The stunning mountain view is the first thing that will take your breath away when you arrive at the lovely townhome. Admire the beautiful view of Deer Valley’s ski area from 4 private, furnished decks, one of which features a built-in hot tub for pure relaxation.
Continue to be amazed when you step inside the spacious, designer-appointed vacation home, featuring vaulted ceilings, oversized rooms, 2 cozy gas fireplaces, central air conditioning, and views of the mountains framed by expansive windows.
The chef of the group will especially love the modern gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, a 19-inch HD TV, and all of the kitchen tools you’ll need to make wonderful home-cooked meals. Serve drinks and appetizers at the eat-in bar with seating for 3 and enjoy formal family meals around the glass-top octagon-shaped, 8-person dining table set on a tree trunk base beneath a beautiful, rustic chandelier.
After dinner, bring the party downstairs to the large game room with a gas fireplace, pool table, bar, and 32-inch HD TV. If you’re in the mood to unwind, head into the indoor sauna/steam room in the lower living area or head outside to soak your cares away in the private hot tub built into the deck.
Before calling it a night, enjoy family time in one of 2 large, comfortable living areas. The lower living area has comfy couches and a table for 4 to play games or wine and dine, while the other living area has comfy couches, a gas fireplace and a 65-inch Sony TV with a voice control remote - perfect for movie nights.
Everyone will look forward to bedtime, when you can retreat to your respective bedrooms, each featuring its own full bath, HD TVs, and plush beds that ensure peaceful slumbers.
