Clean but disappointing. No lounge chairs at the “beach” area and too risky to try to get into the b

Room and grounds were clean. Bathroom shower was comfortable and good water pressure and shower heads.

The room was not furnished comfortably; no table or chair for which to work at. Decor wasn’t given a thought.

Sea front view, restaurant and hotel with affordable prices. Definitely coming back!

Brighter light bulbs in the bathroom especially since the bathroom walls are dark.

Paradise in Corozal!

Breakfast is amazing and very reasonably priced. All their food is pretty good. They have really good natural fruit juices, and one of the only hotels with a nice large pool. The place is absolutely beautiful!

The AC didn't work as well because there were openings on the door. You could feel the hot air come in. But that still was not a deal breaker for us. The location and view itself was amazing.

WIFI WAS CUTTING EVERY 30 SECONDS AND I WAS UNABLE TO MAKE INTERNET CALLS NOR WORK FOR 2 DAYS. THANKS TO THE RECEPTION WHO CHANGED MY ROOM THE LAST NIGHT.

AMAZING HOTEL/STAFF

I just went for the pool area, and I can say I had a great time in the pool with beach view. The drinks was amazing, and I had every flavor of mojitos. Food was great, had the fried fish, rice and beans.

Good hotel for a stopover

Big spacious property on the waterfront. It is an old property but well maintained. The restaurant has excellent Chinese food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We just stopped there for a night on our way from Chetumal to San Pedro. The town itself is not so interesting but good for a stopover

Staff was friendly

Place is run down. Needs some TLC. 2nd night in someone tried to break in our room while we were sleeping. I woke up to a hand in door trying to get chain opened. No one did anything and we were not compensated. It was scary.

The on site restaurant serves great food at great prices. The fresh strawberry smoothie at bz8 was amazing. Loved the free coffee on tap until 11am.

The pool wasn't wasn't totally clear and there was a bit of sand/ grit in the shallow part.

Staff was very friendly. Restaurant had nice choices and food was very good. Room was comfortable and clean.

Location worked as an overnight stopover on our way to the next destination but we wouldn’t have stayed for more than a night because the town didn't have a lot of tourist activities. The hotel itself was nice but it was in close proximity to derelict buildings.

Location was perfect. Loved that there is a restaurant on site with room service. Great staff.

Wanted to swim but pool was dirty. Interior of room was clean and aired out but entrance lock and handles were dirty. I could not adjust shower head and it was spraying to the wall.

Great stay for the price.

Site is being renovated, but be really enjoyed it because of the staff and how easy everything was. They were very accommodating.

The grounds need some TLC, but it was also obvious they were in the middle of that. Otherwise nothing. Great stay for the price.

Great Experience on a reasonable budget..

Loved the warm welcome extended by the staff , very friendly and engaging . Staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and requirements were addressed promptly and effectively . Whether it was extra towels needed , or the use of a kettle , Iron, extra bottled water, or Laundry services , the staff was always available to provide us with what was needed right away. They guided us to recommended restaurants and provided directions to places we wanted to visit during our trip. They are also making improvements and expanding the facilities to include an on premise restaurant and swim up bar and larger pool .. Would certainly visit them again .. Special mention to the security staff who ensured our security peace of mind was of paramount importance and our vehicle was always properly secured in their gated parking facilities.

Improved lighting around the bathroom mirror would be one recommendation to help with shaving and applying makeup etc..

We went to Corozal to see the culture and enjoyed ourselves. The people everywhere are so friendly.

no breakfast or food at this location. But two great places right next door to eat an were great.

I would stay there again, the hotel is undergoing renovations and I can see it will be nice

Nicely appointed, clean, and roomy

There is no vanity light, only a small light on the ceiling, very dark when shaving. The plumbing needs to be updated, the showerhead sprays sideways, but I had the option to use the hand shower
