This is one of the best places we've stayed in. Prue has created a peaceful and homely paradise which is a stonesthrow away from Arrawarra beach. The house is light filled with views of a beautifully established garden. It is welcoming, comfortable, clean, and it has everything you could want and more. Prue is an excellent host and communication could not have been smoother. Thank you

Gorgeous beach house
This house had everything we needed for a lovely break, a minute to get onto an amazing beach where you could walk to the headland and watch dolphins. Dog friendly beach and lovely protected bay to be able to wade out. Was lovely.

I was caught up in the Covid nastiness but the other friends all went and said the house and surrounds were blissful. Warm, very comfortable, fabulous supplies of all things on hand - and a very welcoming host accessible as needed. Wish I had been there - but next time!

Gorgeous house in stunning location
Stayed over the Easter long weekend - the house was just what the doctor ordered after a busy work / school term! We were 2 families of 3 and 4 respectively and the layout worked really well for us. The decor is stylish yet comfortable and the kitchen extremely well stocked with everything you could wish for. The location is great with the beach just around the corner. There are also some great day trips to do and we had lots of fun exploring the area. Would love to stay here again!

A home away from home
We are a family of 5 plus a dog. We all enjoyed the spacious garden and modern property. The house is incredibly well appointed and the kitchen is well stocked with every utensil imaginable. The owners are kind and generous. They supply the tea and coffee, arrival wine, cheese, a breakfast hamper and a bowl of fruit. I’d highly recommend the property.

Everything included
We really enjoyed being at Deepdene. The house is very calming.
Everything is included and there were lots of extras that we were not expecting. The owner is lovely and a good communicator.
It’s only a short drive from the freeway into Arrawarra and so it is easy to access surrounding sights (eg day trip to Bellingen, or Dorrigo, or Nana Glen). Arrawarra itself is very small and quiet and we found we enjoyed ourselves most at the property itself. Beach access is a little odd (through the caravan park) but it is very close by.

Paradise found.
What a great place. It’s everything that is promised and more. The house and garden are a lovely oasis just a short walk back from the beach. Sounds of birds in the trees and the surf in the distance create such a peaceful retreat.
The location was ideal for our family holiday focussed on beach time, dog walks, beach cricket and lazy lunches. No crowds only friendly locals and a friendly vibe from the caravan park.
Prue and Peter are the perfect hosts. Generous with their home to make you feel at home. A great experience in every aspect.

Fabulous Beach Holiday House
We've just had a week staying with our extended family at 'Deepdene'. The house is beautifully appointed, with many unexpected extras included by our thoughtful hosts. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet street, a 5 minute easy walk to the beach and the lagoon, and a short drive to Woolgoolga for supplies. The kitchen is exactly as described- fully equipped with everything needed for keen cooks. The house has been thoughtfully designed to provide privacy in each of the bedrooms, and a very spacious living area. There are too many other good features to describe here! We all give it the thumbs up👍🏻

Peaceful Location and beautiful house
My family which essentially is four adults enjoyed out stay in this beautiful house. The house is located in a suburban environment and is walking distance to the beach which is accessed through a nearby Caravan Park that runs a Surf School. The house was spotless and there were a lot of extras available to guests including a wide array of food items and personal items such as sun screen, basic first aid and plenty of towels and linen.
We arrived to a beautiful bowl of fruit and a loaf of bread. The fridge was stocked with milk, butter, cheese and cold cuts. We had done a large shopping beforehand so if you are staying there, better to shop after you arrive.
We had a problem with the hot water due to burning off as it is a solar system, however, the owners were generous to let us keep the booster on during our stay so as to have hot water.
The garden is really beautiful and they have a great functioning BBQ that we used throughout our stay.
All in all, I would definitely stay at that house again rather than in Coffs Harbour itself - the slight remoteness of the beach, the quiet area and the roomy house made it a great stay.
You will need a car to stay at this location.
Thank you very much to the owners of this property.

We were very impressed with this lovely house! It is very comfortable and well appointed, and the owners are very generous with their hospitality. It’s in a quiet street, close to the beach and the garden is perfect for kids to run around in safely. The owners left very clear instructions for everything and were easy to deal with. We had a very relaxing stay and would recommend the house to families and couples alike.

Excellent property, well presented in a quite area
Deepdene is an excellent property and is well presented. Feels like home away from home. The location is quite and the enclosed garden, deck and living areas provide for a great time for the whole family.
The kitchen and other areas also provide everything you need so don't need to pack all the extras to have a good time. Everything was also clean and well maintained.
The owner also communicate everything prior to our stay and were there now confusion and everything very well documented and were there no surprises apart from the fresh food and Easter Eggs that awaited us on arrival.
There are also a few nice beaches close by and a lot to do in the area. I will definitely recommend Deepdene to family and friends.

Everything and more...
We stayed at Deepdene over the Christmas / New Year period and it was everything we expected and more. Every little detail from cupboard staples + extras to fresh fruit and champers on arrival. The fresh garden herbs and dried herbs were perfect for cooking and in salads. The cutlery and plates, bowls and platters were in abundance. Not to mention the great cutting boards and knives (that were sharp).
Plus supplied were all towels for showering and the beach. A short stroll to the beach daily was so pleasant and perfect for the kids and the dogs. Plenty of space inside and out, very private and quiet and generally a very relaxing atmosphere.
If you want a relaxed holiday where you can be connected (free wifi) or disconnected then don’t think twice. Book your stay here as it’s perfect.
Prue and Peter we thank you for your quick responses to our enquiries and will definitely be back. We love your beach house!

Fantastic beach house
Deepdene is a fantastic beach house! We really enjoyed staying here on our first family holiday. Loved the open plan living especially the back deck and gardens. The outdoor shower was well used after our multiple trips to the beach which was only a few minutes away. All the little touches were great. Highly recommend and very memorable first stayz getaway. Thanks!
