About this house rental

When you enter, you are walking into a Home that is nicely furnished and stocked with everything you need as if it were your own “Home Away” from Home! More importantly, it is Norwex cleaned “Chemical free” from the laundry standpoint to the products used for proper cleaning. “Shoes off” policy eliminates many of the contaminates from entering in the home also. The environment is animal and smoke free also. This allows Anyone to be able to stay safely and comfortably within the Home. Tracey will show you around the house quickly and you are left with the privacy of the whole property surrounded by horses on this 1 acre lot that sits on the north end of Wichita with easy access to the interstate to get you quickly to any part of town within 15 minutes with no traffic. Plenty of parking Available. The back covered deck is a favorite spot to sit during the growing seasons overlooking the established perennial garden and beyond it are horses you can view and a lawn large enough to enjoy outdoor activities! The hottub is Available for rent for a one time fee during your stay of $25 upon arrival and a signed waiver. Tracey has earned Super Host all quarters on a different site also and is excited to join Home Away 2019 / now VRBO to attract more guests that may be traveling through or to Wichita, Ks! Opened Home & Hosting since 2018 🦋 Hope to meet you soon!!!

This house gas everything you need. It’s a nice quiet, private neighborhood. The host is kind and atttentive to the needs of the renters. They go out of the way to make sure you have what you need.

This home was perfect for our short family getaway. The home is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The property is on a quiet road and has a beautiful back yard where our children could play. Everything was clean and well-kept. Tracey the owner is so sweet and accommodating, even giving a personal tour of the house and property. I would absolutely recommend this if you are staying in Wichita!

Tracey was an amazing host. She was very quick to answer her phone and answer any questions that I had. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The grounds at the back porch was a very wonderful place to drink my coffee and enjoy the surroundings. The hot tub was drained and refilled upon my arrival which was very comforting. The pecan cinnamon rolls that were delivered exactly at the time requested kept them warm and delicious. I will most definitely stay there again when I’m in the Wichita area. Thx for an excellent stay Tracy.

My husband and two friends had a quick overnight stay while passing through instead of getting a hotel. Tracey, the owner couldn't have been better and more accommodating. The house is very clean, the beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities they needed. The house was on the end of a quiet road and they were able to easily access the highway to continue on their travels. Highly recommend and can't say enough good things about the Host, Tracey! She is amazing!

This house is on a dead-end road in a very quiet neighborhood. It was equipped with everything we needed for a weekend stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and soaking in the hot tub. Tracey is a really great host and was quickly available when we needed something. Highly recommend!

Comfortable home in a quiet safe neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting outdoors on the deck enjoying the woods, flowers, birds and butterflies. We even saw a horse and buggy go by! Location was great, close to everything we needed. Kitchen was large and very well equipped to make a family meal. Plenty of room, comfortable home and Tracey was so welcoming and wonderful to work with. Thank you Tracey - we enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I loved this place, we went here for a church conference and it was a lovely place to come home each night! We didn't take advantage of the hottub or the fireplace but if we come back in the winter we will for sure! Host is wonderful, and a lovely woman.

Very well kept. We drove in from Texas and were surprised of how quiet, peaceful and safe we felt . We had our girls stay with us and 2 grandkids. That gave us 2 thumbs up for getting the house. It allowed us more time together. Tracy, You are awesome!!! We will contact you if we head back to Wichita. 🙂

A group of 6 women stayed here after a concert at Hartman Arena. It was very easy to get there from this location. It was a beautiful location although we didn’t have time to enjoy the outside much. Tracy was a wonderful host! The house had everything we needed and then some.

Our getaway was for a family reunion and this home made everybody comfortable. There's plenty of room to rest, sit, visit and entertain. Tracy, our hostess, is great at communication and bringing you into her home with such hospitality. The home is clean, spacious, and well stocked with many home needs. If it's not there just ask Tracy and it will happen. The hot tub was relaxing and perfect day or night. Top of the line accommodations. We will definitely be back.

What a great property! Located perfect for the places we needed to go. Great hosts! We were greeted upon arrival and got a walk through to familiarize us with the property. Tracey even had homemade cinnamon rolls for us! The house was presented accurately on VRBO, it was clean and it had a real feel of home. It was a short trip for us, so the only thing that would have made it better would have been to be able to spend more time at the property itself! We plan on staying there again when we’re back in Wichita!

Garden of Eden! The property was on a dead-end road surrounded by trees and gardens, but just down the road from the grocery store/gas stations/restaurants. The house was clean and fully stocked with all the extras. Let's just say we should have checked in before shopping. They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee (varieties), condiments galore and so much more. The owners were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. Tracy made us home-made caramel, pecan cinnamon rolls. Delicious! We needed a drill to finish off a project, they dropped one off. They heard our 14-year-old was into music and played the piano, Curtis brought down a keyboard for him to try out. They gave us all the privacy we wanted but were friendly and very welcoming. They even joined our kids for a karaoke jam session. Oh, the hot tub was working, much to our surprise. It was soooo relaxing. Don't need to bring towels, they supply them too. If we find ourselves in KS again, we will definitely stay here.

The property is heavily wooded and pleasant in hot weather. We especially enjoyed the back porch, with comfortable furniture and an overhead fan!! Everything about the place was comfortable. Tracey, our hostess, was very pleasant. The price was well worth the experience.

The property and house are nothing short of beautiful! The house is well stocked with anything you need to make your stay even more comfortable, the hot tub, yard and river are amazing- it is like your own little escape from the city. Tracey is absolutely wonderful, she is kind and lovely to chat with- bakes delicious cinnamon rolls, and is very communicative. She is a gracious and caring hostess! I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to town. 💙

We had a great few days at this home set on a beautiful wooded lot. Everything we needed (and much more!) was stocked, and Tracey and Charles were quite hospitable and available if we needed anything. The home was spotless and the hot tub was as well. Five stars!
