The views! I think we had the best view in Amalfi. Luciano was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble as he helped organise our tours, restaurant bookings and general information. With views like these there is a price to pay with 84 stairs up to the apartment and we were a little apprehensive as we are seniors but we needn’t have worried as they are not steep, just take your time
The bathroom is quite tight, particularly the shower.

beautiful views & you can’t bear the location. great value for everything you get. we like that we had a kitchen, fridge, and a washer! the best thing was the views from our little balcony and even our bedroom. Luciano and his staff made us feel right at home. they were so good to us. They were very accommodating and answered all our questions or any concerns. they arranged private transportation from Naples to Amalfi when our train got delayed. they also gave us great recommendations on places to visit and how to get there. They were very responsive and helpful. They truly made us feel like family and made our stay very comfortable.
I have no complaints. people complain about the stairs but we had not problem. they offered to help with our luggage. There’s lots of stairs everywhere you go along the Amalfi coast and we are glad we are still in great shape so it wasn’t a problem for us.

This property has one of the best views in Amalfi. It is simply gorgeous. We sat out on our balcony most of the time we were in the apartment and watched the city and listened to the waves on the beach. The location overlooking the beach is just a short walk (once down the stairs) to the main Amalfi streets and it was perfect. The kitchen was HUGE and well equipped. We didn't cook, but we could have made a gourmet meal with all the cookware and nice stove. The apartment was very spacious for the area with plenty of storage area. The hosts Luciano and Luisa were exceptionally helpful with arrival/check-in and restaurant and other sightseeing tips. The elevator to the Amalfi cemetery and pedestrian walkway to Atrani are right around the corner.
There are A LOT of stairs (84 - we counted) to get from the Main Street up to the apartment. We had to plan our daily departures from the apartment to minimize the number of stairs we had to climb each day. The shower is TINY. As larger people, we almost didn't fit through the narrow doors and it made washing very difficult. Also it didn't drain well, so we had to be careful with timing so it would not overflow. The bed and sitting area couch were not as comfortable as we expected. We ended up bringing kitchen chairs into the main room when sitting there.

The view and space were worth every penny. Luisa was lovely and very welcoming.
The shower was very tight and needed some up-keeping.

Location, good size apartment, views, helpful staff, clean and reasonably comfortable
Furniture needs to be refreshed, shower head hanging loose and other similar minor matters

Absolutely stunning view from the TWO separate balconies - so stunning that my boyfriend proposed to me in this apartment!
Very good location - yes there are some stairs but it was not an issue at all (maybe 50 stairs to climb?). Luciano is a dream host! You won't go wrong with staying here.
Watch your head when entering the bathroom - my very tall boyfriend hit his head twice on it.

Fantastic location - right on the beach with a great view from both the kitchen and bedroom. The apartment was a good size, not cramped and it was well-located for bus/ferry services as well as all the sights in Amalfi town centre.
We came to a fairly untidy apartment - however as soon as we raised this, it was immediately dealt with by Luciana and his team. The aircon only worked in the bedroom(this could be an issue in the summer). The main issue was the shower - super tiny with no room to move (my husband and I are both of small/slight builds), the water also never drained so it wasn't pleasant to stand in a pool of dirty water everyday while taking a shower. The AC and cleanliness aspects are easy to fix, and despite these niggles it was worth staying in this apartment due to its location and friendly housekeeping staff.

More than 80 stairs to reach the apartment. The hosts helped with our baggage which we really appreciated. Just wish we'd known in advance.

Luciano was a very friendly and helpful host.
This apartment has one of the best views in Amalfi
The drains took a long time to drain, so showers were limited to a few minutes before overflowing.

Smashing view across Amalfi.
Staff were very helpful with information about parking and things to do. Met us at the car park and escorted us to the property.
You pay for the view by climbing 84 steps from the street. Only 42 steps if you take them two-at-a-time. Well worthwhile, though, it’s special.
50€ cleaning fee charged at check-in, but not disclosed under IMPORTANT INFORMATION in the property’s Booking.com entry, which said the upfront price included all taxes and charges. The 50€ was visible only after you hit RESERVE.
The shower needed renovation, drain was partially blocked, so our showers were short.

Plenty of room! The decor and atmosphere of the apartment added a lot to the experience. The balcony had the perfect view and the closeness to the beach do that you could hear the waves was simply amazing.
The apartment was steps away from a range of eating options.
The kitchen was well equipped for just about any kind of cooking.
Luciano and his team were so hospitable and helpful.
Better information about parking and access to apartment via stairs. It would just have been good to know ahead of time so we could plan better.
