Leo is a great host, and she goes out of her way to give you the information you need to have a good time. She was very welcoming and accommodating, especially when we arrived on an early flight from the USA. If you are staying here, you need a car. Nothing is within walking distance. Maybe that is the only downside to this place.
If you are concerned about renting a car and driving in Spain, don’t. It was much easier than I expected. Once you master the roundabouts (circles), you are good to go.

We stayed with two adults and 2 kids 3 and 5 for nearly 3 weeks in June. This property has everything and great location. 3 minutes to grocery, 35 mins to Barcelona, and 15 to the cutest beach town. Pool is awesome, neighborhood is quiet. Our home away from home.

Es war super. Ein tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, nur 10Autominuten vom Meer entfernt.
Luxus Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht: Super Betten, toller Pool, Basketballplatz, Grill, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, komplett eingerichtete Küche, Gefrierschrank, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer, toller Balkon und vielen schöne Sitzecken. Leo ist eine nette, unaufdringliche Gastgeberin, die tolle Tips für Ausflüge hat. Schöne Strände sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar und in Barcelona ist man mit dem Zug in 1 Stunde.

Tres bien accueilli par la propriétaire, la maison est bien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le terrain de basket. Seuls bémols: la cuisine manque un peu de fourniture (verres, vrai couteau) et l’eau chaude est un peu capricieuse.

séjour très agréable
Léo est très gentille, de bon conseils et réactive. Elle parle français.
La maison est joli, super terrain avec piscine et une grande quantité de jeux pour enfants + équipements (lit parapluie et chaise haute, parasol pour la plage), ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.
Je regrette l'absence de clim dans le salon surtout qu'il y en a une, et que ce n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce et qu'on paye 140€ en plus pour bénéficier de la clim ! Dommage aussi qu'il ne soit pas possible de boucher la baignoire afin que les enfants prennent un bain.
Mis à part ces détails, je recommande !

La gérante est adorable. Le cadre est super. La maison est propre et bien décorée. La gérante est toujours au disponible en cas de besoin. Nous avons passez de super moments dans cette maison. Bien placée accès aux plages, parc Marine Land, a moins de 10min, Barcelone a 40min. En un mot génial!

Superó nuestras expectativas
Estamos encantados de haber elegido la Villa El Olivo. Al llegar a la casa vimos que aún era mejor que en las fotos.
Está decorada y cuidada para adultos pero a la vez tiene repartidos por varios rincones de la casa y exteriores, juguetes y entretenimiento para niños.
La zona de la piscina es un espacio muy amplio para poder tanto descansar como hacer actividades.
Bien equipada y pensada como si estuvieras en tu casa.
Está ubicada en una urbanización muy tranquila. Y en coche, tienes cerca la playa y la montaña.
Los anfitriones, Leo y Alejandro nos recibieron muy atenta y amablemente. Y están disponibles para cualquier cosa que necesites. Son súper majos!

Reservé la casa porque el anuncio se ajustaba a mis expectativas pero una vez alli claramente las ha superado, tanto por la casa en si (acogedora, con todos los detalles y que transmitia calma) como con el contacto de los amfitriones que ha sido de 10. Las fotos no hacen justicia a los rincones que tiene la casa porque en persona es más de lo que esperas, me gustaria mucho volver!!

Parfait !
Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans la maison de Leonor.
La maison était d’une propreté irréprochable ! Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est à disposition dans la maison. Chaise haute, lit bébé, jouets, jeux pour le piscine, jusqu’à la tapette à mouche !
Léonor nous a demandé les âges de nos enfants, et sachant que nous avions un bébé, celle-ci a installé la veille de notre arrivée, des filets de sécurité sur le grand balcon qui fait le tour de la maison.
Discrétion maximum pour le nettoyage de la piscine, Leonor préparait même la toute petite piscine pour notre bébé.
Des attentions très appréciées.
Quant au Covid 19 Le port du masque est obligatoire à l’extérieur et dans les boutiques, mais pas lorsque vous êtes assis au restaurant. Nous conseillons la ville de Blanes (boutiques restaurants marchés et plage) qui est assez vivante. La plage est à 8min à peine.
Nous avons fait du karting (sur le chemin de la route de Blanes) c’était super, et nous avons aussi passé une journée à Marineland. Le parc n’était pas rempli, short de bain autorisé, transats payants, spectacle avec les lions de mer et dauphins spectaculaire ! Une journée magnifique !
La maison est tellement agréable que nous n’avons pas passé une seule journée à la plage.
Les enfants et nous mêmes avons bien profité de la magnifique piscine ainsi que du terrain de basket. Nous avons passé d’agréables moments !!!
Quant à Leonor, c’est une parfaite hôte, très agréable, disponible, et très réactives si vous avez des demandes particulières.
Nous gardons cette adresse pour de prochaines vacances c’est certain !!

