Excellent view, very clean well maintained building and pool! Great communication with owners and Roberto, an official tour guide who arranged a special personalized tour to Colima! Overall a great place to stay in Manzanillo!

The place was amazing! We really needed a time to unwind and this place was perfect. We loved watching the sunsets every day! The place has everything we needed and the manager Roberto was super helpful. We are looking forward to come back!

Cleaning and welcoming staff were wonderful people. Roberto, who welcomed us was very informative and great to have conversations with. Felt very safe in the area. Walking distance to many restaurants as well.

Bring your binoculars to watch the boats and maybe even see a whale. Beach goes for miles but water a little rough if you are not a strong swimmer. Many good restaurants within walking distance and store across the street for cold cervaces.

Very easy renting. Good communication with owner and agent. Would stay again.

Million Dollar View
Beautiful condo with an amazing view. The sunsets are simply bonito and we hardly went a day without seeing some whales right from the condos balcony. The location is fantastic with dozens of restaurants within a stones throw The grounds and pool area are kept very clean. The beach is never crowded and we swam in the ocean everyday. The restaurant next door happily served us in the pool area and on the beach with cocktails and snacks while we soaked up the never ending sunshine.
Roberto the property manager was very helpful and attentive. He also speaks perfect english.
I hope to stay again on my next visit

Great condo!!
We just stayed here for 3 weeks and the condo was fantastic! The grounds and the pool were very well maintained. Roberto and Esperanza do a fantastic job!! We had Roberto takes us on a tour and it was probably the best tour we had been on for a long time.
The owners Rick and Julie were great to deal with as well.
We definitely would come back in the future!

Breathtaking!
We arrived and the contact person was there waiting for us. He showed us around, pointed out a few things of interest (some restaurants close by and the little store across the road for the cool ones) and left us to this view :) also a nice bonus having water jugs there for us when we arrived.
As previously stated, the condo had all cooking utensils and supplies that we required (and even a bit more left from others before us thx)
Bedrooms are quite spacious and clean. We appreciated the weekly sheet/towel change. bathrooms as well were clean and spacious enough.
My hubby so appreciated shaw tv, as he was able to watch his curling :)…… nice to have a touch of home
The bay and view is really something. I so enjoyed early mornings and later in the evenings watching the ships, fishers, fish/whales and birds. relaxing.
There are restaurants very close by, whether you chose to walk (as we did to many) or hop the local bus for 9 peso's or flag a cab for approx. 30 peso (depending where you are going).
Saturday am, walk across the road, catch the local 1,3,6 bus with 9 peso, head to Santiago to the market. lots of good produce and other little gifts to purchase.
Beach can be rough, but we did manage to go (and the surf was a wonderful white noise when snoozing on the lounger or up in the master bed). Always a great breeze coming in from the ocean. The pool and area were kept very clean. Pool was actually very warm and had a bit of an smaller area where is could sit and read in the water. Nice palapa as well, to sneak under in the afternoon sun. We did not ever use the air conditioning so cannot comment on that. There is a fan we kept in the door and enjoyed the fresh air.
Cab from airport is approx. 590 peso and approx. 40 min. We ubered it back from there and paid 400 peso (and added a tip)
Just to mention, it was nice having a contact person there. He spoke great English and was able to answer any questions we had, guide us in good directions and is a guide himself.
We enjoyed the area, this vacation was to be for R & R and that is exactly what we did. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the condo and would return in the future.

We had a great stay for a month
We spent a month here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were great as my sister accompanied Jim and I. We had our daily beach walks and sunbathing by the palapa. The sunsets were the highlight of the trip along with watching the container ships in and out of the port. Jim even bought binoculars for this reason. We even spotted the occasional whale.
The location was perfect as we were able to hop on the local buses everywhere even to Santiago beach for the Oasis restaurant's happy hour every Tuesday.
Roberto, who manages was great, very knowledgeable and helpful and brought us water on a regular basis. We also took a couple of tours with him.
All in all we had a great relaxing holiday as it's a very peaceful location.

The building is located right on the beach in the middle of Manzanillo bay on Plya Azul.
Nice, clean, well equipped kitchen with large beautiful granite counter-top that made all the tasks easy. Weather for one week or 3 months stay the kitchen will take care of your cooking needs. Whole unit nicely decorated with touch of local art.
The place is good for up to two adults with two kids. The swimming pool and palapa with tables and chairs create good space to spend time with family.
The condo sits right on the main Boulevard with easy access to everything. There are few restaurants right next door and plenty more within walking distance; convenience store SIX across the street and another OXXO 5 min away.
Three large supermarkets are 30 min walk away or the easy way- cross the street and wave for the bus to stop - quick ride by bus -9 pesos pp. You can exit anywhere - the bus will stop for you - all supermarkets have regular stops. Soriana is first then next (short drive) is Walmart and little further La Comer. The Taxi to bring groceries back to condo cost 350 pesos. The price quoted by the driver has tip included.
Very nice surprise were 3 extensions cords with splitters available to connect and charge all our electronics. Another bonus are triple panel sliding doors in the living room. You can slide aside two panels and invite the beautiful ocean view to inside :)
The 2 palm trees in front add nice flavor and richness to the view and the sunsets - could never get enough.
Cleaning maid and change of linen and towels every Saturday was included.
Rick the owner contacted us before the trip to make sure we know the first few steps after arriving to Manzanillo. He was also quick to respond when we had a question. Between the owner and Roberto who manages the unit for the owner we felt we were in good hands during our stay.
The condo and the building even though are clean and taken care off have marks of time but it is reflected in the price and therefore I still give it 5 stars.
