Nice stay in the heart of Varna, next time I'll be back...

inside of Microwave wasn't clean; some food splatters (pasta sauce?) on walls in kitchen; 4th floor location of flat (no elevator) took some time to get used to; instruction manual for use of single room a/c's, correct use of (Bulgarian*-) toilet / location of garbage containers outside would be helpful; further: multi-language folder with location of restaurants, shops, post office, medical services, things to do, et cetera would have been nice... * Bulgarian style toilet = don't flush your toilet paper, put it in waste container instead & empty daily

This property is very good for families with children.

Excellent location, close to the pedestrian zone, a large selection of entertainment and restaurants to visit in the evening, and proximity to a large park with various attractions and the beach. Very interesting and stylish interior, in some moments even very originally decorated, well equipped kitchen has everything you need and in good condition. Covered private parking is also a huge plus.

The object is located in an old building on the fourth floor - no elevator. Difficulty with heavy luggage.

Great apartment in great location, thoughtful, flexible, and communicative owners. Well equipped and clean.

We liked everything. NB 4th floor apartment with no lift, so if you have mobility issues, this is something to consider.

All as described and I left with a great experience.

Location, amenities, comfort, parking and a great host. I had an early check-in and everything went smooth. There was everything I needed for a week long stay, many thanks.

Great experience, looking forward for a return trip!

Location is perfect in the city center with a free parking spot. Apartment is brand new, lovely decorated. And the host was very attentive. Whole experience exceeded our expectations!

Great location with parking

Location was great, especially that you have a closed parking spot included. The kitchen has all the items you need. Handy that you have a kitchen and a living room separated. WIFI was working good. Very clear instructions how to get the keys. Well done!!

One of bedrooms did not have an airconditioner, and no option to keep the sun outside. So it got very hot inside. There was a fen but not strong enough for the hot summer sun.

Location is fantastic, beds are comfortable, parking is safe and secure.

Location, location, location. Less than 100 meters from where you will want to be. Apartment is comfortable and quiet. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Parking is gated and secured. My family enjoyed staying here.

great place to stay, loved it

very clean and cozy. close to the center, the hosts are very nice. a big plus for the private parking. easy check in and check out. best place to stay over. for sure, I’ll return.

the bathroom is rather small and the shower is directly on the floor. there is no bathtub. there is no elevator, so it’s challenging with the luggages.

Great apartment offering local vibes!

Lots of space, convenient location, free parking (parking would be hard to find otherwise), communicative and responsive host, great neighborhood view from the balcony making you feel as if you were a local.

Not the host's fault, but the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Carrying heavy luggage can be challenging. The bathroom is small, and it's hard to take a shower without making a mess given the cramped space.

Very comfortable apartment, very close to the center and the beach, equipped with everything you need. Very good positioning of the rooms, clean, with 2 balconies. A big plus is that it has private parking. Communication with Kiril was very good. I will definitely return here whenever I come to Varna. Thank you Kiril

Superb

The location is perfect.

The stairs in the common area are ill maintained. The value is a bit more than the offered. After all, the property is old and this can be seen. It is kind of a noisy even in the inner room.

A beautiful design apartment, very comfortable, with all amenities. Central location within 10 mins walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Nice and helpful host, very easy to communicate with.
