Pambula Beach is the hidden gem of the Sapphire Coast.We are 5 km south of Merimbula and only minutes from the historical town of Pambula with its country style pubs , boutique shops and the best bakery in the area - Wild Rye.
Edna's Ocean View is a boutique style townhouse. It is the perfect place for families, couples, bowlers and golfers who simply want to relax and unwind. If the unbelieveable views of the ocean do not get you , the sound of the surf will.
We are set amongst peaceful and private gardens and the only visitors you will have are the birds and the kangaroos who visit daily. We are only a 3 min stroll to 2 pristine beaches ( Pambula Beach or Lions Beach) and 5 min to the wonderful Pambula River Mouth Beach which is great for the young ones.
Pambula Beach has the safety of Pambula Surf Life Saving club, the only patrolled beach in the area.
Did you know that we are completely surrounded by a National Park on one side and the ocean and the river on the other - that is why we call it our little piece of Paradise.
At Edna's Ocean View we pride ourselves on attention to detail and quality.
Our well appointed townhouse sleeps 4 people comfortably - 1 king size bed and 2 twin beds , 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Our linen is of the highest qulaity - 100 % Egyptian Cotton.
Our galley style kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave , Nespresso Coffee maker and a toasted sandwich maker.
Our north facing sundeck overlooking the ocean is a perfect place to start your day with breakfast or that evening BBQ.
From here you can watch the beautiful parrots ,sea eagles,cookatoos and kookaburras as you soak up the sun watching the ocean.
For your entertaintment we provide wide Screen HD TV, DVD and CD player and docking station for your ipod or ipad. Our library boast a diverse range of books, games and jigsaws.
For nature lovers the area provides well maintained coastal walks along ocean cliffs and the river mouth - all offering superb views.
For the golfers we are only a 5 min drive from the 27th hole Pambula Merimbula Golf Course.
We are pet friendly for the well behaved pets as long as our rules are followed.
We are a non smoking property.

We've stayed in the house next door previously so we knew this was a great position. This house has comfortable sofas as well which on holiday is important. No problems with the wifi or the TV which can have issues in Pambula. The house was well equipped, beds very comfy and made-up with good quality linen. House layout is good as well. Loved sitting in bed looking out my window at the sea! Thank you for having us.

This property has everything you could ask for and more. The location is excellent, the house felt more like a home than a short term stay - all the bits and pieces you need to get very comfortable. The view was beautiful, bed was extra comfy, and we really appreciated being able to bring our dog. We would definitely stay again!

This property is a home away from home with the most incredible views of the ocean. We couldn’t believe our luck when we walked in after a long drive from Melbourne. The house was spotless which is important to me and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The set up was perfect for our family having separate bathrooms and everything you could wish for was there - loads of cutlery, cooking utensils, plates etc. Kids loved dvds and spotting kangaroos, echidnas and other wildlife. Pambua is such a beautiful, picturesque location. Don't hesitate to visit!

Great 80’s property with truly magnificent views of the beach- loved waking to see the sun rise over the water. Fabulous location to base ourselves and go for walks to Beow Nat Park, Bermagui and so close to the Pambula River. House had everything we needed, great range of dvd’s and kitchen filled with everything that you’d require. I’m definitely coming back! Thanks Robert and Mass for Edna’s house!

Felt more like a real house than a holiday house, which is a great thing. Plenty of space, good working kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and clean functional bathrooms. So close to Pambula river and just drive down the road to Merimbula. We explored the whole coast from here and it was really convenient. Clear and timing communication/instructions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully presented property that, in addition to the views from every room, provided everything you could possibly wish for. It is ideally situated close to the beaches and we especially enjoyed the daily swims at Pambula River Mouth.

Little slice of heaven
Edna's is a wonderful place to stay. Our family of four and little pooch loved the house, the well equipped kitchen (including great knives and coffee machine), the incredibly comfy beds and the fantastic view. (Just open the curtains to check the surf conditions.) Walks to nearby beaches and the river mouth were a highlight. We'll be back for sure. Many thanks Rob!

We absolutely loved this house and Pambula Beach.
The location is stunning with a great beach and beautiful river near by - South Coast NSW scenery at its best.
The house was very spacious for 4 adults and was very well equipped. The views from the bedrooms are beautiful. We liked the house layout and the fact that kangaroos were grazing in the front yard. Communication with the owner was also easy and efficient.
All up a highly recommended house and its definitely somewhere we would want to stay again. We were sad to leave!

The location is stunning with a great beach and beautiful river near by - South Coast NSW scenery at its best. Its also an easy drive to the beautiful Ben Boyd National Park.

Pambula Beach speaks for itself as a fantastic seaside escape and "Edna's Ocean View" tops the accomodation list for hospitality,comfort, cleanliness and outraegous, cineramic ocean views, I have to say.
You may have to take a running jump to make it onto the stately kingsize bed, but you will be ensured of a blissful nights sleep!
It' s refreshing lovely to be made so welcome at this blissful seaside retreat. Enjoy !

Calming and cosy
Edna's Ocean View was perfect for our stay at Pambula. We loved waking up to the amazing views every morning and the location couldn't be better. The house was immaculate when we arrived and we couldn't fault the beds, linen or towels. With beaches and walking tracks so close it meant for an ideal holiday with our dog too.
Overall we couldn't have asked for anything more from Rob or our stay here.

Edna's Ocean View was everything we had hoped for when we booked. So clean and beautifully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. Amazing views of the ocean and so close to the beach, walks and
bike path. It was great to be at a beach with a Surflife patrol with perfect waves for the little ones to learn to boogey board. Highly recommend this place!

Just perfect - everything we needed and a great location.
Recommended. Starting with the great communication from the owners about getting there and expectations, to the fabulous view, quality inclusions and handy location, this place was great. Everything in the house was well thought-out, clean, quality and covered most contingencies - we only needed to bring food. Those little extras like a decent TV, quality towels and linen, handwash and even an ipod/iphone adapter for the stereo. We appreciated being able to park the car in a garage and our small dog loved the beach - the locals and other holiday-makers at the dog-friendly Lions Beach were friendly with well mannered dogs. Great for a couple/small family.
