The rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was lovely. The bed was super comfortable. The pool was quite nice
Our stay at this well rated hotel fell far short of standards and expectations. The value for money was poor. We didn’t even get the promised welcoming drink.
The noisy and leaking air conditioner and malfunctioning balcony door were quite a disappointment.
As stated, the hotel is far away from the city center, and necessitated overpriced private taxis, but the staff were not proactive and didn’t take the initiative to recommended other transport options. There is a little shop outside the back gate of the hotel where this lovely lady will help you with motorbikes. Definitely do that, it will be so much better.
The dining experience was very disappointing. We decided to have dinner at the hotel for the first night, and the seafood pasta was inedible. It was overpriced and of very low quality. The ingredients tasted like plastic, and the sauce was super basic - not something you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast buffet had poor choices and again lacked quality. Once the clock hit 9:30 the staff rushed to clear the buffet. This felt really bizarre and unpleasant. We much preferred having our motorbike to seek other food options in the city, and even the little shop at the back had better and less expensive food. We opted for this after our first catastrophic dinner experience.
The hotel facilities could do with improvement. The restaurant definitely lacked atmosphere/ambiance, the pool area is not very well organised and relaxing. I don’t think it was really well maintained and the hot tub couldn’t be used. The pool bar was not staffed, and we had to walk to the reception to ask if we could play chess. Even this simple request took an excessive amount of time to fulfill. They had locked the chess board away and took 15 minutes to get it to us. The pool area is definitely good for families but not for couples.

Large rooms and great pool area
Staff weren’t that friendly, only found Jonathan helpful. I did try to book activities through them before my stay but they couldn’t accommodate a solo traveler with any advance booking so did all my activities through trip advisor. Location also further out of the city than you think. Probably not ideal for solo travelers.

Efter att ha rest i Mekongdeltat och konstaterat att det är som en enda stor soptipp med plastskräp, så är det underbart att komma till Ecolodge med fantastisk miljö, personal och mat.
Den helt meningslösa turen till flytande marknaden. Fler turister i hula flytvästar än försäljare.

Most of them were good. I love the scenery, food, good view, nice staff. They all can speak English.
It’s crowded so:
1. The staff seemed that they didn’t have enough time to clean the floor in the bathroom so it was so slippery.
2. When they filled up coffee, water, or change towels, they usually forgot some. So you need to check before checking out or you’ll have to pay.
3. Staff always said “we are taking (something guests asked) to your room, to the swimming pool) now”, but never. you should go to take and do everything yourself or you have to wait up to 6 hours. It’s crowded so:

The wonderful green Lodge is a few km outside the city so that we could enjoy a quite stay and explore the area by free bikes. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food/drinks and was quickly refilled. The pool is large enough if you really want to swim for e.g. an hour. The hotel team is always supportive and quick if there are any requests or questions.
The restaurant seemed to be overpriced although I admit the food was served also nicely decorated and was delicious.

Really lovely hotel and staff were very helpful. Beautiful environment
A glass broke by the swimming pool. I told a mental of staff as was concerned re potential accidents, was a bit surprised that I had to sign a form to cover the cost of the glass.
I also received an electric shock in my right arm from a dodgy kettle

The rooms were very comfortable and clean.
The pool has mold on the side.
The location is terrible and there are no shuttles so on top of paying a lot you are stuck there unless you want to pay for transportation out.

Really good pool with shaded sun lounges. Very generous breakfast included and extensive delicious dinner menu - Please try the claypot catfish. Spacious rooms with huge ensuites.
All of the staff were very attentive and eager to please.
We booked the Floating Market tour staffed by Ecolodge. Our Guide Vinh (Vincent) spoke excellent English and made sure our family of 5 had an amazing experience. I'm certain not all tour guides are as invested in their clients.
Free bikes are good to explore the surrounds with.
Bikes could do with some maintenance.

