Прекрасно все! За двухнедельное путешествие по Италии самое лучшее место в соответствующей ценовой категории. Даже лучше более дорогих предложений. Великолепное местоположение, практически в самом историческом центре города, доброжелательный персонал, удобная частная парковка, прекрасный, номер, все удобно - доступ к стоянке, комнате. Чисто, удобные матрацы, свежий дизайнерский ремонт, большая душевая кабина. На окнах -сетки, в номере - тихо. На два номера - большая кухня-столовая, вся техника, кофе-чай бесплатно, возможно готовить еду. Все фото полностью соответствуют действительности. Настоятельно рекомендую.

Great location, very nicely decorated room and very kind help!

The location of Industrial Chic House is perfect - on a quiet side street right in the center of beautiful Orvieto. We came by car and we’re guided very nicely all the way to the property. This place is very nicely decorated - cool style! And our room was great. The sense for details was very clear - every little item was specifically selected with great taste. My wife and I lived staying here and will definitely come back again.

Superb

Lovely apartment in a perfect location, we were made very welcome by our hosts. Spacious and comfortable, with a nice outside seating area. A good sized secure parking place too, which we kindly encouraged to make use of for the remainder of our day in Orvieto

It isn't the easiest place to find and get to, our satnav had trouble finding the address, however the video that accompanied the booking was very helpful. It is daunting getting a large vehicle down the narrow streets, having said that, we managed it with a large people carrier, so it can be done

Amazing apartment and the location is perfect. Make sure your driving skills are up to the challenge

The apartment was beautifully kept and spotless. The man who greeted us was really helpful and the neighbours were friendly. Even the cats were keen to meet us! The location is perfect although the roads are incredibly narrow - it’s a challenge but we’ll worth the effort.

Highly recommend!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. Our hosts were wonderful and our room was very comfortable. The location was very central and an easy walk to the many attractions.

ok for a short stay

staff was helpful and friendly, particularly the woman who helped with breakfast- she was a gem. clean space and good location

room was hot/warm each time we returned from excursions. Air conditioning didn’t work. Opening the window cooled the room down after 30-45 minutes - the temperature outside was cool thankfully. The bathroom was oddly set up. I’m 6 ft tall and could not sit on the toilet without my knees hitting the shower.

Perfect

Great location! very comfortable. You need to be driving a small car to get to the property and park there (we were in a Fiat Panda). Highly recommend and would return.

Great setting in the middle of the old town, very clean and comfortable, Laura, the hostess was really helpful and nice. Really enjoyed the stay.

I would change the name as "industrial" does not ring with the character of the place, I would rather call it "Chic Apartment".

Fantastic clean and central accomodation.

Great modern accomodation right in the centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Having a lovely shared kitchen was great and the patio with table and chairs right outside was a treat in the evening. Absolutely Spotless accomodation.

Perfect to discover Orvieto

We loved the location, super central, the sweet little courtyard, the beautifully renovated house with huge shared kitchen. Just perfect! Check in was also very smooth and it was great to have a free parking space.

Very difficult to navigate the tiny roads even with a relatively small car. Challenging manœuvre to get in and out the courtyard. Just avoid moving the car for the length of your stay!

perfect stay and excellent value.

Lovely setting, patio, large common space with kitchen, great location, very comfortable room with all amenities. Parking at the property included. Particularly notable are the hosts Laura and her son. They went out of their way to arrange a Covid test for me (needed PCR to fly home) and Laura even guided us to the lab and assisted me in filling out the application. They are very special hosts.

Amazing place in the heart of Orvieto! 🤍

This property was really fascinating- right in the centre of this charming town! Very comfortable furniture, parking spot for the car, some very cute details like pink microwave, very polite staff. We were late with the check-in but it was not a problem for them and apart from that, when we were leaving they let as leave the car there for couple of hours… We would definitely come back! 🤍

Superb

everything is very good, especially the bed which is incredibly comfortable. The owners and people working there are super nice and friendly.

There is not really anything I did not like, perhaps getting there for the first time is a bit tricky. But nobody can be blamed for the location of the house and the structure of the cicty.
