Enjoying Los Angeles based in Santa Monica

Large living room, comfortable rooms, free parking in a difficult parking area. Good location to enjoy Santa Monica and easy to access Los Angeles.

The kitchen and utensils were not very clean, nothing that was too disruptive. But we had to sanitize it.

Great location for a good price!

Great location, perfect amount of space for our family holiday. Easy entry instructions. Most essentials provided in kitchen to cook and eat meals - quality hygiene products provided as well. Also, great communication from FJ before arriving. Would definitely stay again!

TV didn't work, kept freezing and crashing. And the place could definitely use a deep clean - the kitchen in particular. Beds definitely seem old and uncomfortable, but worked fine for a place to rest our heads while traveling.

Unpleasant!!!

Location close to beach

Place was very dirty and I was very disappointed very upsetting cause at that point you have no where else to go you have paid and not easy to find another accommodation, would not recommend to book this unit until it is deep cleaned!!!

good for reasonable stay, except the beds need to be replaced.

it was peaceful and yet not so peace due to a few noisy kids in the neighborhood. the location is good. 10 mins walk to the beach. kitchen was well equipped with utensils and even condiments.

the beds were flimsy and nearly broke when we sat on them. no convenience store at a walking distance but car parking is available so avail that. there was a stink in the shower area in the bathroom on the main floor. the one upstairs was alright.

not clean under and behind furniture very dirty a lot of dust when we moved in I had to call to replace bed sheets which had stains all of them were wrinkled I was told that they change them but frankly it does not look like fresh sheets

The location was great.

I am so upset I paid to stay here. Location was great but the actual condo was disgusting. I don’t know who “cleans” this place but they should be fired. My teenage boy could do a better job. Everything was filthy, moldy, and dirty. We didn’t even want to walk barefoot. The instructions and info papers were even gross. I’m so disappointed.

I liked that it had a full kitchen and private parking. Plenty of towels. Location was good. About 1.5 miles from beach.

The beds are uncomfortable. Missing slats under mattress so I sat on the corner of the bed and fell through. You could feel every spring in the mattress. The down stairs bathroom was …. Weird. It looks like they roughed it in as an after though. Getting in and out was dangerous to say the least. Most definitely not up to code. The entire house had a weird smell like bleach and mold. The extra blankets they had Smelled like dog urine. There was also no A/C. I think if they were to replace mattresses and bedding it would be much much better.
