Peaceful and pleasant stay

Very nice chalet. Love the decking and personal touches. Quiet and good location. Bus stop, shops and beach in walking distance.

My mum really struggled with the TV each time it was turned on. The channels are all numbered differently, and she needed help every time. We also couldn't work out the fan oven setting on the oven. I don't think it had this just grill.

Lovely stay over all really good

Beds were uncomfortable and sofa kept sliding apart whilst sat on it

All in all was great!

Everything you needed was there. Lovely sleep, nice and cosy and location was great

Nothing major to fault but would suggest having safety/child locks on the windows as we couldn’t sleep with them open through the night because of the little one with us and with it being on ground floor easy to access from outside and it was so so hot at night.

Nice, clean chalet in fantastic location.

Good size accommodation, very clean throughout, well equipped kitchen, fantastic location, good communication from the hosts. Having a dog we liked the fact that the chalet was at the back behind the carpark and not in the middle or front where there's more traffic and people walking past.

Haven't been told that when the electricity on the card expires, a very loud alarm goes off, for us it happened in the middle of the night and we initially thought it was either a fire alarm or a carbon monoxide detector, took a while to figure it out and could have been avoided with a simple note.

Great weekend away in a lovely well kept chalet.

Lovely chalet which was clean and on a nice quiet spot. Modern and well decorated. Great location within walking distance from everything.

Location was good

The sofa a new one is needed.For a bespoke chalet it was shocking. We couldn’t get hot water. Cleanliness of living room not good. The mat by the front door was dripping wet

Good, apartment could do with a deep clean

Good location, plenty to see and do nearby. Beach is lovely

Cleanliness of apartment was poor, dog hair from previous occupant over quilts and pillows, found a letter to the tooth fairy and a tooth in the main bedroom. Glasses all filthy, plug hole in shower blocked, dust and dirt behind sofa (child dropped something down there), generally unclean. Disappointing as the rest of the experience was great. Once we cleaned properly everything was ok

The property was extremely clean you wouldn’t even know it was dog friendly as normally you can smell the dogs etc but it was spotless! great location everything you need is nearby and it is located in a quiet part of the park at the back and isn’t overlooked.

Lovely stay

Property is in a great location, near a lovely beach, shops and supermarket a short walk away. Beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped for a short stay.

Would have been useful on the description of the property to know wether towels were provided, luckily we had brought some with us.

Lovely location, 10 mins walk from the beach. We especially liked the fact that the chalet faced greenery (bushes, trees, etc), not another 10 chalets, so you can enjoy calming colours and bit of a privacy. Sitting on the patio on the evening or in the morning was lovely. Very clean.

We sort of could not access free internet. Site asked us to purchase data but we didn't want to do that (it did say free wi-fi in the chalet description). It also said there is no bedding (bed sheets) so we took blankets, etc., but everything was supplied (very clean and comfy, btw).

Excellent location, good facilities and a great stay slightly let down by cleanliness/mould issue

Great location, lots of parking and easy to get keys. Comfortable rooms, plenty of storage, good value.

The oven was difficult to use as the markings around the dials have worn off so no idea what setting we were using. General cleanliness was ok but the bedrooms were quite dusty/dirty/dog hairs behind beds, along skirting boards. There was was fair amount of black mould on the wall in twin bedroom which was a worry with a small child staying in the room.

Good bears away from home

Location is good, quiet and relaxing. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Great area for exploring the coast.

Cleanliness was an issue. We had to buy electricity cards. Didn’t expect to pay extra for electricity.
