Amazing location down a dead end - a short walk to a nice beach, short walk into town and short walk to the bike trail. Great house layout with an open common space connecting kitchen, dining and living, bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs were spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay with two adults and three children ranging in ages from 5-10.

This house is a gem, tucked away at the end of a quiet dead end street. With two living spaces, central air and 2.5 baths plus outdoor shower, it had everything we needed for 6 people to stay comfortably. Proactive and thorough communication from owner was also very helpful. Walk to Brewster shops and Ocean Edge a short distance away on 6A, or to the quaint Ellis Landing beach.

Our family of five stayed here for a week. We wanted something walking distance to the beach and in a good location to various areas. This place was perfect! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for our youngest. You could walk to a bay beach and a short drive to the ocean side too. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We would highly recommend this to anyone! Thank you!

The Perfect Place to Reset!
The house is gorgeous! It was very clean and comfortable. The spacious open kitchen/dining/living room allowed all of us to be together. The decor was minimal and tasteful which helped create a calming atmoshere. Communication with the owner was always answered quickly. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BEAUTIFUL BREWSTER HOME!!!!

Great house in a great location
This very clean, very well-appointed and stocked property was the perfect home base for our week on the cape. The house was spacious and the proximity to the beach and town were major assets. Excellent communication with the homeowner who clearly wants guests to truly enjoy their stay.

Great house and location!
The house was perfect for our family (all adults). Online description was very accurate and David is an attentive host. Appreciated the charcoal grill and the abundant supply of beach chairs. Love walking to the beach—great sunsets! Nauset Beach (Atlantic Ocean-beautiful but sharks!) in Orleans and Chatham beaches on Nantucket Sound are a short drive away and accessible after Labor Day. The nearby bike trail is great and provides access to pond beaches. We loved the Hopkins House bakery which is a short walk around the corner. Highly recommend this house and location!

Perfect Place
We had a lovely time at David's place in Brewster. The house was lovely and perfect for our two families (4 adults and 3 kiddos under three years old). Ample room for everyone to spread out and the backyard was an ideal place for the kids to run around in circles. It's an easy walk to Ellis Landing beach, AND only a quick drive to the wonderful ponds at Nickerson state park. Basically ideal for families.
David was a fantastic host; probably the most responsive and helpful I've ever encountered. One small example: when I asked about what spices were available at the place he immediately took stock when when he found them to be lacking he actually bought a full spice rack that was was delivered to the house the next day (!!) Very thoughtful and kind. -- Also the garage is well stocked with beach gear (shovels, umbrellas, chairs, wagons, etc).
We'll definitely be coming back!

This was a last minute decision for us. David made the process very easy and his constant communication made sure there were no issues when we checked in or throughout the week.

Brewster Stay
The house was very clean; welcoming; met everyone's needs--from teenage to senior; with a great central location; and an easy walk to beach; the garage was full of take to the beach stuff; and the patio a great location to relax in the evening. I guess you can tell we had a great time!

Wonderful week at the Cape
Every aspect of this rental was wonderful. Great communication with the owners. Great amenities in the home and patio. Great proximity to food and activities (bike trail & beach). Everything was as described and better. Children 3 and 6 had a great time between the yard, beach, and books in the home. Grandparents (70’s) were very comfortable in the home as well. More than enough room for our 4 adults and 2 children, even on a rainy day. We will be back for sure. Thanks for everything!

This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults and teenagers. All of us had comfortable beds, the bathrooms were well appointed, the common areas and kitchen were spacious and accommodating. In the age of pandemic, there will limits to what could be provided in terms of linens and toiletries, but we managed the situation well. We could walk to amenities on route 6A, which included a casual eatery, a homestyle bakery, and other restaurants. The beach was about a 10-15 minute walk, right next to the Ocean's Edge Resort. To be honest, the beach dedicated to the neighborhood (Ellis Landing) is not big, and while we were there we encountered several families with small children. For us, this was not ideal, but for families with small children, I imagine that would be a plus. If you are willing to walk a little further, the beach opens up on the other side of Ocean's Edge - with plenty of space and at low tide, infinite space. We spent considerable time on that section and enjoyed it immensely - especially the miles-long walks every morning on the flat sand. It helped that the weather was amazing all week, getting a nice dose of Vitamin D in the heat, and settling back into the air conditioned house every day. There were a couple of nitpicky things in the house, like low water pressure in the outdoor shower, that could be improved, but hardly impacted our enjoyment of the house.David Molinari as host was fantastic. He was communicative, thorough, and responsive. This doesn't always happen with VRBO landlords, and I wish they all could follow David's lead on process. I was happy to meet David, and would highly recommend his home to anyone needing to recharge their batteries. Well done, David!

