Our 4 bedroom/2 bath upstairs vacation unit has long been a favorite summer destination for cherished family beach vacations on 35th Street. We have enjoyed the privilege of hosting many of the same family groups year after year. And now, this duplex is available as a vacation accommodation all year 'round! Here's what you'll find:
LIVING/DINING AREA:
- Sofa and love seat set
- 2 side upholstered chairs
- Sliding glass door out to the front ocean view balcony
- Streaming Cable TV
- Open floor plan with dining area and kitchen
- Dining table w/ seating for 6; ceiling fan
KITCHEN:
- Breakfast bar w/ barstool seating for 2
- Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- All major appliances; small appliances
- Guests must provide their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
BEDROOMS:
- Primary Bedroom: King bed; Roku TV; en suite bathroom; walk-in closet
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed
- Bedroom #3: Queen bed
- Bedroom #4: 2 Twin beds
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
2 twin trifold floor mats, with extra linens/pillows, are provided. (Floor mats are best suited for children). Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of mats, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.

And every convenience is within easy walking distance: eateries, coffee shops, grocery store, shopping, nightlife, the iconic Newport Pier, the posh Lido Marina Village, and so many destinations in between! The beachfront boardwalk, which stretches 6-miles along the peninsula, is the best way to explore the town on foot or on beach cruiser. Guests can park their cars and not use them again until departure day!

Very nice place. Very close to the beach. The property has the best patio on the block. Hate the parking if you have more than two cars or have neighbors that literally sat out on the street to save parkings.

We all had a fabulous time! This beach house is beautiful and the proximity to the beach is perfect. My Escalade even fit in the carport! The home is spacious and comfortable. The only bummer was the lack of beach chairs/umbrella/sand toys. The beach towels left for use couldn't be any thinner and without laundry facilities I wish I'd packed REAL beach towels. Fun spring break getaway!

Great place! Spacious with plenty of storage, beautiful kitchen with everything you need, good beds and plenty of linens. Quiet too. We would definitely return. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in walking distance, and close to beach and the walk/jog path by the beach.

Overall a very spacious layout with large areas in the front living, dining and kitchen areas with bedrooms and bathrooms down hall to the back. Plenty of room for multiple family couples to each have their own BRs and then room to spread out up front. Also one of the larger upstairs decks we’ve had on our multiple stays with plenty of room to cook and hangout. Just a few houses to beach and boardwalk for walking or biking. Also great to be able to have online access for bike rentals with delivery and pick up at house which was especially time saving with our larger group.

There were a few things that could be improved. Like the hall toilet always ran, one of the lamps in the large bedroom leaned and fell over all the time. There were advertised four beach chairs, but there were only two. The sliding screen door needs attention. coffee cups and wine glasses were extremely small. The cooler I rented was initially not delivered. On the good side, my complaint about the rented crib for the infant was dealt with rapidly, which was very important, as well as delivering the cooler.
Overall a good stay, some neighbors pushed the limits on noise, but we had a good time and it was well worth it.

Amazing location to beach and bike/walk trail along the beach. So happy to have the dedicated carport so parking on street was always full.
The kitchen was nice and clean. Had every thing you needed to make meals for a family.
Rated lower on clean, because the caulking in the shower had black mold spots and missing sections.

We have been fortunate enough to visit Newport five times in the last three years. While all previous locations we have stayed have been great, this home and location has been our all around favorite. The house was clean and spacious. While definitely not a criticism, the booking process was a bit more involved than usual, but I would imagine this helps keep costs low. Again, not a bad thing. Just be aware of a few extra steps.

This property was everything promised, but what we didn't expect was how well maintained it would be! The carpets and paint inside were like new, and the furniture was sturdy and well maintained. Well done! There were ample bath and beach towels and the kitchen was decently stocked with all the basics necessities. There were plenty of patio chairs on the balcony that we pulled inside on occasion when needed. The close proximity to the beach was very much appreciated; even the neighbors were friendly. Remember when renting anywhere in this area that the houses are extremely close to each other, and noise travels. We were fortunate to have neighbors renting next door that were only noisy until the quiet time at 10pm. We appreciated having a dedicated parking spot, and it was super close to the local market. We will return for sure!

Location is great . This was our 2nd year staying there. Had a great time last year. This year condo was very dirty, ants on kitchen counter, refrigerator did not work properly. Could not keep popsicles frozen for the kids.

Wonderful location. Great space for families.
Great location for walking to sights, restaurants, and the grocery store. So close to the beach and beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards available to use. We loved having separate sleeping areas and the porch. The beds were incredibly comfortable.
The window coverings are for privacy alone and do not prevent light in which led to some early mornings for us - just an FYI if this would affect your sleep.
We would definitely rent here again.

4 houses from the beach
Location is amazing, 4 houses from the beach. The house had plenty of beach towels and the kitchen was full stocked. There was a reserved parking in the back of the house. The only draw back was there was no shampoo or conditioner or bath soap.

Great location and amazing home
We spent four nights here. It was very spacious and very clean and very nice. It was only a half a block walk to the beach. And it was only about a 15 minute walk to the grocery store at the most.We would all definitely stay here again.

Birthday/VD getaway
I really am happy we rented this home for a couple of days it was everything I wanted! Location, space, clean! Hands down will be renting again in future! We had a fabulous time. Check in/out very easy and management company great!

Overall Oustanding Experience
Stayed for 8 nights with Family. Total 9 kids - 6 adults, 3 kids. Plenty of space and spotless accommodation. Would recommend and will definitely try to stay here again.

Very nice property, great location
This property has beautiful countertops, nice appliances, and an excellent layout for more than one couple or family who are sharing a vacation home. I appreciated that the kitchen/living area was on one side of the apartment and the bedrooms were down the hall, separated by a door. Great for folks who appreciate their sleep while traveling with those who wake up early or stay up late. The apartment was clean and well stocked, and having a designated parking spot in a private carport was great. The location is wonderful. It’s a block from the beach and a relatively short walk to shops and restaurants. The only reason I can’t give a 5-star rating is that we had a bad experience with one particular person at the property management company on the first day. This put a serious damper on the remainder of our trip.
