We stayed in two different cabins during the same week on our way up to Queensland and again on the way down a few days later. The Park itself was pleasant and affordable. The first was a Wallaby cabin and the second was a Platypus cabin. The platypus cabin was more spacious and had a washer machine, therefore great for longer stays. The pool area is quite nice. Had a spa bath and shallow pool for younger kids.
The cleanliness!!! and whilst we specified that we were 4 people in our reservation (hence requiring a 2 bedroom cabin) only the double bed was made. The wallaby cabin only had two single sheets. Not enough to make our own beds, so kids had to be wrapped in one sheet for the night. The platypus cabin, we also had to make our own beds... and cleanliness of both was appalling and whilst more affordable than other properties around the area to stay, I do not think it warrants the cleanliness or lack thereof. My son left his teddy on the top bunk bed and when I asked for it, they said they did not have it. I guess the cleaners did not find it as they do not make beds or clean properly. We found dirty Qtips and a used soap bar on the floor, balls of hair and I can safely say, the beds have not been moved to clean under them for a VERY long time.

Nice and quiet location.
Light in loungeroom didnt work, gas lighter for stove top ran out, remote for tv didnt work and there was no one to call about issues. Hot water is dangerously hot.

I was very disappointed in our stay .
close to beach

location was great, it was fairly clean. close to the ocean
Construction site behind accommodation. On holidays but got woken up at 7:50am by power tools, wouldn’t have booked had I known. bunk beds not made. so much potential for a great holiday but needs a lot of work. Also not ideal that there’s no wifi as there’s no phone reception either. Pool next to open street and construction site, not comfortable swimming there with my family… all in all not a great experience at $476 for two nights, completely overpriced… more like it worth $90 per night

It was a very messy accommodation. It wasn't cleaned. in side of the house for example bed, sofa, toilet ceiling fan in the room was so dirty

Location
Very dirty bedding. Looked like someone had slept in the sheets last time. I have photos which I am going to send to the Manager if I could have his mobile number. Also it was a hot night and 2nd Bedroom had only 3 bunks and no fan or air conditioning in it. The air con in the dining room did not flow into it. There were only 2 ladies in this booking and second room had not been made up. I do not know how to upload photos from my mobile.

Great value for money, the cabins were a good size, had everything you wanted. The location was superb, beautiful walk to the beach, nice bbq area, lovely verandahs looking onto a grassy area, pool/spa was great. Main bedroom was great, clean, comfy bed. Check in after hours was easy. Very serene. I would definitely stay here again.
Playground is small and wasn’t very clean. The cabins were generally clean but could have been improved (chairs on the verandah quite dirty, fridge needed to be cleaned a bit better, cupboard under the stovetop was dirty inside, spa bath didn’t look very clean so didn’t use it).

The swimming pool was nice. Hot water was really hot & pretty good shower, but wasn't clean
Cabin wasn't clean. Bed was very uncomfortable. Advertised as having luxury spa bath & it was definitely not luxury, average & old. There were ants everywhere. No tea towels & 2 toilet rolls for 10 days, for 2 people.

Great location, good value, nice quiet park
Cabin furniture needs upgrading and more kitchen utensils. No camp hall or undercover are for kids.

the place was amazing and beautiful. easy access to the beach and to walk around the park. the rooms were neat and tidy but there was some dust but that is first world problems so no drama there. i would stay again and i would recomend
the beds were not the cofitable but you only sleep there at night so no big deal as all. the location of some of the car parks would of been better if you could see the parking bay names for your room.

An amazing location Quiet peaceful beautiful surroundings and a short walk to a beautiful ocean beach Cabins dated Ours needed more cleaning actually However had Foxtel and really can't complain as the pool/etc amenities around it were so good You kind of don't mind putting up with the faults because this area is such a find away from the huge holiday crowds elsewhere
Fridge wasn't clean Bunk beds were not comfortable but still glad to have found this place

The cabins are located in a lovely serene location, some overlooking a billabong with lots of water lilies and also just just a short walk to the beach.
The staff were very friendly and efficient and greatly assisted us when our car broke down and we had to stay a little longer.
Plenty of bird life and kangaroos.
Facilities had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

The location was great and accommodating was neat and tidy with great channel selection on TV
The accommodation was great but the water was not draining from the shower...so one is in the dirty water. Not all of us could take a shower due to that.

Good facilities and lovely people

Staff were friendly. Great place for a family stay. The kids loved the wildlife and kangaroos

Everything was perfect

Unpleasant smell in cabin
3.9
Pool, spa, grounds, beach.
Hard mattress, dirty, broken tiles, broken doors, hardly any cutlery in kitchen. Not a large communal area.
3.9
it’s clean and cozy

Location beautiful, loved short private walk to awesome beach. It was amazing seeing all the beautiful lorikeets and kangaroos around the park. Nature lover’s paradise. Pool spa area great.
Beds were as hard as a rock, lounge was too small and uncomfortable for a family cabin.
3.9
Being close to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of Coffs Harbour and the beautiful wildlife.
That we had to make the beds in the room our children stayed in. Very little cooking utensils/implements provided and property was not cleaned properly before we arrived. Also the second room needs a fan as it is quite hot in there. There needs to be improved communication from Management. Having no Management available on a weekend isnt good especially during peak period, and we got the feeling that the focus is on the Over 50's housing and sales¹ component of the park not on the other rentals. Also looking over a construction site was less than ideal.

Great location - you could hear the ocean from our cabin which was located in a lovely bushland setting complete with kangaroos! The hot spa was huge - and the pool area well laid out and very relaxing.
There was a minor water leak in the bathroom vanity cupboard, and no channel 9 on the TV
