Getting a restful night's sleep will be easy in the Legend's guest suites. This single-story villa boasts 5 large bedrooms and a total of 7 beds, hotel-style amenities and premium linens. There are en suite bathrooms in 4 of the 5 bedrooms.
The Primary suite features a plush king bed, sitting area and en suite bath. There is a private entrance to the pool & spa with impressive views of the golf course. The King bed is complete with high thread count linens and other amenities include an HDTV and ceiling fan. The bathroom is complete with a large walk-in closet and separate commode.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.
Close by is the Stadium Course Club House with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It's a great place for happy hour before you head into town! If you are looking to play golf at PGA West there are three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament.

Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

The property is located in a safe and quiet community. Perfect location and house for a family get together. The layout was perfect for us, 5 adults and 4 children. The house is decorated in good taste and the amenities are very nice, great pool, spa, ping pong table, pool table, etc. If you are looking for a party house, this house is not for you. If you are looking for a house to rest, have family time and enjoy each others company, this is the perfect house. The check in and check out was seamless. We felt at home throughout our stay. We never left the property. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare your meals, however if you want to order food, there are several options to order from. We highly recommend this property.

This home is everything one expects for a first class home. Perfect for our family reunion of 8 adults and 4 children. The house is in perfect condition including a complete inventory of kitchen equipment, sharp knives, glassware, etc. the bedrooms are well appointed and spacious. The pool and hot tub works exactly as expected. The staff was terrific from initial rental steps through thoughtful communication when we arrived and during our visit. We give this a 10+ rating.

The house exceeded our expectations. Lots of space for 6 adults and 2 infants. The backyard was beautiful overlooking the golf course and mountains. Property manager (Jen) replied within minutes to any questions we had. We would definitely come back.

We liked the common space, the eating areas, the bar, pool table, ping pong and the outdoors. It was clean. Master bedroom is huge, but other bedrooms and bathrooms were not. No one was happy with the limited range set for air conditioning. It got hot at night even with ceiling fans running. The garage door opening system was a hassle, and the main front entry lock didn’t work. So overall positive, but a few items disappointed us.

Overall this residence was completely perfect for our short mini family reunion. Good location, very clean and well stocked with everything you need. We had a small issue with the outdoor grill but management was on top of it immediately. Bravo! If anything I am not a fan of memory foam mattresses but it didn't bother the others. Having said that I would rent this home again. Great outdoor space.

This property is phenomenal! We shared a long, relaxing family retreat poolside & had the best time!! House is extremely spacious & well laid out and the great room/kitchen/billiard room is perfect for game night & family time! The bedrooms were lovely and all the beds/bedding were incredibly high quality!! We did lots of cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked with beautiful dishes, cooking necessities, no stone left unturned! My niece, who is an interior decorator kept commenting on how high quality the furnishings & details on this house are. The outdoor pool/spa/fire pit/ ping pong table was phenomenal! We thoroughly the spacious outdoor amenities…lots of places to enjoy your morning coffee, while enjoying the gorgeous views of the mountains. Jen was incredibly attentive & responsive to our needs prior to our stay and during! We loved every moment we spent at this beautiful property and cannot wait to make this a yearly vacay spot for our family!

Stayed in late Sept./early Oct. with friends (four couples) for a golf and relaxation get away. The house accommodated our group well. We appreciated having king beds in 4 of the rooms. The master was HUGE. The other three en-suite bedrooms were nice size, bathrooms were small, but adequate. We enjoyed the common areas, well appointed kitchen, bar, pool table (which we used quite a bit) and also made use of the nice yard, pool, Jacuzzi, ping pong table and fire place/bowls. The golf courses we chose to play and restaurants in old town La Quinta were relatively close. El Paseo was a little further away, but do-able. The house manager was very responsive and took care of our needs in a timely manner. Over all as advertised and a great home to rent in Palm Desert.

It was truly a fabulous experience. The house was just as pictured. It was well built, well designed and well maintained. Very clean and great energy throughout the house.
The layout was great for entertaining all our families.
The kitchen, living area, and bar area were perfect for eating and drinking and hanging out with a big group.
The backyard was perfect for swimming all day and barbecuing meals along with a fireplace for smores in the evening.
We all loved it so much we want to come back to this same house each year.
The property manager was super responsive throughout the whole experience. Whether through text or through the VRBO app, I was always able to connect with her.

