About this house rental

Please note that we only accept one night bookings on weekends by prior arrangement. Leavers not accommodated. Please do not instant book one night as you will probably have to cancel it and wait for the refund to come back onto your card. If you want to enquire about a 1 night booking on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night, please send us an enquiry and we will assist if we can. Conditions apply.

Bring your own sheet towels and pillowcases or book linen separately at $25 per queen and $18 per single.

Large pet friendly (by arrangement) open plan house just around the corner from the bay in a quiet residential street just a short walk from the town centre.

Have breakfast on the courtyard and enjoy the sea breeze.

Wander off to the beach and then hit a winery for a long lunch.

Please note that doonas and pillows are provided.

You can either bring sheets, towels and pillow cases, or we can supply them at $25 queen and $18 for single.

Kick off your shoes when you get back, sink into the leather lounge and watch fetch TV.

Fall into the queen size bed in the master suite and enjoy the tranquility if the location.
The open plan kitchen/ diner/ lounge with leather lounge opens onto an al fresco courtyard with barbecue and ten seater table. The lounge has Fetch TV and a woodburning stove for those cold winter nights.

The master bedroom has an en suite and walk in robe and a split system air conditioner.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and built in wardrobes.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds and built in robes
The second lounge has a queen size bed settee with inner sprung mattress.
There is a laundry with washer/dryer, and a double garage with parking on the drive for 3 extra cars.
Please note that linen can be supplied at $25 per queen bed and $18per single bed for the duration of your stay.
All beds have doonas and pillows available so you only need to bring your own sheets, towels and pillowcases

Great house short walk to beach & dog beach. 15/20 min walk to town. Enclosed yard & great outdoor table & chairs under cool verandah. All beds comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen well supplied with all that you need. 3 bedrooms had ceiling fans which worked well & AC in lounge & main bedroom cooled house enough on the hottest of nights/days. Host was good to communicate with. Minor problem getting access to the key due to lock box being jammed - easily sorted out with host. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Property was open plan and airy. Enough room so that we didn't feel on top of each other. Enclosed backyard. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Clean. Close to attractions. Good place to stay with a family.

I was great experience. This property was well maintained and sufficient for big family. Excellent location near to beach. Out of all, this is well maintained pet friendly property. My family enjoyed it lot and we got all what we want. Highly recommend to families with Pets.

Lovely stay this week, Lorraine organised amazing weather for us too! Property is huge and clean and everything you need is there. Brought our two small dogs and they loved the enclosed backyard to explore. Great location close to the beach and town. Would definitely recommend yo families wanting a peaceful relaxing holiday.

We just had a wonderful short stay in this property with our family and two dogs. Fantastic location and a lovely property which was fully enclosed and safe for our dogs. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and then come home and sit and talk around the big table or on the comfortable couch. Thank you to Lorraine who was faultless with her communication with us and so lovely and accommodating to deal with.

Large house plenty of room to move around. Light , the sun shines in . Plenty of hot water, great water pressure. Everything you need is provided. Great back yard for the dog , very secure. Easy walking distance to the dog friendly beach .Lovely beach front walk way , short walking distance to the town centre. An ideal place to enjoy your stay in Dunsborough at a reasonable price

Overall pleased with the property. The fan didn’t work also the shower head was not very good in the second bathroom. Also fans in the ensuite and bedroom with the two single beds weren’t working . Otherwise it was all good.

This house was spacious and clean overall, large dining table and plenty of comfy couch space for everyone, which was great at the end of a busy day with three teenagers. The beds were really comfy and the property is well-equipped. Location's great, neighbourhood is quiet and the beaches are close and beautiful. The property could, however, do with a bit of TLC (January 2022). The back garden is a small seating area and an unkempt driveway with weeds, abandoned stuff and what seems to be an unused granny flat - but is fully enclosed for dogs. Batteries need replacing in remotes and clocks; we had to share a remote for the bedroom fans, which wasn't ideal in January. The fridge and utensils were a bit grimy, the toilet drips and has no lid, lots of windows are without blinds so the house got hot, and the dishwasher didn't seem to clean the dishes. All minor things but added together made the stay slightly less pleasant than it otherwise could have been. Also a note for families with young children, the master bedroom is a long way from the other bedrooms, which may be a problem or a benefit depending on your point of view. It is a quiet and spacious property in a great location and makes for a mostly comfortable stay and a good base for relaxing in Dunsborough or exploring the region.

Great place, nice property, very spacious, clean and green. Excellent to family, friends and our dog was very happy here too. Location is perfect, 250m walk to the beach - one side is dogs Beach, another isn't- whichever you like! 1.5km to Dansbourough town centre. Close to all best places. All in all 11 out 10!

My husband and I had a very relaxing time, great location one street back from the beach our dog Danny loved his daily walks/swims. I would highly recommend this property for a family with a pet as there is plenty of space inside and out.

Six members of my photography club stayed at this property as our home base for a weekend of photo shoots in the region. We only really needed basic accommodation, but this place is fantastic - so much bigger than we'd expected from the listing and price. It was clean and bright, and slept the six of us easily. Location is great too. Very highly recommended.

It was very convenient, plenty of space. There were a few things that needed fixing. The shower leaked and dripped all night in the ensuite. The oven was dirty and did not work well. The BBQ was the same filthy and did not work well. There was no kindling for fire. If those things were fixed it would have got five stars. However we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Ideally located close to beach and easily walkable to Dunsborough. Fantastic for families or couples wanting to stay together, this home has plenty of space inside and out, lots of seating. Big bonus being able to take our dogs and being so close to dog beach. Will definitely look to stay again. Thank you!

Great house with lots of room and great outside area for socialising and plenty of backyard for the dogs. Stones throw to the beach and can walk into the main Dunsborough Centre. Thoroughly enjoyed and would stay there again. Thanks for having us.

Tired and unloved!

The fridge doesn’t work properly and resulted in us throwing out food. The door and hinge is bashed and doesn’t shut easily. Both freezer and main section not cold. Quick text response from owner but not fixed. The general repair of the walls needs attention with towel rail hanging off wall, large hole in kitchen wall as you come in, and paint peeling off in many places. Main bathroom has green mould on outside of shower, below the door. Pet hairs on bedding and general strange smell in main living area. House was clean and tidy , but all dishes in cupboard were dripping wet because previous occupants probably had no tea towel to dry them. Tired and unloved. Doug
