This is a great condo, with awesome views of the beach. The pool and beach are convenient. There is a wonderful grocery store 2 miles away; there is easy parking. This is a turnkey great beach experience. The host was very accommodating and this is a great choice of a rental.

I have tried a few properties at this condo complex and this one by far was the best. Plenty of towels both bath and beach, sand chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. Upon arrival we had a snack basket waiting for us as well as a bottle of wine. Such a nice touch as well as all the kitchen gadgets needed along with spice rack. Condo is very clean, A/C works great, each room had a ceiling fan as well as TV’s with connections to watch the Olympics every night. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The property was great! Nicely updated decor and location is perfect. Most rentals you need to bring your own cleaning supplies, toiletries, paper towels, etc., but this property was very well stocked. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Property was super clean and had everything you needed without hitting the store: garbage bags, soap, dish washer pods, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc. Nice addition was also have a few beach chairs. Property was very clean, communication was great, location was nice and quiet, easy access to beach and pool. Great family get away with our 21 and 19 yr old kids.

This is our second time staying at this condo and it’s the best! We hope to continue to use it for our AI vacations in the future! Our family loves the condo and it’s so nice while also feeling homey. Our property manager was communicative and we felt we could call him if we needed something. It was the perfect week!

This condo checked all of our boxes- clean, great spot with a beach view balcony, a pool, nice for the budget, and plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5. Garrett’s place was lovely and had everything we needed and more. Garrett had fantastic and clear communication from start to finish and check in was a breeze. We were bummed to learn the community pool was closed our entire stay due to a broken pump, but that’s certainly beyond the host’s control. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would consider staying here again.

Condo was even better in person. Nicely remodeled, beautiful kitchen, comfy beds & perfect sunrise views from the balcony. 2 extra perfect additions: - excellent ice maker in freezer, enough for our beach cooler daily, we never had to buy ice. - super fast elevator

I have told all my friends they need to stay in L5. We had a wonderful time our daughter and granddaughter loved the pool. The Florida heat is not for us. So my husband and I walked the beach at night. But we did not go to sun bathe. We went for family time. And the condo is superb. I would definitely rent it again. Thank you Garrett for your help

this apartment was close to a wedding we attended. It was a great get away when not at the reception or wedding. The access to beach is great, and the apartment is quite nice. Garrett has great accessibility and is a very good host.

This was our first visit to Amelia Island, and we had a fantastic stay at the property! Having the beach chairs and umbrella were wonderful. The condo was very clean and perfect for the four of us. Garrett was a great host and let us know when the condo was ready on our check in day and we were able to check in early! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

First time to the Island but will def return. Property very clean - spacious for just me and my husband. Plenty of clean towels, dishes & anything else you might need. Wonderful time to visit - beach very quiet & not many units occupied. (Bad for owners - great for guests). Sunrise from the balcony or beach is indescribable. Amelia is delightful.

We stayed here with our 6, 4, and 1 year old for a family vacation. The location is perfect where it was not too busy but still access to plenty of activities, restaurants, and shops. The beach is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The condo is well put together for guests with a stocked kitchen, some beach chairs and sand toys, and set up nicely for a family of 5. Communication was great even though we did not need anything while we stayed I still had the number just in case. Thank you for sharing your home away from home.

Perfect! Location of condo to water access was unbelievable. Sunrises beautiful. Two restaurants within walking distance. Less than 10 minutes from downtown. Grocery store less than 10 minutes away. Clean residence.

The condo was very clean and easy to access. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and the master bedroom. The host provided a complementary bottle of wine and snacks. The private access to the beach and pool was wonderful. We were within walking distance to SURF restaurant that had good drinks and food. There was a convenient store across the street from the condo. The only “negative “ thing about the condo was the hot water heater, the hot water ran out pretty fast for a family of three. Overall 10/5 stars!!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this property, as well as Amelia Island! The condo was clean, ON THE OCEAN (my favorite place to be was the patio/deck facing the water), up-to-date appliances and cable/streaming options. Owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the gate key, and we look forward to going back!

Very comfortable and well maintained. Well stocked with necessities as well as extras. We loved to wake up to the ocean view. We were not able to access the beach. The key provided wouldn’t open gate. Other guests apparently also had a problem opening the gate. But we hope to be back sometime. Thanks for making us so comfortable. The second bath does not have grab bar or safety strips in tub. Also, you cannot access the patio from the living room. Is this up to code?

The room and view were awesome. We got down an hour earlier than expected and got to check in early. Garrett was always quick to respond. We had no issues while there so we didnt have to reach out. Everything you needed was there. Our only complaint would be the elevator was a little sketchy the license expired in august and it didnt feel the safest but we survived and its no fault to the owner but the property manager needs to update this asap. Otherwise we would definitely stay again our family loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay! Two parents, an 11 y/o and 9 y/o, and the two bathrooms were great to have and the living space was ample. The unexpected hurricane hit while we were there (we didn’t get the worst of it) and the owner was kind and helpful, checking in on us etc. The building is not the newest, but the pool and ocean view were great and the unit itself had nice and current upgrades. We will consider staying again for sure!

My husband, three year old son, and I all stayed at Garrett's condo. We could not have asked for a better host. Garrett was very responsive and even called to let me know that we could do an early check in. The condo was well equipped with anything that you needed as to include: extra toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, laundry detergent, towels, beach chairs, and surf boards. Literally bring your clothes and food and enjoy the relaxing vacation. We have already recommended this vacation to friends and hope to see you again. Thank you for a great stay!

This review is all positive! The condo was very nice and super clean! It was obvious the property owner has put the effort in to make the stay the best experience possible. My wife and I have 3 early teenagers, and they all really enjoyed staying here. The view is magnificent, and the pool was great!
