Great location and host

Very convenient keyless check in systems. The beds are comfortable and the location is amazing. Unfortunately for our stay the bathroom had an ant infestation. However, the host immediately gave us another room, allowed us to use both so we can maximize the bed space. It was a bit inconvenient but these things happen - what mattered is the host accommodated rapidly and fairly. Got an extra room and a full refund. Can't complain about the host. I would stay there again if I was in Rome and guaranteed didn't have to use a different room on a different floor to use the bathroom. I think my experience is a one off so I wouldn't judge the booking if I were you. I'd still recommend staying here. Stones throw away from the Vatican and nice rooms

The unique experience I had with ant infestation and needing to use a different room on a different floor to shower etc. The AC also wasn't too strong in my room in particular but the others seemed to be ok. As I said this is a one off experience

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Hierhin kommt man gerne zurück.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer top zentralen Lage. Der Petersplatz ist direkt um die Ecke und auch für den schnellen Hunger und Durst ist in einer Gehminute gesorgt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung modern. Bei Fragen oder Hilfe, kann man jederzeit gerne die Gastgeberin kontaktieren welche immer hilfsbereit und freundlich ist. Jederzeit gerne wieder !

Es gibts nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

pratico accesso con codici e check in via WA - posizione vicina al Vaticano - camera pulita ed in ordine, con acqua gratuita nel frigobar - possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura

Great choice for a city break.

Very clean, the host very friendly and helpful, always available. Few steps away from a lot of restaurants. Walking distance from all the touristic sites.

Perfect location near the Vatican. Very clean room. Great communication with the property.

The bathroom had a smell coming out of the pipes (a problem many hotels in Rome have). No luggage rack to put suitcase on, and lighting in bathroom was very dark.

Nice owners, very clean and comfortable and great location for Vatican City

Very good communication from the owner of the appartement. It's located in a smaller street very close to the Vatican but just outside the busy area so that was perfect. Very clean and gets cleaned daily. Not a very big room but definitely big enough to be comfortable. Nice modern bathroom and facilities.

If you're planning on visiting Rome's old town, prepare for a 20 minute walk towards the city. But if you're visiting the Vatican, it's right next door.

Lovely

Location was really great, only steps from Vatican city. Lovely neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafe's and shops. Room was clean, beds comfy. Communication with owner/manager was really good, I asked her about taxi's to the airport and she booked one for me right away. Would definitely stay again.

Room was too small for a chair and little table but that would have been a nice added feature. There was a kettle for tea but no coffee maker. There was a mini fridge in the room.

事前に丁寧なメールをいただき、やり取りができたのが良かった。ゲストルームゆえ、スタッフの方と直接会えないものの、かなりフォローしていただけた。鍵が最新、シャワールームも素敵！とても快適な滞在でした。ヴァチカンにとても近いのがまた魅力です。

ホテル自体は素晴らしい！駅からの道がデコボコの石畳でスーツケースが心配になった。でもそれくらいです。

Awesome location, everything else is passable at best.

Clean towels, clean bathroom and linens

Water spills everywhere in the bathroom, insufficient water pressure coming out of overhead shower head, very uncomfortable mattresses, dog barking at night, no elevators, lots of noises late night from neighbours. Complicated self-serve check-in process.

A wonderful place to stay. I'll come back when in Rome again!

Clean and very comfortable. Everything was pretty much great. The location isn't in rome's center but it's close to the Vatican and in a wonderful neighborhood. Very quiet.

It's really a small thing, but it was hard to get the water temperature right in the shower. Mostly because the water heater turns off if the pressure is low. Also, there's no elevator.

Amazing!

We had an amazing week at St Peter’s Manor. From the beginning the process of check in was smooth and very well explained. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was amazing, it was quiet at night all while being a minute walk from a street full of restaurants and ice cream :) The hotel was also a short walk to the Vatican City! I would highly recommend this place especially if you don’t mind walking as it’s about 25 minutes to Trastevere which was amazing to eat at and about 30 minutes to Trevi fountain however we didn’t find this to be a problem as the walks through Rome are lovely! There is also a metro close by which we used to get to the colosseum priced at €1.50 pp this was a nice touch too. Overall, wonderful week and wonderful stay, I would highly recommend and would visit again!

Great for short stay

Great location easy access to buses & metro, in a cool walled city lots of restaurants & convenience shops. Clean, comfortable, daily clean service. The shower head was broken it was fixed and sorted immediately, didn’t mention this but the shower didn’t drain well & filled up with water when showering, the cleaners just need to clean & unblock the drain so it flows, know if I mentioned it it would have been fixed straight away. Good amount of shampoo conditioner, body wash, was lovely. Small but good for a short stay.

A coffee machine would have made it so much better

Amazing stay, great location, would highly reccomend!

The location of the property was amazing, well connected to public transport and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby! Also really close to the Vatican. The bed was extremely comfortable, so had an amazing night sleep every night, the pillows were very fluffy and comfortable and the aircon worked amazingly so you were able to get a great night’s sleep! The apartment was extremely clean and the lady who came to clean the room was so lovely and friendly and did an amazing job everyday. The towels were fluffy and clean, and everything in the room was clean and tidy. The hairdryer was a proper hairdryer and worked very well and so did the iron. Very spacious room. Excellent customer service, our shower stopped working one night and they fixed it the next morning and it worked perfectly, they even offered us another room to use the shower - very speedy replies and always very polite and friendly and always willing to help us. Once they fixed the shower the pressure was amazing, felt like a power shower and made you feel super clean. Building was very secure, and no keys so you don’t have to worry about losing them. Thank you so much Aline, for a lovely stay!

The only downside is that there was only tea making facilities, so there was a kettle and tea and sugar, but no coffee and no milk so will need to bring your own.

If you're planning a trip to Rome and want to be close to the Vatican, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed with the quality of service and the attention to detail. The hotel room itself was spacious and modern, with plenty of natural light and all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft and luxurious. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with high-quality toiletries. But what really set this hotel apart was the level of service from the workers. They went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were always available to answer my questions or make recommendations for restaurants or attractions in the area. The hotel's location was also a huge plus. It was just a short walk to the Vatican and other popular sights, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the Vatican. The quality of the room and the amazing workers made my trip to Rome truly unforgettable.
