Lovely quaint 3-bedroom cottage home in a Santa Clara rural neighborhood. This inviting country cottage home includes cable and Smart TV w/Netflix. Close to local shopping, like Fred Meyer, Albertson's, lots of fast food restaurants, and much more. It's about a 15 minute drive to the downtown U of O area. It's a comfortable home where you'll feel right at home. Only 10 minutes from the airport.

Wow! what an amazing location for people who want a rural setting coupled with a leisurely 45 minute bike ride (safe, largely free from traffic on bike paths) along the river into downtown Eugene. Don't forget to cross the street and jump in the river!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property during our recent family vacation to the Pacific Northwest. The house had everything we needed and more. It was decorated in a cute country house style that added to the ambiance and cozy feel. The neighborhood is rural, safe and quiet. The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this home for a stay with family.

We stayed for a few days for business and to visit some old friends. The house was set up perfect and the landlord was a delight to work with. We will stay again!

This house was a gem. The first thing I noticed was the beautiful yard and flowers - even better than the online pictures. If felt just like home, so comfortable, clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare food, including some empty cupboard space to put away our groceries. Our family group included all age groups - a toddler, a mom, grandma, and two great aunts (80's). It was comfortable for all of us. The beds were great, plenty of towels, and everything we could have needed. The bedroom with the bear decor was a hit with the toddler, who didn't tire of looking at them all. The high chair, and stroller were much appreciated. We were participating at an event at the Oregon Horse Center,which was only a few minutes away, with an easy drive through the country side. We would definitely stay here again - a hidden gem for sure.

Perfect spot to come back to after checking out Eugene and Corvallis. Super clean, comfy beds, so quiet and really relaxing. Everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal if you are so inclined. Just a really sweet cottage.

We enjoyed this cute rental very much! The hosts are very thoughtful in providing almost everything you will ever need and then some. Awesome games, a beautiful kitchen for all your cooking and baking desires, and every room in the home is super confortable! The neighborhood is gorgeous and tranquil, and we would definitely recommend new travels to stay here and renewed guests already know to come back. Thanks a ton to the host, Chuck and April H. for creating a peaceful home away from home! Ps. The home smelt veryy lovely and clean!

A property truly designed for the family ages newborn to 92. We snuggled into the very comfortable couch and watched movies with the extra blankets that were provided,. We cooked a gourmet meal Saturday night on the full size gas grill. The kitchen had everything! We will never hotel it again in Eugene. Communication with our host was easy and prompt.

UO alumnus that came back to Eugene for the Ducks/Huskies game. We couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience! The cottage is absolutely adorable and has everything you could possibly need. This was the coziest cottage that was far enough away from all the action, but a short drive from campus/downtown Eugene. April was a great host and quick to respond to all questions. 10/10 would stay here again!

We have stayed at numerous private guest houses, throughout Europe and in the U.S., and April and Chucks place is one of the overall nicest by far! The location is superb for getting anywhere within the Eugene/Springfield area, as well as for doing day trips to some of the many scenic Oregon recreation areas. The house itself is fully equipped, and the private drive and carport are major assets. The open patio off of the master bedroom, along with the recliners and picnic bench on the spacious lawn allow one to enjoy the outside as well. The communication with April was personable and very friendly. We're so glad to have met her and Chuck. In all, we totally enjoyed our 10 day stay and would gladly come back whenever we're in the Eugene area.

We loved our stay at the cute little house. April and Chuck were great and so kind. The rooms were well thought out (board games and kids toys a plus!), the best stocked kitchen and bathroom I've seen so far (thank you!) and the location was so nice. There is a large field just down the road to run the dog and walk along the river. My only suggestion for the hosts is to use fragrance free detergents as many travelers have allergies or sensitivities to them. We'll be back for sure as this was a great location and just the right size place stay.
