Southern hospitality!

Very welcoming and friendly owners and helpers; feels like you are staying with family in a good way. They are not intrusive and you have privacy, but you feel comfortable in the house. Generous tasty breakfast.

A little far to walk to downtown area, but it is possible. Best to drive 5 minutes and park to get to restaurants, etc.

Home Away From Home

Angie was a wonderful host! Breakfast was amazing! Her home is beautiful and we were made to feel right at home. We had a very lovely and relaxing stay. We will definitely be back anytime we are in Wilmington.

I think this was our best B&B experience thus far. We really enjoyed the conversation and the food.

I was very satisfied with the breakfasts we had. Wonder what may lay in store for a longer stay. The fruits were fresh, presented well and tasty. I did enjoy the caramelized sugar in the waffles. Angie can cook!

Will have to go back again, in order to find one. I think that a larger television in the room would be a plus.

Classic Victorian style home just shy of downtown Wilmington worth the stay

Angie and Chris make you feel so incredibly welcome from the moment you step foot on the property. And this classic Victorian style B&B is charming, comfortable and breakfast w/ Angie is a treat in and of itself.

Easy access leaving and entering the house, temperatures kept seasonally comfortable - some street noise but aside from that wonderful

Lots of fun with a lot of fond memories.

Angie and Eppie truly understand the hospitality business. They are so warm and flexible- they treat their customers extremely well. We enjoyed their stories and their recommendations were spot on.

We have no complaints about anything.

Nice host and good rate but nothing exceptional to make me want to return.

Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Did like the flexibility of having breakfast a little later in the morning. Good location of the B&B in relation to beaches and downtown Wilmington.

The location was good but traffic noise was a bit of a problem at times when sleeping. Bathroom was small and not much counter space. Would have like to have had a luggage rack in the room I stayed in.

Angie was very accommodating. A very good location, and we would stay there again when in the area.

The breakfast was exceptional every day. Portion was more than I could eat, but each day was delicious!

Would have liked a bathroom that was a bit larger, but all considered, we were very comfortable with our stay.

Very enjoyable. We will book again for our next stay.

Angie was very nice and accommodating. One of us is diabetic and Angie went out of her way to make dietary modifications at breakfast.

It would be nice to have a TV and refrigerator in guest room.

The house is a stunning one hundred year old sample of Southern architecture. The f

Breakfast was delicious and very generous. Each day was different and we were offered choices which were all great. We marveled at how quickly one person could be so efficient. The location is on a main road which took us directly to the downtown area. The accommodations, the house and the room are beautiful....a living in history.

Not one thing could have been better. Because we switched from a two night stay to three nights,there was a change to a smaller room, but that was just a matter of logistics and we easily accepted that as a result of the change that we made in our visit.
