Very close to all amenities friendly helpful staff
The caravan was too close to the clubhouse and playground area for our personal liking as we had a 5yo child with us and it was very noisy at night time

Loved everything about the chalets ,very clean, welcoming, and dog friendly. Bed's were comfortable .
The only tiny thing was that we were a group booking, 4 chalets in all. It was a shame we were all in different areas of the holiday park it would have been nice if we were closer to each other.

The chalet was very modern and clean, facilities were good. Cleaning products were supplied, and a thoughtful pint of milk, tea, coffee, and cookies awaited us, which was very welcome after a drive to this destination . The bedding was clean and good quality. Local shops and eateries were very close by and, of course, the sea and sandy beach, which was lovely and clean. Hemsby is very well looked after destination.
The bed frame was very rickety and creaked on every movement.
Sofa was poor quality with a hard bit of frame in the middle, which made it very uncomfortable for 3 people to sit on.
The shower was not very powerful, but adequate to wash.
The outside of the chalets looked old fashioned, and 1st appearance looked disappointing. However, the refurbishment of the inside makes up for it.

Location was brilliant as it was not far to the shops and beach if we walked. Chalet was lovely very well equipped..A local restaurant the carasouel was brilliant for breakfast..

The interior of the chalets are exactly as advertised however externally with so many of the chalets being privately owned it did make you feel like you had to keep the noise to a minimum and it resembled something from a 70's campsite show, nothing at all wrong with it at all it was just a strange experience for a weekend break
The external layout of the chalets, far too residential feeling as opposed to holiday feeling

Shower was a little intermittent…

The chalet was nicely decorated and very clean, spacious (for a chalet) and everything i needed - eg for cooking - was there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. grounds we're well kept. WiFi was easy to access and worked really well. Close to beach and shops etching Hemsby.

The caravans and chalets were lovely and clean. Peace and quiet.
There was only 1 toilet roll in each toilet also no bin bags, which we didn't think to bring ourselves as was hoping they will be there

We couldn’t seem to access Netflix, which wasn’t too much of an issue

Friendly and comfortable.
The cafe has now been replaced by the reception so no food available.

really modern interior. very clean and tidy. good supply of mod cons to suit self catering trip.
unfortunately the walls in the bedroom has blown plaster however this didn’t affect our stay at all. the duvets on beds could have been a better quality.

First class customer care from arrival through to departure .Clean ,bright and comfortable accommodation.A perfect location within easy reach of Horsey for photographing the seals for a group of photographers .Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable stay .We will definitely return in the future .
Nothing to dislike regarding the accomodation. Just one small note for future guests ,local take aways only accept cash payment outside of the main season if you call in, but can be ordered online for delivery if wanting to pay by card...

The inside of the chalet was done to a really nice standard and felt modern. Lovely bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Good parking. Close to beach. TV had Netflix. They’ve spent a lot of time making the interior feel welcoming, comfortable and modern.
The exterior and park is very outdated, is very far from the standard of the inside as it looked very run down and old fashioned. The front doors & little terrace is facing a number of other chalets so very little privacy. The chalet felt like smoke sometimes, not sure if that’s from the chalet itself or from others smoking. Fold out dining room table but no dining chairs. I think they should show photos of the exterior when booking as we wouldn’t have gone if we’d had seen.

decent size and well located for the town

Modern, well presented caravan. Food and staff at Cafe Belle. Short walk to beach and arcades.
The noise from Club Belle shook the caravan. Every evening til 12:30. We all struggled to relax and sleep. It really spoilt it. Could have been a little cleaner too if I'm being picky.

The lodge was lovely, clean and modern.
Being woken early in the morning, about 6am sounding like a van going over the speed bumps right outside the lodge. Maybe these could be requested for 8am onwards like the children not using the grass area / park area until after 8am
