Ottimo soggiorno

Posizione a pochi passi dal centro, camera pulita, set di cortesia presente, acqua giornalmente rifornita nel frigo bar, colazione super abbondante dolce e salata (pasticciotto fresco tutti i giorni) e non da ultimo la cortesia e la gentilezza di Gaetano.

Struttura un po datata ma comunque ben tenuta

Vicino al centro, comodo

Dimensioni della stanza, buona pulizia. Facilità nel trovare parcheggio non a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze. Colazione con un ottimo pasticciotto leccese, tanta frutta, uova sode e salumi.

Finestra della camera lato strada al piano terra con traffico fastidioso, non inteso ma non rilassante soprattutto al mattino. Bagno cieco con aspiratore lentissimo, quindi intensa umidità dopo la doccia.

Sehr gute lage zum zentrum, grosse dusche, signore Gaetano war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Matratzen waren etwas durchgelegen, keine schallisolierung zum nachbarzimmer und zum frühstücksraum, sehr hellhörig

Une halte très agréable.

Chambre spacieuse et suffisante pour une halte. La possibilité de mettre les vélos en sécurité. Les messages et informations envoyés par notre hôte pour savoir si tout allait bien. La proximité à pieds du centre historique de Lecce Le super petit-déjeuner du matin. L'amabilité de notre hôte, même si en raison de la langue les échanges sont limités.

A great place to stay to explore a wonderful region

Loved the friendly welcome, and our host went above and beyond to help us plan our day out. Lecce itself is stunning

Good value for money with amazing breakfast!

Amazing breakfast. Room has a good size and it’s clean. You can park the car for free.

Bathroom (broken drain) and frigobar (spots of moulds inside).

Nice stay in Lecce

We did like that our room was spacious and had AC. It was self check in and went very easy. The breakfast was at 7:30 at our request and had eggs and many fruits which we did appreciate. Thanks for everything!

There was a tax payment for the city which was taken from us, although it wasn't mentioned in our booking conditions.

Very nice host, he tries to accommodate you in every way.

The bathroom is a bit weird. There is a motion sensor for the lights ... Which does not extend the shower cabin. So the lights go out during your shower, even if it's a quick shower.

Comfortable room close to the center

Location is perfect and the breakfast was very good too. Host was nice and accomodating, giving detailed instructions and asked us several times if everything was OK or we needed anything. We had to contact him late at 11pm for a question and he replied nicely straight away.

Check out is a bit early at 10am but we asked to leave a bit later and they were kind enough to allow us.

I stayed for one more day. Excellent appartment, clean, comfortable, quiet. Bathroom super..The host even drove me to the bus station on my return and gave me coffee before breakfast time.. Great experience. Strongly recommend staying here

Host was very nice, place is cosy and comfy. Parking was very easy & free. You can park on the street without any permit. worst case, you definitely find parking spot on of the streets nearby.

only thing i would say is the door of the room was kind of thin, it was not soundproof at all.

A cozy and Pratical stay in Lecce

- location is quite close to Centro Storico - parking available on the streets - The host was very kind and understanding Info: it’s a shared kitchen and not a private one.

- You cannot cook in the kitchen but that was not an issue for us . if you are looking for a place to cook, then this is not for you .

The Breakfast was very good a large variety including different fruits and as much of the good coffee as we wanted.

Convenient room in a quiet neighborhood.

Nice room, though small. Location was good if you have a car since street parking is available and the town center is not too far away. breakfast was good. hosts gave excellent advice on where to go and what to do.

Room had a fridge but no other kitchen facilities. guests were invited to use microwave and larger refrigerator, but no laundry facilities were available to guests despite the Booking.com stating there is a washing machine. There was a good laundromat within a five minute walk however. Whole property smelled of cigarette smoke and was a bit stuffy until the windows had been open a while.

Perfect for tourists!!! Highly recommend!!!

Everything is perfect! Modern interior, very clean and well maintained. Short walk to the gate of the old town and supermarket. Not far from the train station. Very helpful host! The luggage storage option is very helpful!
