Good stay!

Nice and clean hotel! The breakfast is a buffet so you get quite a few options. The room is spacious and it has a nice garden to sit and relax.

Cleanliness, personal, location and breakfast. Location is not in the center of the city, but the hotel located in quite place! Staff is friendly. In love with garden and topchan! Wifi is fast to work, and also good for online meetings!

The perfect hotel for stay in Tashkent.

We really liked the hotel. All nuances were resolved instantly at the first request. The staff deserves special praise. Always friendly and ready to help. Breakfasts are good. The room was clean. It takes 19 minutes to walk to the metro. In general, we can recommend.

Many russians (русні)…but this is not the problem of the hotel itself. There are no questions for the hotel:).

Honestly, I wouldn't come back to that place

The place was not expensive and the neighbourhood is pretty quite and cozy.

Don't get me wrong, but the whole place smells like you know the elderly person apartment. And there was a smell of sewerage in a bathroom. The extra blanket was very very dirty. Brrr... Lot's of flies in the area and no one window net. It took them 3(!) days to made my laundry and even after that huge period of time they returned me my closes a little bit wet. And there was a permanent spot made by detergent on one of my underwear after laundry. Wi-fi could be better (it wasn't the worst one though). The breakfast is cold and you need to ask stuff to worm it up each time (I mean, why don't put a microwave oven somewhere on the table with breakfast, so people could warm a meal up without asking all the time?).

very nice stay

- Location outside the city, for us it was perfect for further travel to the national park - staff speaks very good english! - we asked for breakfast to go and it was no problem at all, it tasted very good - clean rooms, good shower - nice garden

- no good restaurants for vegetarians nearby (shashlik everywhere)

Worst Hotel Experience in Years!

The worst hotel experience in years. I booked for 5 nights and chose this hotel as it was away from the centre and had an appealing looking garden as I planned to work on some personal admin and didn't wish to leave the hotel's immediate area. Subsequently, I opted for a hotel which stated that they accepted debit cards (visa). When I arrived, there were some friendly individuals that were family of the owner, however, the manager and one of the younger children (yes, children work on reception) were extremely rude and offensively impolite. They then stated they couldn't accept visa as "their card machine was broken". I had no problem with paying cash, however, they would have to wait until it was convenient for me to leave the area to visit a bank given that I hadn't planned on leaving the area. It was their error and they should have taken responsibility for their errors and flaws. They, however, after the third day rudely approached me during breakfast (when there were other guests) and asked me for money - the teenager on the second occasion stating that "they use intuition" and sometimes because locals (I'm from the UK?) leave without paying, they were inquiring about when I would pay (calling me dishonest by default)?. I was understandably insulted by this and especially after the second time, I requested that the manager apologise for her poor decorum....which she never did. The "manager" had on of the most unsuitable personalities I've come across amongst hotel staff in years. In addition to the above, the garden chairs were sticky with tree sap and swarms of ants when I arrived and which was the case for the first few days. The internet also didn't work for half of my stay and the bathroom stank of raw sewage for the duration of my first 5 nights.

Very nice, great tea. Super staff. Possibility to wash my clothes. Little further from centre, but near the airport.

I like rooms with garden view, there was 2 nights of my stay in a room with window facing the other way, but I moved as soon as there was availability and all was exceptional.

Breakfast was good. The staff is the best one. The main issue, which I would like to stress, is address; people do not know where is the hotel is situated, cause address is mentioned in few places differently

Value for money

Very kind staff. No one spoke english but we could manage understanding each other with a translation app. The room was quiet and very clean. Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood.

The breakfast was so-so. Needs a little bit of variety. Hotel is located in the outskirts of the city. It took me around 20 min by taxi to reach interesting attractions such as Chorsu bazaar.

Do not waste your time and money.

Nothing to like

We booked a room with a king bed, but when we arrived at the property we were told that the room we booked was already occupied and we were offered twin bed room with much higher price. Long story short we paid more than the price we supposed to pay for uncomfy twin beds and ultra thin pillows.