The staff were amazing, very helpful with everything we needed, could speak English which helped. The location was nice and quite out of the hussle of town but not too far. Rooms were amazing they were huge clean and comfortable. Also loved the free bikes we could use such q beautiful place.
My only thing I noticed was the green algae around the edges of the pool but water was still clean other than that everything was great very happy with our stay.

Nice location with naturally build bungalows. Each bungalow offer the different sleeping rooms.
For such rather
expensive stay we wondered about missing TV in rooms. Also, service in restaurant for breakfast and dinner was rather slow. Breakfast buffet was OK. Compared with other hotels in Vietnam below average.
However, most important was swimming pool situation.
All kids who enjoyed swimming in the pool suffered next day a bit. Water was merely dirty and filled with lot of chemicals to overcome the missing cleaning installations.
Not acceptable was security situation at pool. One small pool with depth of 1.60m was without water. Directly located next to a small oath where kids ran to play. Risk for guests to slip and fall into that empty pool was very obvious. Plus, the underground next to pool was very slippery. All were told to manager. Though he showed very kind reaction nothing happened to optimise the situations.
So, all in all not recommendable to stay there.

A beautiful, quiet location and very relaxing - easy to forget worries and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was pretty good and the room was stunning. The design of the rooms and especially the huge bathroom is lovely.
The pool really needs some proper cleaning as it is quite grimy around the sides, also the bath in our room had a serious leak, which made it a little scary! A little rough around the edges then, just in need of a little TLC which I hope it will get soon as more tourists come back to the country.

we had a family suite as an overnight stay before we picked up our delta river tour. the room extremely nice was huge with a lovely bathroom and balcony overlooking the grounds. The pool was lovely too. it was peaceful and I liked the gardens, I have seen reviews which says the grounds are not maintained but there were lots of staff tending to the planted areas. there is a wilder look to the planting because I think it’s in keeping with this being a eco hotel and fits with their ethos.
staff were friendly, and helpful but there was a little bit of a language barrier compared to other places we had stayed especially in relation to ordering food on the restaurant. I ordered a meal which I thought was vegetarian but it came with meat, the waitress did not understand that I did not eat meat. I had to send it back and re-order and was then charged but they did take it off when I raised it so no big deal.
we wanted to have a drink downstairs after our meal and play a game of cards but was told I could not order a drink as the restaurant was closed. it was 9.30pm and people were still in the restaurant and drinks there were being served. we had to go back to our hotel room as there was nothing else to do.
no pool bar to order drinks day or night. someone did come around in the day to take drinks orders. nowhere to order a drink after the restaurant closes at 9.30pm so had to go back to our room.
language barrier meant I was served a meat dish despite being vegetarian.

people Iris really nice. A great service
there is not restaurant room service and one night we just wanted to have dinner at the room because but not possible

- very large and nice pool
- overall relaxing atmosphere
- we had a very good guide for a local bicycle tour and for visiting the swimming markets
almost as usual in the „better“ hotels, the food is relatively boring (and prices are relatively high).

Great pool, clean and large.
The rooms were large and comfortable
Far away from Can Tho
5.0 / 5.0
it was well placed out of the hustle and bustle of Can Tho and out of the back gate was a path. you could use one of their free cycles to safely cycle back to the city centre or the other way to the meeting of the main road. I went on one of the tours offered to the floating market which was really good. I also had a full body massage.
The room had a beautiful wooden bath that I would of loved to use but would of taken the whole time of my stay to fill

the concept of the resort is good . The rooms are ok .
The maintenance , the management and the staff are not good enough for the level and price of the resort . 100 usd by day and all garden , trees , areas are not maintained. The Jacuzzi is out of order . The pool walls are full of green algae . The doors of spa have big mushrooms on the wood. At 5pm we asked a glass for the beer , staff said that she will leave work and that the kitchen is far .
Entrance of resort is like Halloween decor for ghost .
Messy , Dirty , nothing finish , even the roof of the main door have many holes .
The breakfast is ok for Vietnamese soup and eggs booth but after the food buffet is very low quality .
No orange juice and 100 usd by day .
