Would be happy to use again.

Very comfortable bed and clean bedding. I was very pleased to learn that the accommodation is run for the benefit of local children's charity.

Accommodation a little tired but good value for money.

Didn't feel settled

We didn't have breakfast and the room was too small The TV didn't work then was replaced with a small one and couldn't get many channels on tv

There was a friendly, informative welcome, the street was mainly quiet and it was just 15 mins walk to the station.

It was simple and basic, plain walls, brown curtains, brown fabric headboard, a bedside light you couldn’t reach from the bed, a huge wardrobe (why?) in a relatively small room but it was clean and the bed comfortable. Shower had good pressure but I could only marginally vary the temp from scalding to hot. TV doesn’t do regular channels, just internet streaming, but at least it wasn’t tiny and tinny. Overall functional but not enjoyable. Pity, because the host was a very nice man.

The landlord was a nice friendly guy and very helpful, the accommodation was nice for what it is but needs some attentio

Excellent

A great place, we stayed for one night, on arrival we were made to feel very welcome. Sarj was an amazing host, he gave us a very detailed tour around the guesthouse and ensured we knew were everything was. The room was clean and tidy, we had a peaceful nights sleep, no disturbances from any of the other guests or outside noises. Check out was arranged to suit us which meant we didn’t have to get up early and rush. Thanks Sarj, will definitely stay again if we visit Docaster.

Located in a quiet and clean neighbourhood. The owner was exceptionally helpful and proactive The property is clean, well lit and well looked after. The common Kitchen was also well equipped with standard fridge, microwave and efficient counter top stove The owner and family are involved in making the customers comfortable and keeping the place clean. Bathroom is standard and all equipments are functional Wi-Fi works very well without a glitch Extra bedding and towels were provided for the customers I will definitely come back for another visit

Was happy to stay there on such a short notice and the help of the staff

There was no breakfast, just the bed. The bed was Good. The shower was small, however okay. Staff was very helpful. Cleanings was okay, it’s an older house, therefore hard to keep it clean.

large comfortable room in a quiet area . Host was very good . Only a short walk to the town centre.

I wish there was a kettle in the room rather than going down to the communal kitchen.

Great host nice room

The host met us at the correct time and showed us to our room. It is a private house with 5 ensuite rooms. The room is good at the price we paid, very clean with a very comfortable bed.

On street parking is limited and residential till 4pm
