good value for the price and comfortable

location was the best. it was quite clean. bed was comfortable. i really appreciate that they try to do somethings better. it is quite clear.

bathroom was so small, it was even difficult to move around myself. and there was a horrible smell all the time coming from bathroom. and towels smelled like humid.

The place smells extremely bad! Like raw sewage! They said would come have a look and didn't. The shower hardly worked. The pipes leaked water all over our stuff. They have tries to cancel the stay on booking so we can't contact them or leave a review.

Has potential, but NO A/C! 🥵

The location was great, the room was clean and properly equipped. There would have been no issue, except... NO A/C!

There is no air conditioning in the room. This was not directly mentioned in the listing and trust me, I looked everywhere to try and find it. I even went to the property's direct website, and it mentioned at least one room that had a/c (unfortunately that was not our room). We were in Ensenada on one of the hottest weekends of the summer and were definitely looking for a place with a/c. We didn't find out about this until we arrived, and the host mentioned there was no a/c almost in passing, like it was no big deal. At that point it was too late to refund and we were trapped. We ended up having to sleep on the very small outdoor patio and it was honestly miserable. All of this could have been avoided if the property had disclosed clearly and up front in the listing/description that there no a/c in the room. Instead, we were stuck trying to sleep in a room that was 90°F or about 32°C.

The air conditioning it wasn't work good and the stairs a little bit uncomfortable it was a little bit hard to carry my suitcase to the room

very clean but room did not have any windows and I had to cross through a public space to use my bathroom

The location of this property is great at it is super clean. I also liked that they provided water in the fridge and had snacks and coffee in the common area.

I didn’t like that the room I had did not have any windows. I also didn’t know that it was completely self check in and didn’t provide amenities I needed like that baggage storage. This is my own fault for not reading the fine print. However, how dark the room was because there is no windows really got to me. Nonetheless, the value was good and as I mentioned it was very clean.

Very central and clean. communication was very easy and staff were helpful

Centrally located, near the Marina and beach. Clean. Safe. HBO MAX and Netflix was great.

Location, location location! And the helpful staff! Easy self-service check-in!

Not the property’s fault, but it was on the main drag so it could be noisy.

Exceptional

I really enjoyed my stay here. Even though there is no reception, staff are readily available via WhatsApp for anything needed! The room was a decent size with a fridge and a microwave which was super good!

Superb

The location was excellent! The self service was nice and the room was clean.

The parking arrangement was a bit limiting. Having to leave your car inside the parking structure with no access during night or leave it out on the street.

Very good

The coffee was good, furniture pretty new and modern, excellent tv and plenty of choices of streaming. Drinking water right outside my room. Had my own shower/restroom. Balcony and portable fan were appreciated as was the chocolate candy and ear plugs. Ironing board, blow dryer 👍.

Foul smell possibly coming from shower drain, loose tiles in restroom, flies in mini kitchen.

HOSTAL GGG STANDS FOR Great, Good, Grand place

Everything was just fine, the place was clean and cozy very near the Mercado Negro and the Malecon. Great street view and the giant mexican flag to the left of the balcony

Has a great location, it's very comfortable and has everything, coffee, snacks, water and parking available. Also, it's super clean. There's no person at reception but they send you messages with everything you need to know to get in the building and into your room. They are very responsive to messages and phone calls. Definitely staying there again when I go back.

Very good

Great location in the main stretch of town. It's an unmanned hotel but everything is taken care of beforehand, from the entry codes to the cleaning. If you're not a high-maintenance traveler then this is a great lodging option in Ensenada.

I like the well organized and cleaned the room was, safe surrounding with security doors and quite and calm place. The only thing we complained was no AC and the room was hot other than that excellent room. We would stay again but with no AC we rather stay when weather is cooler.

No AC unit I didn't realize that there was not going be in air condition, but other than that excellent we love the room