Top Unterkunft nahe der Ferienzentren
Wir hatten in diesem Ferienhaus einen tollen Urlaub, weil es an nichts gefehlt hat. Die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten ebenfalls sehr gut, das Wäschepaket gut bestückt.
Von der Besitzerin, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist, wurden wir bei unseren Unternehmungen mit Tipps und Hinweisen hervorragend unterstützt. Dafür auch an dieser Stelle nochmals recht herzlichen Dank.
Nachdem für den Fernsehempfang ein HDMI-Kabel bereit lag, konnten wir auf das Suchen nach deutschen Sendern im Satelittenreceiver verzichten und alle gewünschten deutschen Programme auch wegen des guten Wifi-Empfangs problemlos vom Laptop auf den Fernseher streamen.
Auch das Parken im Hof wäre möglich gewesen, jedoch haben wir wegen der Aufsetzgefahr auf den Bordstein bei der Einfahrt darauf verzichtet. Der Laternenparkplatz war kein Problem, da die ganze Nacht über die ruhige Straße vor dem Haus ausreichend beleuchtet wird.
Der Pool wird von der Eigentümerin bei Bedarf mehrmals pro Woche gereinigt und ist immer in einem hervorragenden Zustand.
Wir werden, sollten wir in der Region wieder Urlaub machen, sicher versuchen, das Haus wieder zu buchen.
Abschließend noch ein Restauranttipp von uns: Wer preisewerte, deftige und reichliche katalanische Küche liebt und sich vor Speisekarten nur in der Landessprache nicht fürchtet, sollte im Restaurant an der Crta. National, KM 667,4 Richtung Barcelona (nur 2,5 km vom Haus entfernt) mal vorbei schauen. Geöffnet hat das Haus täglich zum Mittagstisch.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passés 2 semaines dans cette maison. Dans la globalité la maison est bien et elle a une belle piscine. Il y a presque tout ce dont nous avions besoin.
Léonor est très disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes adresses et vient sur place si il y a besoin.
La seule chose que nous regrettons c'est que la climatisation ne fonctionnent pas partout. Seules 2 chambres sur 4 ont la climatisation qui fonctionne. Et ni dans la cuisine, ni le salon.. dommage...

Ideal family home
Great communication with host Leo. The location is perfect, very quiet area and 8min from the beach.
The house was clean, very big and everything we needed was there. Beach towels were an extra and we were very pleased with that.
The house has a nice, clean pool, without Chlorid, which is better for the little kids. Also the pool area can not be accessed directly from the living area, but you have to go around the house and there is a gate, which is ideal for little kids. Little extras such as toys and tips for the best beaches, places to eat and go see, makes Casa Olivia a highly recommanded stay.

Fantastic holiday home
We spent one week in this house. It is really spacious, well equipped - good for a family with children or a group of older friends. The pool is its big advantage when you are lazy - the beaches are not so close (the best one is in Blanes - you can rent a sunbed and sunshade for 6 EUR/day each. There are 3 big supermarkets close to the house (Mercadona, Consum and Bonpreu). Also local markets are good.
Parking is on the street in front of the house, in the junction. But it was OK even we had there 2 cars.
If you are interested in sightseeing you have to use your car and drive quite a long distances to Barcelona, Montserat, etc. So it is mostly for beach lovers and lazy holiday.

Casa PERFECTA para una estancia en familia
La casa es perfecta! Tiene de todo y es incluso mejor que las fotos! La zona de la piscina es ideal para disfrutar un buen rato en familia, las entrada tiene un bonito olivero y zona de barbacoa. La cocina es amplia y práctica y la terraza tranquila con bonitas vistas. Esta hubicada a 10 minutos de tiendas de comida y bonitas playas y buenos restaurantes alrededor de Blanes. La verdad es que no se puede pedir más y encima Leo es una amfritiona estupenda y súper amable! Recomiendo esta casa sin duda, nosotros ya tenemos ganas de regresar unos días :)

Très bon séjour passé à Palafolls
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très sympa, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, très fonctionnelle, et très bien équipée, jusqu'au sèche cheveux pour les inconditionnelles du brushing 😉�. Dans les chambres, une fois les rideaux baissés, il fait nuit noir, trop bien pour les sensibles à la lumière!!
