Peaceful and Restful
Tiffany was a great host. Whenever there was a question she responded quickly and put us at ease. The house is at the end of the road but the atmosphere is peaceful. Enough rooms to sleep comfortably and enjoy nature. Everything is provided which made our vacation so enjoyable. We were able to have our morning coffee on the front porch before heading out to nearby stores and restaurants. Lake George Village is not far and it’s a nice drive to get there. Thank you for making our vacation so serene Tiffany.

We stayed at Tiffany’s Lake George home for a week in July 2021. It’s one of the best VRBO rental experiences we’ve had. The house is secluded with a huge yard. There are ample fresh (and extra) towels, pillows and blankets. The home is clean and super well organized. We’re a family of 6 with 4 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. We just felt like we were in our own home from the minute we walked in. One of the best parts is that the house is maybe a 5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants on the main drag in Bolton Landing and a 5-10 minute drive to all the boat rental places, hiking trails and horseback riding trails. It’s also 5 minutes away from an amazing beach with a great playground for kids on the beach (Vets Memorial Beach). Tiffany was a pleasure to deal with and gave us great recommendations of where to go and what to do. We are already planning our trip back next summer!

A Great Find
Tiffany was a great host, always available to answer questions, provide recommendations and check in to see if all is well.
She made the experience that much more enjoyable.
The house was in a great location of Bolton Landing, on a quiet street, with lots of space - both inside and out. Great rooms, thoughtfully designed, lots of natural light. Both old world charm combined with new amenities (dishwasher, washer and dryer for example)
From having outdoor meals on the back deck, playing yard games, napping on the hammock or a cup of coffee on the front porch helped us keep the vacation "vibe".
As it was centrally located, the kids were able to walk to town with no worries, for ice cream or family breakfast on the docks. it was also near the supermarket, walking distance.
The drives were easy for our excursions. Boating and Hiking were our prime destinations.
Highly recommend this house, and already thinking about coming back next year.

Solid house, quiet street, great location
Overall a very positive experience. The check in process was smooth and the house was as advertised. It was clean and stocked with everything needed for a family to cook. Great outdoor space. Excellent location a few blocks from town on a quiet street. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the small living room TV. Thank you for a great stay!

My husband and I with four adult children stayed for a week vacation
This house has a great location in Bolton Landing, a very short walk into town. It was plenty spacious for the 6 of us. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had dinner at the house most every night, so we really enjoyed the grill, deck and fire pit in back. (best wood for the fire pit at the Stewerts gas station $5) We also enjoyed the concerts in the park in town, the farmers market, lots of hiking, fishing and kayaking. The village of Lake George is not a long drive away if you want to check that out. We went there one evening to have dinner and see the fireworks. We would recommend this property for a stay in this beautiful area.

This was our second year at the Bolton Landing house. We enjoyed it so much last year, we decided to stay again; and we were not disappointed. The house was perfect for our group ( 7 adults ).
Walking distance to the village, beautiful private lot with huge deck with gas grill, large eat in kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 good size bedrooms and large front porch. Whenever we return to Bolton Landing, this will be our place to stay.

Memorial Day Weekend
I rented this home for Memorial Day weekend as a special treat for my daughter who just graduated from law school. We wanted to be able to walk to restaurants, etc. It was so spacious and immaculate. There were so many extras that helped make our stay even better. The backyard and deck were perfect and the adults played whiffle ball. We don’t have young children anymore, but it would be perfect for young families as well. We wished we could stay longer. I plan to return and stay for at least a week!

Wonderful property! Perfect location. So close to everything in town. Awesome vacation!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lake George is absolutely beautiful and there is so much to do. Bolton Landing is delightful and downtown is a two block walk to amazing restaurants and cute shops and 2 beaches. Quick drive to outlets, Lake George village, Saratoga, and Great Escape. The owner Tiffany was so attentive and responsive to our questions. She always responded within an hour or sooner. The house had everything we needed and more. Having towels and sheets at the property with beds made when we arrived was so nice. We brought our own backyard games and had so much fun playing KanJam on the beautiful and grassy lawn in the back yard. The deck and fire pit are bonus! The house is so spacious and comfortable with plenty of space to gather and find a spot for some quiet time. We highly recommend this property!!!

Lovely unique Victorian Home
We really enjoyed our stay in Bolton Landing. The home was just perfect for our needs and the back yard and fire pit were great for bocce and s'mores. Very quiet dead end location but still easy stroll to Main Street. Would recommend this home.

Lovely home. Well equipped
Everything. Great. Would like to suggest the following
1—get Scott toilet paper—- single ply and easier on the septic system and
2. —paper cups in bathrooms for washing out mouth after brushing teeth

Beautiful Victorian
Our group consisted of three couples and one single. I chose this location for two reasons; we had never been to Bolton Landing before
and the location was an equidistant drive for all of us.
I initially chose this property because of its charm, walking distance to the village and having four bedrooms. Upon further review, I was also drawn to the spacious interior, beautiful front porch, huge rear deck, spacious yard with fire pit and gas grill. The property also has parking for three cars. The four bedrooms are good size, two nice bathrooms, large eat in kitchen, nice living room and dining room.
Right from the outset, the owner, Tiffany, was in communication with me throughout the the entire process. It was obvious to me, as we entered the property, that Tiffany wanted everything to be just perfect for our arrival. She even had seven brand new Adirondack chairs on the deck for the seven of us to use.
Our group meets annually, always at a different location. We all agreed since this property has everything to offer, meets all our needs, is walking distance to the Village and of course offers beautiful Lake George; we decided we’re coming back to the same property next year....why mess with perfection.