"This home was amazing! Clean, spacious, well equipped & everything was functional! Check in was a breeze. Jen was a great communicator. There was a very handy instructional book available so any questions I had were answered there. Pool was great and and instructions were self explanatory unlike some homes where you have to call to contact the host to make adjustments. Home looks just just as pictured. Was very quiet & private. We used food and grocery delivery services and had no issues with security at gate. I did have to describe my car that was in the driveway for deliveries as the address number was covered by a bougainvillea bush and a bit hard to find but that wasn't much of an issue. Everything over all was pretty easy breezy. We would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful home with a great pool. With August heat we could enjoy the pool in the evening and were able to see a shooting star. Pool was quite warm and I recommend not to get heated pool option if there in 100 degree weather. Note that pool lights are turned off at 11pm. They kept tuning off every hour starting at 9:30pm the first couple night and we had to keep contacting the host - they were responsive most of the time. I recommend proactively asking that they keep lights on between the hours you plan to use pool in the evening. Accommodations were great - beds were comfy and home was comfortable with AC. We were thankful for the board games as we were traveling with young kids. We also really enjoyed the awesome pool table near the living room. Showers always came to temperature quickly even when most of our group was using showers at the same time. Will definitely consider this property when I come back to La Quinta. Kudos to the hosts for making the property family friendly."

The owner's have truly thought of everything...we didnt have to leave the property! The pool, pingpog, billiards, putting green(the list goes on) made for a really fun time for all. This was hands down the best Vrbo we have ever stayed at. The property was exactly as described and incredibly clean. The location was beautiful and serene on the golf course. Plenty to do between the pool, ping pong table and billiards table. The house was located in a beautiful community which was perfect for our morning runs. The manager, Jen and her team were very responsive to any questions that we had and they even offered a service where they received our instacart order and put it away for us before our arrival. The pictures do not do it justice how beautiful, spacious and well put together everything is! The space was incredible to host a family girls trip. The master is large enough that we had three masseuses doing in house massages and two of which done at the same time in the master bedroom. Contacting the property management was so easy and efficient! We absolutely look forward to staying again! The only thing I would mention is that we didn’t know about no outdoor music. Understandable since you’re on a gold course but we were bit confused since quiet hours said 9pm-8am so we thought that was it. We made it work though and loved every minute of staying here!

I rented this home for an annual family get-together. We have 10 people and need a lot of space and a lot of beds. This place did the trick. Is is a nice, big property, with plenty of bedrooms and places to hang out inside and out. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable, and the air conditioning works very well. The backyard is really great -- with multiple seating areas, lounge chairs, a BBQ, and ping pong table. It also has misters which help cool down the area on hot days.
I also really appreciated the excellent communication with the property managers. It was a very easy check in and check out, and they responded to my texts immediately. I will definitely return to this property in the future.

Lovely and relaxing
The stay was fantastic, the property was clean and well maintained, very secure with the gated community, and the Travlr team was very easy to connect with and contact with any questions. Very highly recommended for all ages! Beautiful Property. Thank you!

Beautiful resort home!
We were a group of teachers that celebrate the end of the school year every year in June. We had such a lovely time in this beautiful home, the best year ever. We are ready to return next year. I have done a few VRBO's and this one had thought of all the things that make your stay there more special. So easy to move in and feel like you are at home but better. Thank you for your immediate responses and communications too! This is a great place to stay with large groups of families or friends!

Wow Factor!
"Legends has the "wow factor!" That's what everyone in our group said when we walked in. Plenty of room for our party of 11. Lots of seating. The kitchen is very well equipped. Good pots and pans and lots of utensils. Grill spatula included. We only ate out once. Our only wish was for an air fryer. The pool and whirlpool are amazing! Lots of pool towels available. The lounge chairs are comfortable with pads instead of plastic slats. Plenty of outdoor seating, too. We loved the fire pots. The master suite is spectacular! It's so spacious. Everyone loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The bath towels were soft and fluffy. The sheets were so soft and comfortable and the comforter was just right. We hope to visit again next year."
