Appartement bien agencé et bien desservie qui dépend surtout de la qualité des autres voyageurs présent en même temps qu

L’établissement est situé à 3 min du métro et est bien desservi en bus ce qui est un plus pour pouvoir visiter la ville. La partie commune est agréable et bien agencé comme la chambre d’ailleurs.

Les murs ne sont pas épais. Par conséquent si les autres personnes de passages dans l’un des autres appartements a décidé de faire du bruit vous allez l’entendre et encore plus si cela provient des appartements situés au dessus du votre. Je trouve que le ménage était fait qu’en surface. Le dernier jour avant notre départ il n’y avait même plus de papiers toilette c’était d’un inconfort sans nom.

Really great stay

The hosts were very helpful, they answered all my messages within minutes. Room was really clean, also there is a communal kitchen (coffee machine+ coffee and fridge avaliable) and a balcony. Perfect location

A lot of stairs and no elevator, but we knew when we booked. For us it was fine, as we are fit, but be aware if you have mobility issues.

Good choice for budget conscious travelers

Good location and very clean. Easy access. Nice terrace view of city. Just be aware it’s on the 5th floor of a walk-up.

Good value-for-money stay with sunny terrace

Very nice location, 5 minutes walk to metro towards city centre, and 2 minute walk from bus to El Corte Ingles

The walls of our room were a bit thin, so you could hear the guests in the room nextdoor. Not a huge issue if the other guests are calm however.

Very clean place

Extremely clean, comfy bed, Aircon, shower pressure was good.

Didn't quite anticipate how many stairs there would be. Also, and this is probably my fault, but I didn't realise the kitchen was a shared facility. Our bedroom (no. 3) was right next to the entrance so was quite noisy when people were entering/leaving.

Top Unterkunft!

Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten, Bad ist mit im Zimmer, ausreichend Platz. TV vorhanden (kein Netflix etc.). Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist top ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht und sehr sauber. An der Küche ist noch ein schmaler Balkon, dort haben wir manchmal gefrühstückt. Metro (grüne Linie) ist sehr nah, man ist super schnell in der Stadt und am Flughafen.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, erholsam

Einfacher Check-In, sehr sehr gute und detaillierte Informationen zur Anreise im Vorfeld, sehr sauberes (neu renoviertes) Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett mit riesengroßer Bettdecke. Gut klimatisiert. Man hat sich immer wohl gefühlt wenn man aus der Stadt ins Zimmer kam. Wir haben sehr gut und erholsam geschlafen 😌

Excellent location right near train station and several bus stops to get you around Lisbon. Only 6 euros to airport in an Uber. Shared kitchen came in handy- had a coffee machine with pods available

A perfect apartment for our four nights in Lisbon. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. The bathroom was also a good size too. Loved the balcony that comes with the room if you go for the higher category, which was lovely to enjoy a morning coffee on. Speaking of coffee, there's a shared kitchen on the main floor stocked with coffee and tea. There is also a large fridge you can put some groceries in, as well as elements to cook on. The working desk in the room and decent wifi made it a great place to work remotely from. The neighborhood is nice too. Though not in the center where most of the more touristy hotels are, it's easily accessible by transit, and the neighborhood feels a lot more local and authentic. There's many restaurants and bakeries nearby. Oh, and self check in was a breeze! Great communication from the hotel in advance! Would love to stay again some day!

Nice, clean place to stay.

I liked the fact that it is very clean. I am happy about it. Also, I like the bed. It was very comfortable.

I thought the all apartment is for us but actually, it is an apartment for sharing with other rooms. We had our own bathroom and WC but the kitchen is for everyone. That wasn't clear to me. Also, they don't have elevator, after a long day in Lısbon ups and downs on streets, we were very tired so I think next time I will definitely check for it.

Wonderful stay in great neighborhood to explore the city

Great stay with comfortable check-in/check-out, and really well located within walking distance to the “city center” and all things one wish to explore in the city. We walked home late (weekend) nights and felt secure all the way! The room was made daily so it was really clean, and the balcony was a gem for relaxation before, in-between, and/or after a day’s exploration. We would definitely stay here next time around in Lisboa.

The pillows were a bit hard, which might be good to know if one, like I, have a neck and back problem.

Cool appartment in good location

The appartment is in a decent area and has good connections to central Lisbon. The staff were helpful over our communication via booking.com. the appartment is clean spacious and has a nice shower.

Was a bit tricky to find but more my own fault. Lacks a bit of charm but it's still nice to go back to after a long day. The staircase is a workout with big luggage.

Lisbon visit for a football match

Comfortable bed, great air-conditioning and very big shower cubicle.

The only real issue is the fact the rooms are right at the top of the building which means having to climb seven flights of creaking wooden stairs. Definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Very clean, the staff super nice and helpful, the lady that was here helped us a lot and was very friendly. Also great facilities, such as the common room.

The property was perfect but the location was kind of sketchy.

Uncomplicated check in and really good price for an nice room. Very clean apartment and nice owner as well. Perfect place for an weekend trip to Lisboa. :)

It's unfortunate poorly soundproofed so you can hear the neighbors and staff members.
