the location was great, and the property was beautiful.
they provided only enough towels for one per person and there were not enough beach towels for everyone. only a few dish washer pods and no laundry detergent. the response when i asked about more towels I was told that there was a washing machine.

The location was good
We arrived on Wednesday and the pool was green. When I checked in the lady at the property management told me that they had put a shot on the pool, but I never imagined that it was that green and disgusting, it finally got cleaned onFriday but really got blue on Saturday, so we spent $600 a night for a place that we couldn’t use the pool for 4 full days!!! and besides that the elevator didn’t work 70% of the time, the property management won’t disclose this on the website but everyone must be able to climb stairs (3-4 floors) up and down, and there are No restrooms in the common areas so good luck with that experience, my mother had to stay in the room most of the time because of that issue, and the idea was to get together to celebrate Mother’s Day!

Nice unit. We didn't read up on the property so all concrete floors surprised us. This was our oversight though. The pool wasn't cleaned upon arrival and we had to call twice.

The location was great. Close to the beach access and close to town.
The unit was very “tired” and most things in the unit were very used and needed to be replaced. The furniture is not good quality and very worn out. The rug in the living room is a tripping hazard because the edges curl up. The master bed mattress needs to be replaced. There were several things that needed to be fixed such as a cabinet door that was hanging by only one hinge, lights that did not work in some of the guest rooms, the water faucet in the kitchen was clogged so the water trickled and did not get hot, the drains are slow in several bathrooms …. Some of these items got fixed after a few days while some were not. We bought bath towels as the towels provided with the unit were threadbare. And there were other issues as well. The unit could be lovely but from our experience, it needs some investment. Very poor value for what we paid.

-It was clean
-Close to siesta key village
-close to beach
-has blender and many cooking utensils
The pool light doesn’t work
The garage doors don’t open or close
The front entrance lights don’t work
The area where the picnic tables don’t work
Basically the electric for the first level doesn’t work at all.
They didn’t mention a deposit until I showed up they wanted a $500 deposit and they said I would get it back 7-10 days after your departure but I never received it.

A rented umbrella and a beach towel were taken from the property. The gates leading to the backyard and pool are unlocked. The side doors have a keypad but those doors are unlocked leading to the ground level foyer and the elevator/stairs. I had 8 beach chairs, supposedly 8 towels (which I did not count), a cart for the beach and 2 rented umbrellas. We left all of the beach items inside the fence. Someone took the rented umbrella and I also received a text from Beachside Management that a towel was missing. There were renters on the first floor but when approached thy verbalized they did not take the items. There were garage door contractors and pool maintenance workers also on the property. I called Beachside Management to report the theft. On Sunday, after I had returned home Beachside Management sent me a text stating there was only 7 towels. I responded that a rented umbrella was taken and my assumption would be that is when a towel was also taken. Their response to me was that it was in my contract that I would be responsible for missing items. My response back was where would you expect us to put 8 beach chairs, a wagon and 2 umbrellas daily after returning from the beach? The only locked area would be inside your apartment. I believe that is not an acceptable location. Last, they charged me $25 for the towel when note left was that it would cost $20 per towel. I expected a different response after spending $4000 for the week.

The best thing is the location. Beautiful views of the ocean which was just a short walk across the street. Amazing sunsets! The beds were comfortable, and there was a good shower in the 4th floor master, but no tub, which I missed. There was adequate dishes and cookware between the 3rd and 4th floor. We had to go down to the 3rd floor for the oven. There was an electric cooktop, microwave, and toaster oven on the 4th. Each unit provided really nice beach chairs, and toys. There was a nice outdoor area to grill by the pool with a seating area.
When we first arrived the elevator was broken, so it was difficult to take our luggage, cooler, food, etc, up 4 flights of stairs. The elevator was out for 4 days and had to be reset several times when the gate and door were not closed all the way on every floor. Our daughter, who is disabled, couldn't visit us those 4 days due to the elevator not working. The maintenance man was very nice and tried to help. I would suggest a sign by every floor, as people on the 2nd floor left it open several times. Another major problem was the pool. It was unusable for 4 days, green with algae. That was very disappointing for the kids. Another big issue was the garage door had to be manually opened and shut each time you took the car out. It was very heavy and difficult to do. There were many smaller things broken such as the ceiling fan on the 4th floor balcony, toilet paper roll dispensers, ice maker on 3rd floor wouldn't stop making ice. We had to buy supplies such as paper towels, trash bags, etc. They did bring some more dishwasher soap. The 4th floor master suite did not have a tub which was hard for me with arthritis.

Location was fine
Toilet did not work, elevator did not work all the time, hot water did not work in one of the bathrooms when we checked in, pillows and mattresses were awful. Overall: terrible value and poorly maintained property for $8000/week. The front desk did not made any attempts to please customers

Location and apartment was large enough.
Twin Bedroom not convenient for adults. No ceiling lights or batteries in remote for queen and twin bedrooms. Closet door leaning against wall in queen. Very little baking dishes. Rug in living room was curled up. We had to get tape and tape down. Very dangerous. No mirrors in bedrooms. Half of light bulbs out in master bath.
