Comfortable and quiet

Nice view , quite area , comfortable bed The staff is very helpful also Dina she helped us .

Very average, but can be great.

The view of the Pyramids and the pool.

When I arrived I had to carry my luggage in. No one to help. The carpet in the passage to my room was dirty. The carpet in my room was dirty. No proper lighting in the bedroom. No reading lamps next to the bed. No proper Gym. No Spa. I had the buffet dinner and no one offered us a drink.

Nos gustó la ubicacion principalmente y el desayuno.

No nos gustó la atencion de la recepcionista Menna que fue muy antipática con nosotros. Creo que una persona que no tiene don de gente no deberia de estar de cara al publico. Fue brusca y con mala cara para ayudarnos en nuestras dudas. El resto del personal fue muy atento y servicial. Por otro lado, el hotel tiene falta de mantenimiento en las habitaciones y pasillos. Se ve antiguo y con falta de una remodelacion.

A great hotel for the pyramids - stick to the buffet!

The staff were very helpful. The hotel foyer is very spacious. We booked a suite, which was big and had two balconies: one overlooking the pyramids and the other over the pool. The other rooms we booked were deluxe pyramid view, and they too were lovely. The food in the hotel buffet was very good with a wide range of choices for our family's differing dietary needs. A good location for accessing the pyramids.

The first night we ate in the Italian and the food was below average, so, not a good start, but the hotel buffet helped to redeem the experience. We did have a problem using the hotel's taxi service, as it was much more expensive than a non-hotel taxi. We shared whatsApp with George Bishara the hotel taxi driver, but when we returned home, he bombarded us with requests for money for a supposed heart operation. We found out that this was a scam. So beaware!

A little oasis away from the bustle of Cairo

The room overlooking the pyramids was spectacular, as well as being able to see them while lounging by the pool. The proximity to GEM was also a bonus. Breakfast was exceptional.

It is a little dated, the bathroom was very dimly lit, but this is just Egyptian standards. When we left, the taxi counter wanted to charge us triple what we paid our taxi from the airport. We walked past the hotel to a street taxi and negotiated a lower price there. The room was mostly clean, but could have done with a vacuum.

大エジプト博物館は迂回

毎日、ピラミッドを毎朝夕、見れたこと。

まわりの道路が工事中で徒歩で出かけるのが大変。目の前にある大エジプト博物館にいくにも迂回しなければならないので、２０分はかかる。これは道路工事が終わったとしても幅広い道路で車も80kmくらいで走ってるから、道路を渡るのは不可能。ホテルのスタッフからも500mくらい先のコーナーまで行って渡るか、タクシーで行った方がいいとアドバイスいただいた。信号つきの横断歩道か歩道橋でもできれば、1〜2分で行けるのに。

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen total erfüllt. Die Lage ist super, das Personal ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, besonders Mrs. Menna war sehr um uns und unsere Anliegen bemüht. Die Essensauswahl war umfangreich und die Qualität sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für jeden was. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Wundervolles Hotel in grandioser Lage und mit äußerst freundlichen zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern!

Tolle Aussicht auf die Pyramiden, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, angenehmes Ambiente, gute Preise in Restaurants/Bar, Roomservice ohne Aufpreis. Das neue "Grand Egyptian Museum/GEM" ist praktisch direkt gegenüber, allerdings fußläufig nicht wirklich erreichbar, da eine sehr große und vielbefahrene Straße dazwischen liegt und es keine Überquerungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe gibt. Wir wurden von einem einheimischen Fahrer für 400 EGP (ca. 10€) hin- und zurückgefahren was ein absolut fairer Preis ist.

WLAN ist sehr schlecht. Langsame Geschwindigkeit, Netzabdeckung oft schlecht, häufige Verbindungsabbrüche. Kein beheizter Pool, daher kann man dem Pool (zumindest im Dezember/Januar) praktisch nicht nutzen, da das Wasser viel zu kalt ist.

Great location, good hotel

- Location was great with excellent pyramid views. - Early check in. - Assistance with PCR tests in-house. - Breakfast. - While the food in the restaurants was only ok, the staff were warm, welcoming and delivered great service.

- Main elevator was out of order our entire stay. - The porter bringing our cases to the room when we checked in tried to hustle us into an overpriced tour before we'd even got to our room. - Marketed as 5 star but closer to 3.5-4, which is often the case in Egypt.

SERIOUSLY NOT VALUE FOR MONEY!!!

Only the proximity to Giza Pyramids and its view on the pyramid.

It certainly doesn’t have the 5-star amenities, comfort and cleanliness. Breakfast spread is like a 3-star hotel. Furniture in the room is old, bathroom is not really clean, Wi-Fi is terribly slow (worse than 4G on my limited data mobile) - videos took forever to load.

Exceptional

Check-in was easy and we had a great view from our rooms overlooking the Pyramids. They made us a box lunch for our early morning departure and had fun activities around the pool.

The hotel was in a very good location for visiting the historical sites. It was very clean and the staff were very helpfull and accommodating.

The food in the alacarte restaurant was just OK, however, breakfast was good.

Definitely not 5 stars , room requires refurbishment/ deep cleaning to come back in shape.

Prime location with views of the magnificent Pyramids or Giza , very helpful staff.

Rooms furniture is outdated and needs refurbishment, carpets in rooms/ outside corridors is stained , curtains is not clean. Bathroom is not acceptable for 5 stars rated hotel, got molds in the shower cabinet and the toilet seat is broken, no hot water on shower, towels are very dry. No Gym facilities.
