Out-door dining and grilling (shared), open floor plan perfect for bigger groups, surrounded by palms with king beds in both master bedrooms. The Location - This will be “easy” just like vacations are supposed to be. It's just a one-block walk to all the best of the Siesta Village - fresh oysters, seafood, tropical drinks, ice cream, entertainment, and even gourmet donuts. The patio is shaded by mature palms with chaise loungers and dining tables. It's just right for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee, good book, cocktail(s), or an al-fresco meal. The beaches here are the widest on the island, have panoramic views of the gulf to the North-West-and-South, and are the top spot in North America for viewing sunsets. The water is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. You can swim or “often” wade to Sand Dollar Island, a naturally occurring white sand cay popular with dolphin's sand-dollars and “occasionally” giant-conch. This is the only spot on Siesta where you can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes.
Amenities - Paddle boards kayaks and bicycles provided free of charge, but subject to availability. Because of shipping delays, if a group prior to arrival loses items we may have a restocking delay. Anything we are missing can be rented nearby.

Easy to navigate. Close to beach and close to village. Unit was nice ... a little aged. The only problem we had was the overhead lights in the upstairs bedrooms coming on spontaneously in the middle of the night. Dan was a great host.

Our family stayed 4 nights and had a great time. The beach is so close and we loved that it is a quieter beach area. The village is also super close and we loved going to dinner and ice cream and going to the shops. The room was very spacious but could use a bit of updating but it worked great for us. The wagon and chairs were amazing to have!

This listed was exactly as advertised. We were only about a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the Village. The house included all the beach gear we needed and even had bikes available to use. Would definitely recommend staying here!

i stayed with a few friends for a week and we had no issues with the house. the host was excellent with response times. it was clean and just like the pictures in all but one area. this rental is a two unit house and that was written nowhere on the description. the backyard is shared. while we experienced no problems with this it was a disappointed to learned upon arrival that the whole wasn’t ours and we didn’t even have the balcony facing the backyard. We had booked this thinking it was just our space and it put a damper on parts of the trip having to worried about not disturbing the neighbors.

The house was perfect for our stay and proved to be the ideal location. Two blocks to the best restaurants and bars, two blocks to the beach, quiet rear courtyard. The host was quick to help when needed and the property had everything we needed to have a great time. Highly recommended.

It was my first time in Siesta Key. The location is amazing and right near the park of town. The beaches are absolutely breathtaking. The house was big and accommodated 12 of us comfortably. We had an amazing trip!

Great location, easy walk to many different food venues and little shops. Easy, short walk to the public beach access. Nice quiet neighborhood. Short drive into town if needing groceries on a larger scale.
House was awesome, nice backyard patio and sitting area. Clean, lots of space with comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms with tubs and showers were great for 4 kids. Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and beach stuff readily available at the house to use (didn't get to use the paddle boards or kayaks d/t the weather).
Daniel was easy to get a hold of and quick response was received from him when needed.

This was a really pleasant stay and perfect for our group. Dan was really responsive and helpful. Check in and out was easy. The backyard is shared and it was entirely clear from the photos that we had the front unit, rather than the back unit with a balcony overlooking the shared yard. It ended up being totally fine, but something to consider.

There were 11 girls for our friends bachelorette party! Plenty of space, location was key, beds were comfortable, and not having to worry about towels/linens/beach chairs with the bonus of the bikes /paddle boards was awesome! Daniel was very accommodating with early check in and responsive if we needed anything. Great stay!

We loved walking to the beach every morning for coffee and sand dollar hunting! The house was clean, and perfect for our large family, to have a place close to town to walk to- loved meanie donuts every morning, loved having the bikes to take out for a ride. Would for sure stay again!

Great location, 2 blocks from grocery store and liquor store. 2-9 blocks to all the best restaurants and live music in the VIllage, 7 blocks to the beach. Loved our stay, place was clean and plenty of room. We could walk everywhere.

Pictures are deceiving. The home has been remodeled to a point, but not done well. Floors are "wavy", in some places you can see a 2 inch difference with numerous floor coverings on top of one another. Tripping hazard going from LR to bathroom. Sliding doors in LR are in need of replacement. All in all, it was an ok place. Just not what I expected. On the positive side, the outdoor grill and seating area was very nice.

The house overall was ok, the location was great! During our stay multiple times we had people coming and going from the property parking in our parking spot or even worse blocking our car in. A heads up from the property manager that this would be happening would have been nice, we found out towards the end that there is a storage unit and laundry that is being used even when the house is being occupied. Another thing was the house was not properly stocked as we were told it would it, there wasn’t even hand soap in the bathrooms to wash your hands. Overall it was just a ok stay.

Beautiful Home
Had a very comfortable stay at this home. Used the grill for a few days along with going to some nearby restaurants. The Hub Grill was excellent! It is only a 7 minute walk to the beach and I did additional walking every day. Beautiful home and the best beach!

The backyard is an entertainer's paradise (we invited a few over for a nice grill out). The beds are extremely comfortable and there's great air flow throughout the entire place that it's just ... very comfortable. The garage is an added touch in case you have visitors and need more driveway for them. There's enough beach gear provided for a small army.
Dan was attentive to everything. And took care of everything we asked. Full transparency: the only item that needed attention was a folding closet door (to the HVAC unjt) that was broken but Dan sent a maintenance man to come over the next day. He had to take the door as the replacement hardware is on back order, which made for a good conversation piece during dinners, but ... its just a closet door and Dan didn't ignore it.
I remember some of the reviews when we first booked. All the rules are reasonable and provided well in advance. There aren't many, but do follow them and it'll help you feel like you're living in your own place. I would stay here again.
