This was my 2nd time staying at this property. Great top floor unit, spectacular views and location. Owner responded quickly to my text messages with issues (very wet shower mat hanging over shower door, very damp moldy smelling towels that were folded for us to use, light sockets that did not work; 1 was pushing into the wall when you tried to plug something in, master shower dial had piece broken off.) He explained it was the cleaning company and he would reach out to them and address this. I thanked him and explained stuff like this can result in poor reviews; I realize he is not nearby to check on these things regularly but needs a dependable cleaning co to manage the prop. The owner told me I could wash the towels to take care of the problem. I was very disappointed in his response. This was not a cheap rental. I did not feel I should be washing any towels. Then at 9:20 pm, on our last night, I received a text from the owner telling me the water would be turned off around 8:30 am for about an hour for some plumbing work and to please plan accordingly. Turns out the water never did get turned off and we were gone by 10:30 am. During all of this, the owner never once said the word 'Sorry' for any of the issues we experienced, including being told the water being turned off. Too bad, because it would have gone a long way and I would not be writing this review. The perception was that it was okay to inconvenience paying customers and that he owed them nothing.

The unit was beautiful. It was just as pictured. Spotlessly clean. The ocean views were spectacular. Very well appointed with all comforts of home. The host was very communicative. It surpassed our expectations.

The condo was gorgeous, but nothing could beat the location and beautiful views. Sitting on the balcony at night, listening to the waves crashing on the shore was the best. The water was incredibly warm. So many great restaurants and bars close by. It was a wonderful vacation!

The property was just as good or better than the photos. Communication with landlord was exceptional. Just a beautiful place to relax , loved the private beach with soft sand . Decided to not tour around and just stay the day at this home. Stunning view and nice size patio.

This house was our family vacation spot this year. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony, private beach, and beautiful kitchen where we hung out and played games overlooking the ocean. This was the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Cod ocean-front penthouse! It is very clean and includes everything you need for a luxury stay on the cape. The views are world class! Our host checked to make sure everything was perfect on the first day. It was truly a fantastic rental experience!

The penthouse was a wonderful spot to spend a relaxing few days. Located near so many of our favorite beaches, restaurants, etc. Well appointed with anything you would need. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets greeted us every day. Host was informative and responded to our inquiries timely. Look forward to staying there again.

We just had a beautiful mid October escape and this place was perfect. Relaxing morning coffee with sparkling water views in all directions, followed by memorable beach strolls with our Portuguese Water Dog, ending with spectacular sunsets on the deck. We stayed at this property for 2 nights when we went to a wedding nearby, and it was perfect! We had time to enjoy some of the surrounding activities and restaurants, and enjoy the amazing views from the unit and balcony. The unit was clean, the owner responsive about check in procedures, and it had everything we needed for our stay. I would be glad to go back for a longer visit! Highly recommend!

This property is beautful, and even though it rained for the four straight days we were booked, we still had a wonderfully relaxing time. The views are amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean. Love the remodeled kitchen and high end appliances. There are at least five really great restaurants within minutes of the property. The host was very kind and great at communicating everything we needed to know. He made himself available for any questions we had and was quick responding back to us. It was such a positive experience. Did I mention the ocean view was incredible? This was easily the nicest property we've rented on the Cape. Looking forward to spending some time here again. The penthouse was absolutely stunning with every luxury you could think of. The best views on the cape and it being Labor Day weekend there were firework views every night just sitting from the balcony. Will definitely be staying beret again.

We have been staying on the Cape all my life. 30 years! We have taken our daughter each year to Dennis and Dennis Port. This is our first time staying here. The unit is gorgeous with amazing views of the ocean. The private beach was prefect for all day beach activities with our daughter. Friendly neighbors and great location. While here this summer we booked our next stay in december to experience it in a different season. Loved every minute!

My partner (now fiancée) and I stayed at this beautiful home for a combined birthday celebration and secretly for me to pop the big question on her birthday after dinner in front of the fireplace looking out over the beautiful beach. We could not have been more overjoyed to spend such a special occasion here and now this will become an annual trip staying here to remember where she said yes and we celebrated our birthday.

Booked a short weekend getaway to the oceanside for my wife since the "beach is her happy place"... and it is in the middle of winter. Because it was near 0 F, we had to settle for "seeing" the beach since we couldn't actually sit on the beach. This place really DELIVERS on the ocean views! Both sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from this property! We really enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and sitting by the fireplace in the morning with our coffee. I can imagine a Summer stay would be amazing with the beach access and awesome vantage from the terrace. Yiping was a wonderful host. The pre-arrival communication was efficient and he was very responsive to questions. He checked in with us in the evening of our first day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction (of course, it was). We would definitely book again!

This is the perfect Cape location and the Penthouse was fantastic! Stunning views and the outdoor balcony was a wonderful place to have a cocktail and enjoy the ocean. The unit was clean and provided all of the amenities for an enjoyable stay. Yiping was a pleasure to work with and accommodated a personal request that allowed us to experience this unique property. I would definitely rent again!
