• Excellent location, 5 min to N125 and A22, and 5 min to Palmares and Penina Golf Course and 5 minutes from Meia Praia.
• Ideal for small groups of 4, 5 or 6 friends, or couple plus 2, 3 or 4 children/adults. 2 sleep in the main en-suite bedroom, 2 in the second en-suite bedroom and 2 in the living room on the Convertible Sofa. Each one of the two en-suite bedrooms can be with double bed or 2 twin beds.
• Orchard, Vineyard and Biological Vegetable garden.
• Ceiling Fans, AC and Fireplace / Wood Stove (for the winter) make this unit very much requested by tourists and with an intimate touch.
• With modern technology, to enjoy holidays in full comfort, such as Fully Equipped Kitchen with Laundry and Dishwasher Machines, Fridge No-frost, Nespresso Coffee, Tefal Steam Cooker, Actifry Tefal Fryer without fat, Microwave, bread baking machine, Juicer Machine.
• Internet wi-fi free and unlimited, International Satellite TV, HP Bluetooth Printer, Toshiba Stereo Sound System with pen, CD and bluetooth.

• BBQ outside.

• With all modern security systems (central alarm, smoke detector and fire combat).

Arrivals on Saturdays between June and September
For the period between 20 April and 15 June and from 14 September to 26 October, we give priority to those requests whose arrival and/or departure date are adjacent to the days occupied on the calendar, so that the use of the house has not intervals of 1 or 2 vacant days. Preferably Saturday arrivals, but upon negotiation with owner. To those requests under these conditions we will apply preferencial conditions.
• For each extra person beyond 4 people, amount payable from € 50€ to 300€ per person per week, depending on the time of year and in direct agreement with the owner.
• Pets are welcome and will cost €100 per pet
• In the months of October to March requests are usually for 2 people, so the rates reflect suitability for this market demand. If there are more than 2 people, the rate will be revised depending on the final number of people
