Brilliant

The apartment was right on the beach and only had to walk 2 min to get to the sea. Everything you need was in apartment, very spacious and clean.

High prices for a mediocre experience

Location, high ceiling, good AC, comfortable beds

No mop or broom, no coffee machine, no mugs, low speed to none wifi, no place to dry wet clothes. Small bathroom sink, small shower cabin.

I’ve never ever recommend it.

Cleaners are nice, the only good point.

It was completely different with explanation on the booking website and I paid a lot while with this budget I could have better options. The room was too small and the sofa bed was too small so my son (15 years)slept with us on double bed we couldn’t sleep. We asked to cancel and refund when we seen room but the owner didn’t accept and even didn’t change my room although he had free room. We paid for apartment with one bed room but he gave the small room to us.Basically, it should be a kettle for making tea but there was only one glass.It seems to be a hostel than an apartment. Our holiday completely ruined because of the dishonest owner. I’ve never recommended this property to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay and we would consider staying there again!

I liked the location, how clean it was and the space provided. it was also very easy to check in. I would use again!

the shower didn’t have a base for me to stand under the water. the toilet seat was slightly loose so it moved when I sat on it.

Great place to stay, great location and great host ! Would recommend 👌

Great host, modern building, great location close enough to club area, reachable in a 7 minutes walk. We were at a music festival the entire night before Checkin and the host allowed us to enter at 9 AM, not 4 PM, very good customer service experience

The room is a bit small, but modern and comfortable. Limited parking spaces, a bit difficult to find nearby during high season

The location is 10/10 right next to the beach and a great places to eat and drink. The perfect place for sunwaves festival. Roberta rooms is presented very clean and tidy, a noticeable great smell on entrance. It’s new and fresh, the staff are organised and helpful. I would 100% go back and recommend for anyone. great value for money.

Extremely unprofessional staff. On check in we asked if it would be possible to stay one day more. We were assured that this would be no problem but we would have to move to another room of the same standard. On the day of the change, when we called for details we were informed that no change is possible and we have to check out. We had already rebooked the flight so there was no option of staying with no accomodation. Whole Mamaia was already fully booked. After our complain we were offered a room with four times the price. Very low standard of service.

We were able to check in early The lady at the front desk was very nice, gave us a clothes iron when we asked Very comfy bed There was a hairdryer in the room

The room was not clean when we checked in The bed sheets and towels had stains The shower hose kept falling out of the shower head, and it was not fixed while we were there The shower drain did not work well so the shower flooded constantly They do not clean the room unless you ask them to, and when they did they just vacuumed the floor The description on booking mentioned they give slippers, but they did not

The room is modern, bright, and nicely decorated. The location is fantastic. The view was absolutely stunning.

The only thing that bothered me is that there is one air-conditioning unit for two rooms and it couldn't handle the second room very well.

Perfect location and view from entire apartment to the sea👌 😍 The building is located on the beach actually (starting of the beach). Best to choose apartments for glass front wall, towards sea. You can seat anywhere in the apartment and watch the sea any time and sunrise 🌅 in the mornings if the horizon is clear.

Very good location and clean.

No handsoap in the bathroom and no rack for wet clothes. Also, on Booking we were told that there is free parking included. We were parked in a hotel parking lot and even though the owner of Beach Rooms assured us that it's free, the parking men tried to make us pay and were quite rude.

Good, but it could be better

La location of the apartment was perfect, right on the beach.

The pictures shows that the apartment has a full kitchen, but when you arrive there, you get a decent room with a very small fridge. My believe it that those pictures are misleading. I spoken with the staff from the location, and they told us that those room with kitchen have been booked and more expensive, I never even got the option to choose if I wanted a kitchen or not. Also, there was an issue finding a parking spot nearby the apartment, but for a tip to the right guy, you can find a parking spot from the hotels that are in front. A few parking spaces would be ideal for such a small building.

Cleanliness,. Looked good. Lots of towels. Great location - righton the beach. Close to restaurants and clubs.

The shower leaked badly, resulting in a small pond in the bathroom. Not ok for the price. Got a room for 3, but that was just a 2-person room with an extensible armchair - not a sofa, as shown in the pics.
