The historic Under the Eaves Inn met expectations and more. Hosts Joe and Mark are very attentive. We were in the Sandstone suite on a scorching hot weekend in Nevada and the reprieve from the NV heat was wonderful at the Inn. We loved sitting on the front porch enjoying the sunset light show on the mountains across from the Inn…best entertainment around! So excited that we have scheduled the next visit.

This was one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. It was perfect, we walked to Zion from the location. Location was perfect, the warmth of the Inn was superb....highly, highly recommend it!

Our stay was perfect. Our suite was lovely, roomy, well equipped and convenient to everything at Zion. Could not have asked for a better accommodation than Under the Eaves!

My husband and I were visiting Zion National Park. The location to the park is very good as it is just a short drive to the Visitor Center where you can pick up the shuttle. We stayed in #8 which was beautifully decorated, spotless and provided a full kitchen so we could cook our own vegetarian meals. It was a wonderful stay!

We wanted an easy place to stay that was really comfy but in the park. This was perfect. No kids made it relaxed and quiet. The manager was wonderful and helped us through a few items we needed for our trip. We stayed in the suite which had a full kitchen and would have been perfect for a long stay to hike all week but stay in comfort. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. This place was great.

Very Convenient Zion Location
We really enjoyed this property. We had room #8. The location is excellent. You are walking distance to restaurant/bars. There is a grocery store right across the street that is a little pricey but has what you need.
You are close to the shuttle stops that take you to Zion front gate where you can catch park shuttle to locations with the park.
Will definitely stay there again on a future trip to Zion National Park.

Amazing Home!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Under the Eaves. We loved the green home and it reminded me of a fairytale! Everything was very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed the heated floors, the comfortable bed, and all the space to relax. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance to delicious restaurants and fun shops. Also very close to the shuttle into the park. We will definitely come back in the future! :)

Historic home
A unique and lovely home. At first I was not quite sure that I wanted to stay, but the place quickly grew on me and in the end I didn’t want to leave. I loved the bird bath on the lawn, the front porch, the eclectic decor. There was more than enough room for two and the closeness to the Zion Park entrance was a real plus.

Couldn’t Have Picked a Better Place!
Under the Eaves was just amazing! I can’t say enough about how awesome this place was. My daughter had stayed here with friends previously and told me I would love it - she insisted we book it. I couldn’t have been happier. My husband and I stayed with our two adult daughters, 18 and 21. The antique decor was unique and incredibly well done. Plenty of room for all of us, with privacy created by beautiful custiom curtains. The grounds were stunning, and we loved sitting outside at the many sitting areas, especially at the outside swing, watching the birds in the fountain, with the beautiful Zion rocks in the background. Loved taking a bath/shower in the antique painted clawfoot bathtub, with a unique door. Also loved reading about the history of the house, including the addition of the beautiful church window and interior railings, and the antique lighting fixtures were beautiful. We were perfectly situated in the midst of town and less than a mile from the park entrance. Marc and Joe were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helped with insider info on hiking. This is my go to place when I come back!!

Purely Magical
If you're looking for a boring motel stay with a run-of-the-mill room and all of the mediocrity that comes with a motel, then this is not your place. Mark and Joe I've gone above and beyond separate themselves in a rental market that is overly saturated with the Mundane. From the perfectly placed pieces of artistic furniture exposed wood beams and all of the tiny nuanced details throughout our room, this space made our Zion honeymoon adventure one we will remember for all time. Mark and Joe gave us the inside scoop pain where to go and when to go throughout the park and a lovely selection of restaurants that they recommended. We highly recommend under the eaves if you want to disconnect and truly feel a part of Zion and all that it has to offer. Please don't settle when you're looking to book for your trip to Zion. Book with Mark and Joe you will not regret it.