Last minute steal away
This house was ideally located with close proximity to the bike trail and town and a short walk to the beach. The bay side beach was pristine - one of the nicest I've been to. The house was very comfortable having everything we needed without being cluttered. The owner was incredibly generous and responsive. We will definitely reach out should we find the opportunity to get to the Cape again.

Perfect location for our family
Lovely house! Great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach, to the bakery, to the pub at Ocean Edge. We ate most of our meals on the patio in back of the house. The house was very clean in a private, quiet spot.

Wonderful, quiet beach getaway
This peas a wonderful stay! The house perfectly suited the needs of our family, including a 2-year-old, a 5-year-old, and five adults. Located just .3-miles from a lovely beach, and equipped with all the beach chairs, shovels, umbrellas, and transport wagons you could want, our family made two trips down to the water daily, and enjoyed the short walk very much! The beach has a long, beautiful low tide, great for kids, and an oyster farm within a few hundred yards that was very interesting to see.
The house itself was at the end of a quiet side road. We loved grilling on the terrace and feeling that we had complete privacy, despite being in such a convenient location near 6A.
Communication with the homeowner was smooth and consistent, and the process was a breeze. I recommend this home whole-heartedly!

Great house, has everything we needed..
I've been coming to the Cape and staying off of Ellis Landing since the early 80's when I was a kid and now I'm doing the same with my family. This house had everything we needed and then some. This is the nicest house we've ever stayed in at the Cape. The kitchen was recently remodeled, the back paver deck was recently upgraded as well. The house was just perfect. Plenty of space and very clean. Has all the little beach extras in the garage, which saved us from having to pack extra stuff. The house is on the end of the street with lots of privacy in the backyard. It's located on a very quiet street as well. We have a 3 year old and the walk to the beach was no problem. The owner is also great with communication and very responsive to any questions. Overall it was a 5 star vacation. I would recommend this house and I will come back to this house in the future.

Nice house close to everything!!!
We had a great time staying here for a week! We are an active family, so proximity to the beach and biking trail was important. The area had plenty of dinining options and the grocery store was just around the corner for the days we wanted to grill. The house itself was newly renovated and very well maintained. The owner was very accommodating. All around, great stay!

This house has all the essentials!
We stayed at this very well thought out, neat and clean home for a week in August, 2018. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The kids had so much fun exploring all the spaces. There were a number of games available which would be great for children a little older but there was enough to keep everyone occupied. The open concept kitchen, eating, and living space provided good conversation no matter where you were.Beds were wonderfully comfortable and the central air was a bonus considering the humidity we had. There is a beach within walking distance although other beaches driving distance were better. We ate in most meals and cooking on the charcoal grill was fantastic! The owner was extremely responsive and checked in during the stay to make sure all was well. We would definitely stay here again as everyone felt that it was very homey. Nancy N. (Connecticut)

My family was very happy with the home!! The location was great, an easy walk to the beach and easy access to all Brewster has to offer. The home was spotless upon arrival and the owner was accommodating to our special needs. Looking forward to renting again in 2016!!!!

The Calm Cape
We decided to rent this home over Labor Day weekend as an alternative to staying at a local resort to attend a wedding. My family, friends, and I that rented the home all live across the US, and we wanted a more private space to spend time together. This house could not have been any more perfect.
We all had our own space, yet come easily get together in the common areas to enjoy meals and each others company. Ocean Edge Resort, where the wedding festivities were held, was right next door. We were actually closer to the venue and beach than many staying on the resort grounds. The walk up to the beautiful and ever changing Brewster Beach was quick! We spent every free moment we had up there checking out the sea life!
David, the homeowner was very accommodating. It is evident that he cares about his property. Overall, my family left hoping that we would return to Louise lane in the near future!
