Wake up to incredible views over Maggie Pond and the gentile trickle of the blue river just past your balcony. Everything you could want in a ski-in condo is right here at the base of Peak 9 and Maggie Pond. Shopping, restaurants, pool, hot tubs, ski storage and world class skiing.

Fantastic studio with gorgeous views of all of Breckenridge Resort. This is a beautiful condo with granite counters, a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bedding and a very comfortable pullout couch providing sleeping arrangements up to 4 people.

Right at the base of Peak 9 only feet from the Quicksilver Super Chair and the kids ski school. It is also right in the heart of The Village at Breckenridge and only a 5 minute walk to Main Street.

We arrived for check in and could not find the reception area as the entire front of resort was under construction and trucks blocked all the signs/walkway. After finally finding the desk they told us our unit was booked already ( not by us) after about 20 minutes of them talking back and forth someone says " wait Oliver called this morning and said your unit has maintenance so we are giving you a similar unit". NO communication from Oliver about either of these issues. We finally get our newly assigned unit. Basically a small hotel room with a small kitchen, fine for 2. The information packet talks about covid distancing( super old I guess). We needed pool towels. We called the desk services, Dead tone/doesn't ring. We text the services number to ask. I answer all the questions. Over an hour later someone texts " sorry I did not see your message". The coffee maker does not have filters that fit. There was 1 spoon in the unit for potentially 4 people. Finally we get into bed. IT WAS CLEARLY dirty sheets, not just a small amount of accidental hair but clearly dirty etc. No choice but to sleep anyway. Sent message to host using VRBO and He says what unit??? seriously ? Nothing got corrected. Then the next day our keys for the room and building stopped working, necessitating 2 more trips to the desk where they set up the room door but not the building door. I could never get ahold of the host directly and never got any feedback or resolution.

Fantastic location. Easy access to slopes and Main St. View from property is beautiful. My only critique would be the low quality bathroom kit (enough for one person to shower once) and the towels should be upgraded (they are pretty rough). I would definitely consider staying at this property again. Thank you!

Amazing location for walking to Main Street where there’s cute bars and restaurants. The condo area itself is also so cute and has some shops and restaurants/bars. Although it’s right in the heart of the town it is still quiet. Felt very safe. Condo had everything we needed and loved that the pool/hot tubs were open until 10pm! Amazing all around would stay here again!

We keep coming back to this property for the location and quality of the rooms. Great views, functional, somewhat tight layouts. Pool and hot tubs are great. It always seems that one of the four isn’t working. One downside: at check in we were told that VRBO guests are second tier status for parking and need to park (inside) across the street, somewhat inconvenient when the building seems to have plenty of parking downstairs.

The location was great for our 4 day ski trip. It was a 3 min walk to the lift and very close to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. The free storage for my snowboard on-site was an added bonus. A few issues: The cabinetry in the kitchen was a bit beat up. My gf noticed one of the panels under the island had slipped down at some point and the door under the sink was a little tricky. The bathtub faucet dripped all night long (we closed the bathroom door and that solved the auditory issue). Otherwise, the room was PERFECT. Even with the VERY MINOR ISSUES, we loved the property and would stay again.

Relatively small room but certainly well taken care of. Incredible location inside a Marriott time share. Check in was a bit clunky as the Marriot folks aren’t as helpful with other owner’s properties? Check out was a dream. Parking was in an adjacent building underground in a heated garage. You can store skis for free on site.

The location really can’t be any better. It’s so easy to jump on the lift right out the back door or be on Main Street from the side door to go to restaurants or shopping. I didn’t need to take a shuttle for anywhere I wanted to go. The location makes it a fantastic place to stay. The room has a great view and I loved being able to see the mountains from the bed and balcony. I was surprised at how good the view was from the room. The hot tubs and pool were great as well with a fantastic view of the mountains. Overall it was very clean and comfy. I looked at a million places when trying to decide where to stay and I definitely made the right decision in staying here.

Very difficult to get checked in. Needed info before stay and called Marritt. It is a “Marritt” hotel. It’s not and they couldn’t even find my reservation. They had to call the owner of the room we had…. So yes these are owned by people, not at all a hotel. Stayed for my wedding on Breckenridge and it was not impressive at all and honestly, my expectations weren’t high but it was just a place to sleep.

This is a Marriott timeshare property, we had access to all amenities, pool, hot tubs, activities, etc. Room over-looked pond, 6th floor, free laundry. Walking distance to Main St. (Food, shopping) and Breck free shuttle. Owner never responded to my inquiries and questions though.

The location and view from this condo are amazing! The inside was nice and clean and the bed was comfy. I'd recommend bringing some camping chairs to sit outside since the balcony doesn't have any chairs. Check in was easy, just go to the front desk like you would with a hotel. Parking was included in the stay.

Would love to come back here but need more space for four people. For a couple, it’s the perfect room. No AC but the screen door open all night at 50 degrees, listening to the waterfall from the river was perfection. View, location to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants is just out the door, all access to Marriott amenities but no housekeeping. Been to Breck a handful of times and this location can’t be beat. There was zero communication with the owner after booking but just check in at the front seat at the Mountain Valley Lodge by Marriott and they hand you a key! Would love to come back in winter as ski lift is just right out the door.

Overall, this condo is ok. It needs some TLC. Some things are scratched up and others look dated. The Marriott that owns this is the most basic Marriott property that I've ever stayed in. In my opinion, its the worst of the best that I have stayed in. That said, the location of the condo is very good. Its about a 5 min walk down town and right off of Peak 9 which is why we rented the place. I wish that the communication with the owner was better. I called a few times without a return call. I had to get VRBO involved and magically Oliver called me back. It seems that he was screening out my calls when I had a simple question. For that issue alone I would not recommend this property.

Oliver's condo was a clean and spacious studio. The shower had particularly great water pressure. Best part about it was how close it was to the slopes! A really fabulous ski-in ski-out option as a more reasonable price point than many other similarly-located hotels/condos.

My husband and I have stayed here at this location before, but first time reserved through Marriott. This time we found the same hotel but through VRBO, and much better nightly rate and view! The only problem was at checkin when the hotel staff didn’t have my name under reservation. Had to reach out to the owner for name correction. And then there was no “early checkin” like we first had experienced. Which was okay, but would’ve been nice to get in our room after driving 5 hrs on that dreary cold day to get settled in rather than spend a couple of hours walking around waiting to get checked in. Would I rent again, Yessss absolutely!

This was place was everything the listing and reviews shared. Perfect for a single like myself, a couple or a small family. The view was amazing. I was concerned about the lack of AC but just crack the door to the screened balcony and with the provided oscillating fan, nature's AC did not disappoint. Did I mention the view? The location is perfect. Main St is located right behind the lodge making everything within walking distance. Also located behind the lodge are ski lifts up the mountain making it perfect for ski season. All appliances are full size which helps meals. There's a Walmart and Whole Foods located 15 minutes up Route 9 on your drive into Breckenridge along with a few other eateries. I definitely will be back and will be contacting Oliver again. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
