Beautiful Oceanfront Condo – Beautifully appointed, two-bedroom, two-bath condo on the south end of Amelia Island in the Surf & Racquet Club. We are located on the second floor. The complex has two pools and four Har Tru tennis courts. There are many great golf courses nearby as well, including one just a five-minute walk away. Why stay at the Ritz Carlton when you can experience luxury in a spacious, two-bedroom condo? The Main bedroom features a King bed and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a pullout in the living room as well. Our condo has a dining table for six with a full kitchen to prepare family meals. Guests can view the Atlantic Ocean and the pool from the balcony. The views are amazing! For entertainment, there are HDTVs in all rooms with access to the NFL Network. Cable TV and high-speed wireless internet are included. Perfect for teleworking or distance learning. Enjoy a quiet supper on the patio overlooking the beach or try some of the wonderful local restaurants. The beaches are beautiful, not crowded, and dotted with picturesque dunes and sea oats. The sunrises are just spectacular!

There is easy access to the beach and the pool. But please note that there are stairs on the way to the beach and it may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. However, there are many places on the island with handicapped parking and also areas where you can drive on the beach.

Amelia Island has miles of biking and walking trails. There are many top-rated restaurants and shops. We are happy to provide recommendations. The adventurous guest can ride a horse on the beach, kayak, rent a scooter, skydive, or rent jet skis. There are river cruises, museums, and Ft. Clinch State Park. Or if you are looking for low-key days you can go shelling, hunt for shark's teeth or read a good book. There are several new and used bookstores throughout the island. There really is something for everyone.

Located just 45 minutes from Jacksonville Airport. When you stay here, be confident that you have chosen one of the most beautiful condominiums in Florida!

NOTES:
There are two parking spots available.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.

Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages in excess of the policy.
There is a $150 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges and it is released 10 days after you depart.

We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase trip insurance.

This is the 12th visit for us to Amelia Island - this condo is definitely in our top 2. View was beautiful and private even though located near the pool. This unit was also well stocked and nicely furnished. I would suggest a good deep cleaning for the couch though. I gave a 4 on communication with property manager as the first day I did reach out regarding a slow drain in master bath sink that should have been addressed at some point - not an emergency, but never received a follow-up response. I actually used a mini tool I carry to clean debris out of the drain. Also, would suggest replacing the shower head in master shower, very low water pressure. Again, nothing to ruin our stay, just suggestions. Otherwise, very comfortable unit, and would definitely rent again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Such a beautiful condo, it was a delight to wake up each morning to the sunrise over the ocean. The condo was stocked with everything that we needed, except the kitchen needs additional towels. The check in-out process was quick and worked great. The location of the condo property is situated on a nice section of the beach. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay, despite the chilly weather. The view from the master bedroom and the living area was wonderful, and we enjoyed walks on the beach every day. The condo was very comfortable and clean, and it has been nicely renovated. We also really enjoyed the town of Fernandina Beach, which is only about a 15 minute drive. Lots of cute shops and nice restaurants!

The property is very nice and view is very beautiful. However I did sense somewhat of a stress and pressure to maintain the condo clean . I don’t think asking guests to strip the bed, clean shower glass with a squeegee etc is appropriate especially when people are paying to rest and relax on vacation . A little bit controlling . Other than that the condo is very nice and location is perfect .

The property was great! It was clean and easy to access. It had ample parking and was right on the beach. Nice view of the dunes and ocean from the patio. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The location is close to downtown Fernandina which has cute shops and good restaurant choices. Highly recommend!

The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were new beach chairs and a canopy to use for the beach. The pool was well maintained daily. Our balcony overlooked the pool so we could see them working there in the morning. Beach access was good. Good restaurants were easily reached by car. We enjoyed the downtown Fernandina Beach historic district for shopping and dining. Lots of lovely restored homes there. The only negative was no shade at the pool. There were umbrella stands but no umbrellas. Overall we really liked the accommodation and location.

This condo delivered! Things we looked for in a rental: updated interior, no carpet, high rating, cleanliness review. We found all 4 of those in this listing! What made me book it was Brian’s response for every review. Showed they cared! When we arrived, it was everything we thought it would be. It was clean and the design choices made our stay that much more enjoyable. While the master bath toilet acted funny, we specifically requested a plumber not come during our stay so we could keep the space clean. We just made it work since there was a second bathroom. Rest assured, it got fixed—Brian let us know the plumber was coming even after we left! We also did one of the puzzles! We were missing one small piece, but we still very much enjoyed it! We loved that the balcony was spacious and we loved the easy access to the beach! I hope this review helps you as other reviews helped me make the decision! We hope to come back soon!

The condo was very nice, clean and well appointed with a great view of the pool and beach. Perfect for 4 people. Very nicely located on the island (within 15 minutes of everything). We did struggle with no access to the bathrooms at the pool/beach as there was no key available for us & that was inconvenient to go back up to the room every time. But all in all it was a great trip and this is a great place.
