posizione ottima se si arriva con il treno perchè è vicino alla stazione e ai punti da visitare.

La zona se pur centrale, era pericolosa di sera. Poco illuminata e persone poco "affidabili" in ogni angolo. Per la colazione avevamo dei voucher per un bar che distava 5 minuti a piedi (dovendo superare il mercato sotto il portone tutti i giorni) e il parcheggio solo a pagamento (distante dal B&B). Per accedere, bisogna prendere l'ascensore (5 ° piano) ma bisogna inserire una moneta da 20 centesimi per attivarlo altrimenti non va (cosa che la prima volta mi ha fatto ridere ma molto scomoda dopo perchè devi averne una sempre in tasca!) Infine non c'è mai stata pulizia della stanza in tre giorni, anzi la prima mattina la signora ha provato ad inserire la chiave con noi all'interno senza chiedere il permesso!!!!!!

Vicino alla metro, consigliato per soggiorni max di 2 giorni perché scarno di armadi

La cucina che è di uso in comune è molto attrezzata, quindi puoi eventualmente preparati i pasti o riscaldarli

Manca la cura nei particolare, nel bagno sulle piastrelle ci sono gocce di vernice, eravamo 3 persone e vi era solo un gancio per le asciugarmi da doccia. Il porta asciugamani da viso mobile con tre assi ma uno serve per inserire il rotolo di carta igienica. Essendo tutti bianchi le asciugamani non si ha la possibilità di distinguere il "propietario". Sempre nel bagno non c'è la possibilità di appoggiare le cose personali da bagno. Io mi portavo uno sgabello per appoggiare i trucchi, ecc.. In camera da letto sono presenti un mezzo armadio a vista dove puoi appendere al massimo 6 vestiti 2 comodini E un piano d'appoggio dove io ci ho tenuto la valigia aperta che mi fungeva da cassetto

We did not enjoy the place one bit. The inside of the room was hotter than the outside temperature and the air con did n

Nothing and did not like management at all as they did not respond and also were not present.

The property was located in an extremely unsafe area with a lot of dicey characters. There was also trash all over the street. Also the air condition did not work properly despite it being 35 degrees during the day and the management did not attempt to respond to us until several hours later. We had to leave at 10pm and find a hotel which had air conditioning which was a great inconvenience.

Electronics were malfunctioning and there was no support.

The bed was pretty good, but honestly it did not have much else going for it.

The shower was either boiling or freezing. The airconditioner was probably at 26 despite it being set to 16. It was either broken, or had been tampered with to save money. The door was sqeaky and didn’t open/close so well. The fridge also did not cool no matter the settings. There was also no reception, which was a bit frustrating with all these issues. Lastly the elevator was 20 cents per ride, which is okay in itself, but it was a bit annoying to have to remember to carry around a coin as it didn’t take card or other currency equal to the value.

It was good value for money. It was self check-in, so it was nice to be able to check in early. I received a breakfast coupon to eat at a nearby cafe, and it was delicious.

The toilet bowl was not fixed, so it was inconvenient every time I used it. Even though the air conditioner was turned on, it wasn't very cool, and after a while, the water ran out of the air conditioner. Elevators are charged (I had to pay every time I used the elevator.) The rooms are all close together and the soundproofing is not good, I could hear other guests checking in or taking a shower during the night.

The perfect overnight visit.

The building was really old and classic. It felt really cool and great to be in. There were balconies over the street and the breakfast was great with facilities to make a good cup of coffee.

Pleasant

Room and bathroom clean and comfortable.

The communication with one of the owners was a bit complicated. He did not reply to my messages through booking.com and sent the check-in codes very last minute. The area is not the best, there is a market during the day that makes it complicated to move around with luggages. It’s in the fifth floor, if you want to use the elevator you will need 20 cents.

It is near the centro.

the area is quite dangerous. nowhere does it say that it is on the 5th floor and that the elevator costs €0.20. we never saw the host and when we needed to communicate he never answered the message. the room was not very clean and the breakfast provided was very minimal. included only a coffee or juice with a croissant.

A stay to sample the foods cuisine that Napoli had to offer and didn't disappoint.

The breakfast offer at the Cafe was perfect. A traditional Italian breakfast, and the croissants, and sfogliotelle were exellent. The location is good on one hand because it's not too far from Napoli Centrale and Garibaldi Stazione.

Nothing the B&B can do, but Napoli in the Garibaldi area is very messy, and rough. You won't get a good impression of Napoli from this area.

Good option to be close to the train/bus station

Flexible check-in hours (our flight was delayed so we arrived well past midnight). Bedroom decor was ok, good AC. Shared kitchen facilities. Good location.

The cot we requested was not placed in the bedroom (as we arrived past midnight we couldn't/also didn't want to contact anyone to sort it as we were exhausted - had to share the bed with our toddler. Shower water very difficult to control - either boiling or freezing cold. Having to pay 20cent each time we want to to use the lift - for someone (like us) coming from a country with a different currency this is not helpful at all ! As again we didn't have coins nor did we find a place to change it at the time of our arrival. So we had to make our way to the 5th floor carrying a toddler and all our luggage.

Ideal location by the train station and cheap price for area

Host replied quickly and made our access to the room very easy. Bathroom facilities were good and bed comfy, communal kitchen was good.

Very noisy area, location wasn’t the nicest and the stairs up to the room on the 5th floor were a tad spooky. No coffee available in the room

Wouldn't go there again

Did not use voucher they left in room as no directions to place, bad service overall. No staff there or around at all

Difficult to find b and b in the dark, no one available had to phone them. Even taxi couldn't find it. Breakfast was a voucher, no directions to where the cafe is!!! Just not a good experience

Great value for money!

Great value for money. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the room was considering the price. Very clean. Common kitchen had everything we needed and more. Easy check in and out process. Nice bathroom and comfy beds. Thank you. We were pleasantly surprised!

Good value for money to stay near the Central Station

Clean, comfortable facilities, tea, kitchenette, refrigerator provided. Easy check-in at any time, since the host sends clear instructions.

The street where the place is located, is dirty, so one has to walk some 100 meters in a bit strange area. The apartments are at the 5th floor, the elevator costs 20 cents.

Good value for money, close to the central station

This is a clean, comfortable B&B place very close to the central station and many sightseeing attractions. Free tea provided in a fully equipped kitchenette. Very good choice if comparing the price and the facilities.

The street where the place is located is very dirty, so one has to walk some 100 meters in a very strange area. The apartments are in the 5th floor and the elevator costs 20 cents.

Disappointing

The breakfast was good, located in a nearby cafe (1 coffee and 1 croissant). Location is close to the central station and city center. The host is really nice and helpful.

The property is in much worse conditions than expected. The pictures did not reflect the current reality. The room we received(which was different from the one we have booked) was dirty and clearly requires some serious sanitizing. The sink drain is not working properly. There is rust in the bathroom. The walls are dirty. The bedcover do not look clean. The location is very dirty and it doesn't feel safe.
