Absolutely Great Experience

The entire experience with Hotel Clemons was exceptional, from checkin to checkout. “J” at checkout was the absolute best: very enthusiastic, friendly, helpful. The 2 bedroom was immaculate, and very aesthetically pleasing. The comfy beds, great rate, location, and fully equipped kitchen made it even better. We will DEFINITELY stay here again when in the area.

Our visit to Hotel Clemons was wonderful.

The hotel looks great! The rooms are spacious. Kitchen is well equipped with full size fridge. Very clean and quiet. It exceeded my expectations.

It's a good stay when the hotel itself is entertaining!

Fun, retro, well located hotel. The suite was spacious and comfortable. Two bedrooms and two baths was great for our family and very reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable with good linens. The pillows were a little firmer than my taste but were good quality. The showers were good. The layout of the apartment was superb and the location on a walking street that's still allowed cars was excellent.

Perfect stay in Chattanooga.

Absolutely perfect location. I loved having the full kitchen and huge dining table. Perfect to spread out a project for work. The suite was very clean. And the bed was beyond comfortable.

They have a little cafe/store/co-working space downstairs that I would have loved to be open a half hour earlier and a half hour later so I could grab something on my way in/out of work.

I recommend for people needing space or full kitchens. Great for families

The accommodations were very nice. Felt like I was in an apartment building. Spacious and beautiful decorated. They have full kitchens , lobby activities Felt very safe.

They have warehouse like ceiling that may be thin. I could here the guest above.me dropping things and running.

Perfect spot for an extended stay, business or pleasure

Location. Rooms. Table tennis.

Absence of staff due to winter storm. Water should be restocked daily in the fridge

Great place to stay with kids and be right in the heart of downtown.

Amazing apartment style hotel. Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff is great. Location is awesome.

Parking is either on the road, paid, or paid in a garage. Wish the hotel had its own parking but not the end of the world.

Good lobation, very good hotel at a reasonable price

Very roomy and comfortable. Super clean! Very well fitted out kitchen. Great coffee machine and coffee! Very good location with lots of restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The second bedroom was bunk beds. Not great for our adult son.

Nice place but I won’t stay here again…that’s how frustratingly dangerous the beds were.

Room was clean and well equipped. Easy to access with luggage carts. Had pool tables, ping pong, etc.

One of us tripped over the bed frame and fell to the floor. Both bed frames were too big for the mattresses and the frame stuck out, was camouflaged black, and square. We were all tripping over them all weekend. Also, one toilet was loose and rocking.

Great stay in downtown chattanooga in a hip and trendy place

The style of decoration and the location. The possibility to put your bicycle inside and the fully equipped kitchen.

First room had not a lot of natural light. Not included breakfast.

Other than no tv, our stay was great

Great location, very roomy

The television in our room did not work. The front desk lady came to look at it and called someone but still couldn’t fix it. She said she would continue to call the maintenance person. Later, when we came back from dinner, we asked if she had gotten in touch with them, we were told that they don’t work on the weekend therefore we had no television our entire stay.

Downtown urban loft hotel-apartments offer comfortable intown stay at better than hotel prices

Such an amazing property! Beautiful three bedroom apartment (yes, not your typical hotel room) with two full bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, and of course … a ping pong table! All for less than a chain hotel room rate. The spacious lobby has communal finding areas (they do not serve food), morning coffee, tons of sitting spaces for board games, a pool table and more ping pong tables, plus a cute little bar. And as for the bar, this was not a typical “Jack and Coke” bar but a fully stocked with high end spirits and a mixologist who served up fabulous classics you would expect to find at an upscale restaurant. The property was so family friendly and had the lobby vibe of an upscale and large hostel in the sense it was big, open, inviting, and inclusive. We did ask why the prices were so affordable for so much space. The answer is that you don’t have a full staff with room service, hotel attendants, valet parking, etc. But who needs that when you have a fully furnished apartment? This was a fabulous find!

There was nothing to dislike. My only regret is we didn’t stay longer!

Amazing Stay at Hotel Clemons

The atmosphere was wonderful from check-in, comfy seating around the lobby, bar area and game options. I love that entry to everything is based on your own personal code. The rooms are basically loft apartments with tasteful furnishings, comfy beds..we even had games and yoga mats in ours! Outside, the hotel is in walking distance to eateries, bars and other shopping plus you're not far from attractions such as the imax theater, riverboat, aquarium and more!

Great apartment style hotel for large families or friends with a great vibe and location close to free shuttle.

Loved the space of an apartment allowing us to all be together yet giving each couple their own sleeping space combined with daily towels if requested and extra dish detergent and garbage bags when needed.

The bar was only open for certain days or hours less than a usual bar due to being short staffed. We wish they would have left extra trash bags in the can or cabinet so we didn’t have to ask or wait while trash was overflowing.

Proactive staff, comfortable and spacious stay

Very comfortable hotel, very nice staff. We enjoyed the amenities and the space. The beds were super comfortable, and we slept better than we had in days. There was a fully equipped kitchen and a large living space. The manager reached out to ask how we liked our stay. When they requested info on what they could do better, I offered some minor complaints that I would not have bothered with mentioning. The manager responded graciously and said they would address my minor concerns. I've never had such a proactive staff! It definitely shows this hotel is run well. We felt safe in the hotel in our location and it was easy to get around. As this hotel does not have included parking, finding meters and setting timers to re-up our payment every few hours was the only thing we had to deal with that was remotely stressful. We could have parked in a garage downtown for more convenience.

A neighbor across the hall had a dog that was anxious when left alone. The dog was barking incessantly and it carried into our apartment in a very disruptive way. The staff addressed it before we brought it to their attention. And we were able to adjust our air conditioning to keep the fan on and that helped block out the noise.
