This home was exceptionally clean, well stocked and adorably decorated. There was plenty of room and nice to have two bathrooms. I loved the fact that it was walking distance to the beach so some of us could go to the beach early while the others slept in and came down later. No use for a car except to explore and go food shopping. Its even walking distance to the Sundae School ice cream shop. Yum! Having the propane grill was an added bonus and nice that there was a full tank ready when the one was empty. The only issue with the home is no ac on the first floor. It was tough to get ready in the downstairs bathroom after a shower due to the heat. The downstairs mostly stayed comfortable, but did get hot in the living room. An in-wall ac unit would be nice on the first floor. Another issue was old dog poop in the yard. That is basically the fault of previous renters not being respectful and cleaning up after their dog. With those minor issues aside I would definitely recommend this rental and would consider renting again when in Cape Cod. C shopping.

Good overall. Just a problem with upstairs bathroom drain. AC units are noisy and only one bedroom has window that can be opened.

While the house itself & the location were perfect, we ran into a few issues w/ the management company.
The biggest issue was that the internet did not work at all. We called the management company to try & troubleshoot & they mentioned it was a known issue and the owner was going to be replacing the internet modem soon. The known issue should have been communicated prior to our stay. They mentioned we should be able to get onto the WiFi hotspot, which we were able to connect to, but still didn’t get us internet access. They sent someone to the house to test the signal and he was able to connect without going into the house, but ignored the fact we were able to get onto the hotspot, but it still didn’t give us access to the internet. We drove down Thursday night w/ the intention of working on Friday, but were unable to because of the internet. We traveled with 2 infants and were unable to set up their baby monitors because there was no internet.
We found rusted mouse traps sticking out in the yard. This was a hazard for both the children and dog; with this property being a pet friendly option this should have been addressed prior to check-in.
When we asked if we could check out later than 9am, they told us we had to be out by 10am, because the cleaners had a busy schedule (and no one else checking in that day).

Property is very close to the beach. House was clean and in good shape when we got there. We did have some issues with the electronic lock but we were able to call and someone at the rental office sorted it out.

We enjoyed the newly renovated Cale Home & location to the beach (5min walk!)
The home was lovely and well furnished. Would only request a later checkout option. Will be looking to book this property again.

Great location to beaches and town! Super quick walk to the beach, about 5 min.
Yard was great for our dog to run around also!

We spent a week in the Boston area by going on the heritage trail, eating great Italian food, drove to the tip of Cape Cod, spent a day on Nantucket rented a jeep and went to the northern tip, returned to Boston to see Boston Common, Cheers Bar, Boston Marathon Finish Line and finished up going to a Red Sox game. None of us had ever been to Fenway and that’s coming from Orioles fans. Just an awesome experience!!

Internet was poor and finally a new modem was brought as well as a hot spot. Problem with hotspot on Sunday stopped working and couldn't reach property managers. One frying pan, no teakettle, broken wine opener, one spatular, 4 different sets of 12 glasses. no condiments. Place very sterile. Mattress very cold, couldn't adjust heat using thermostat. Dog odor throughout house. Lost a day on the beach attempting to get internet to work as I had meetings to attend. Would like refund for the day.

We needed a place to stay for my three teenagers, my wife and I and our small yorkie for a weekend in September for a family wedding. This was a great spot for us personally local to everything we had going on. During the summer I could see how this location would be very popular as it’s walking distance to the beach as well as the ocean house! The home layout worked well for us and communication with Landlord company was fantastic. Thanks again!!

Hi this was our first time visiting Dennis Port & we really enjoyed it! The location is great ! You can walk to several small beaches which
was very nice ! We brought our dog, who loved the beach and sand .
Mornings on the beach were pretty deserted, so it was great for the dog ! Lots of restaurants were closed beginning of the week after Labor Day, so we would rent at the end of the week , if we come again.. Hoping to visit again next year! The only thing we didn’t like was the long narrow driveway , which you had to back out of, and the only way for more then 1 car is to park behind each other. Also there was a yard but it was mostly dirt, so every time the dog went out, you
needed to wipe her paws before she came back in.

Short walk to the beach but the public part of the beach is rather small.
House was exactly as described. Clean and close to the public beach plus a few good restaurants close by.

Relaxing hideaway
We really enjoyed the quaint cove neighborhood. Minutes walk to several small beaches, restaurants & the best ice cream on The Cape. The house was roomy and updated; with a great outdoor shower. Host was accessible & helpful! We had a great vacation:)

Great location, great house!
This house was lovely! Spacious open floor plan with plenty of room. Updated cape house was just what we were looking for. Very quaint and beach’s feel.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms were perfect after a long day at the beach and an outdoor shower! Downstairs got warm late afternoon, but with the cool ocean breeze, was never a bother.
Location was perfect! Waking/bike distance to 3 different beaches, a wonderful restaurant(the Ocean House), and Sundae School, plus more! Thank you for a
Lovely stay!

A great little hidden gem.
We just returned from this 'hidden gem'.
First the good, great location, short walk, 4 minutes, to the beach! Can't beat that! House has recently been renovated and was, clean and ready for use. A/C in every bedroom. Well appointed kitchen, but could use a few larger coffee mugs. Nice living room, dining room and several tv's. Our friends young son was with us and loved having his own TV.
The bad, and none of it is really bad, the driveway is narrow and while you might be able to get three cars in there, they would have to be back to back. First car in is bumming!
We love to cook out and the grill was only barely sufficient. Mostly because it would appear the drip pan is missing and hot flaming whatever would be falling to the ground, on the fuel tank etc. We used tin foil to close up the bottom but that needs to be addressed!
A final note, when we arrived there were no stools around the kitchen island, a few text messages later arrangements had been made, and brand new ones were delivered the next day! They also delivered a 2nd outdoor umbrella which we rigged to shade the back door (the sun was hot!). Thanks!
All told a solid 4+. Would recommend and return another year! The only think keeping this from being a 5 was really the grill which is easily addressed!

Good house in Dennis Port
Pros: great location, walk to beach and restaurants. Nice decor in house, very comfy beds with new mattresses. Very responsive, helpful rental agency.
Cons: No air conditioning on the first floor! We had days in the upper 70’s and low 80’s so it was tolerable but cannot imagine what it’s like in super hot days and fan in kitchen did not work after third day. Lack of plates/cookware in kitchen. Leak from upstairs bathroom went down to living room. Luckily it was quickly fixed.
Overall decent house but could use some improvements.

Great stay!
We had a great Cape Cod vacation! The house is nicely updated and comfortable! We had a few rainy days and was grateful for how great the house is laid out! With four adults and one child, we all had our own “space” if we needed it! My daughter also loved the upstairs “nook” with books and games. The location is great with the ability to use the small beach at the end of the road or walk to Sea Street. We also loved the ability to walk to Ocean House for dinner and drinks!

Summer 2020
We had a wonderful stay here. The house was clean and quiet with plenty of space so we (family of 5) never felt crowded. Kitchen was bright and open. The small beach at the end of the street was so close it was great to walk down even for a cup of coffee on the beach in the morning or cocktail at night. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This house was absolutely perfect! Hidden away in a quiet little neighborhood, we relaxed away the stresses of our daily lives. We are already looking forward to returning for our next "getaway"!!!
