly recommend this house as your vacation rental in Naples.

This home was beautiful, and very well appointed inside. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space, which was spectacular. The pictures do not do it justice! The location was great; we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed shopping and fine dining on several occasions. I would highly recommend this property. For a peaceful retreat, this property checked off all the boxes!!

This villa has everything you could possibly need. The pool was great and the large patio with lovely views of the lake was enjoyable. The location is convenient and the private beach access is appreciated. The owner has chosen lovely furnishings and accessories to decorate the home. The villa is well-kept and very clean. I love how the owners have organized everything you need to have a great stay in Naples!

We spent a little more than 4 weeks in this lovely Park Shore villa. The house was very clean and we felt home instantly. The check-in procedure was very useful and saved a lot of time figuring out how everything worked. The house has a wonderful view across a big pond and that gives a very spacious feeling. The pool is great to swim in and the big terrace facing south/west is lovely for sunbathing. Numerous splendid restaurants are nearby and some even on walking distance! The private beach with good and free parking facilities is only a few minutes drive. The theatre is more or less around the corner and we went to see a great performance of good old Paul Anka. Naples is a lovely place to spend a few days or weeks and if you have a chance to stay in this villa: take it!

4771 West - Park shore lake is a great house in a great location. The house itself is in wonderful condition with new appliances, attractive decor, good space, labelling and instructions. The owners and the local agent Gunnar are very easy to deal with and responsive. It is well situated in the Park Shore district of Naples, which is up-market and makes a great base for local shops and beaches. It is peaceful and relaxing with a lovely lake view to the rear from the pool area. Highly recommended.

We stayed at 4771 West Blvd 21st August to 4th September and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is beautiful and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the oversized deck and pool. The view of the lake is lovely. I sat there every morning with breakfast watching the ducks go by. The villa had good quality beach chairs and umbrella too and 2 adult bikes. The private beach access was great and just minutes from the villa. Plenty of free parking too. All the grocery stores that you need are just a short walk away. We stayed In 4771 West blvd property from 14th to 25th June. Location is perfect, within reach by foot are nearby shops, restaurants and beaches. Area is peaceful and suitable for a families. Property is In a very good condition and equipped with quality kitchen machinery. Beach park is easily among the best beaches in Naples and access comes with rental. Co-operation with the owner and the property managers went very smoothly from beginning to the end. We were happy and Would rent a again without any hesitation. Thank you, Toivanen family.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is modern, clean, and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was wonderful and the backyard views of a private lake is the perfect setting for relaxing and bird watching. One day we saw a bald eagle hunting. Loved the access to the Park Shore private beach. It is only a couple minute drive though residential area. Once you arrive, beachside parking is free and always available. Naples is a lovely area with many wonderful restaurants and shopping. The house is located within walking distance to the super market, restaurants, and other shopping. This is a property that we would be happy to visit again.

We stayed in property 4801 for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The property was everything we had hoped for very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The screened pool and sitting area with the beautiful view of the lake was a great place to relax.The property is in a good location walking distance to nearby shops. The private beach was an added bonus. The property came with beach chairs and sun umbrella. We found the owners to be very helpful and would definitely stay there again when we next visit Naples.

We rented the house for one week in Sep 2016. The house is located on lakeside, 5-10 minutes way by car from beach. Private beach is absolutely great. Beautiful white sand, less crowded then other public beaches. House was clean with nice and pretty big swimming pool. We had good contact with owners, they are very professional.

We rented the house for one week in the end of june '16, and it was an amazing stay. The house is beautifully situated with a fantastic view to the lake , located just outside the beautiful pool area. The inside of the house seems recently updated and it was fully equipped with all you need for a great vacation. It was the best house we have ever rented in Florida. This is a beautiful property with a superb outlook. This villa is in a lovely area of Naples, and is very close to some lovely beaches and restaurants. Having access to the private beach is a bonus. We have stayed in Naples many times and we do enjoy staying west of 41 which is where this is located. You can easily drive a short distance to the famous pier and downtown 5th Avenue for a coffee or just to people watch at night. We had a great holiday at this villa, my only minor. criticism would be the outdoor grill is not a barbecue and we do enjoy barbecues while on holiday! I would definitely recommend this property. It has a lovely interior and massive outside area around the pool to sunbathe and enjoy the hot tub.

Wow- myself , husband and sister and brother in law arrived in this wonderful villa in September. It has a wow factor, clean decorated wonderfully and very beautiful. We were met by the Frisco agents later on our day of arrival and they showed us everything we needed to know. The private beach is glorious. We found Naples to be slightly more exclusive and therefore more expensive, but within keeping of UK. Shopping galore. Restaurants delightful the cheesecake factory is a must. The Naples Zoo great day out. We visited the everglades which is only a one hr drive and went on an airboat. We couldn't have wanted anything better. Thanks to the owners everything went smoothly from booking to return of the deposit. Thank you .

My wife, son and I loved our stay at this beautiful home in Naples. The location was excellent, in one of the best areas of Naples (verified by our Realtor), a half a mile to the private beach, very central and close to everything (restaurants, shopping, etc.) It's on a quiet street overlooking a lake/ waterway that was idyllic. The house is the 2nd property on Home Away owned by a very attentive German couple. They hired a professional decorator to remodel it just before we arrived and we were very impressed. The house is fully equipped with just about everything you could want, from modern, top brand appliances (e.g., espresso maker, brand new LG front loading washer/ dryer, two flat screen TVs with the boxes still in the garage), beach towels and chairs, security system, etc. The only minor thing missing was a desk (as it was a working trip) and the owner said they would add one later this year. The very helpful property manager met as at the apartment and spent 30 minutes giving us a detailed overview of everything (to supplement the very clear written instructions.) He was very responsive to a few minor issues/ questions that came up during our stay. Our full deposit was returned promptly. All considered, highly recommended, five stars.
