Bastante agradável.

Localização central, asseio do local impecável, decoração acolhedora, bastante luz natural, colchão muito bom, com o essencial para refeições.

Apartamento frio- havia aquecimento mas devido à não existência de portas nas divisões excepto casa de banho, era difícil de isolar o calor numa divisão de modo a estar confortável para a presente altura do ano. Pouca duração de água quente no duche-impossível tomar banho com tranquilidade sem preocupação de que água iria ficar fria, os banhos tinham de ser bastante rápidos. Casa de banho muito húmida, impossibilitando que os atoalhados secassem adequadamente e não havendo alternativa para os estender noutro local. Também na casa de banho, cheiro recorrente a esgoto, tínhamos de manter a porta sempre fechada.

Not much to say there.

The communication with host was close to nothing. Tried to phone, just got a "cannot talk now" and then the phone was blocked. No information in the apartment, not even a map of the area or a little "welcome here",no information where to put the garbage. The view (from the description) turned out to be a view in a narrow street, looking onto an empty house with graffity, a parked car and garbage. So the description is simply not true. Heavy construcion and demolition work going on in the neighbouring house.

First class accommodations

Exceptional apartment. Lovely decor, well equipped kitchen, very nice shower and bathroom. Digital tv with choices of films. Good location with lots of cafes and shops. I arrived early and the cleaning staff let me store my luggage in the hall while she finished.

The stairs are a little steep. Don't bump your head.

corridor is small and top of tht cupboard on the way to apartment makes it bit difficult to get in the apartment

Jazmim place is amazing. The location is perfect, as you can go walking to the old town and the beaches. There are several good restaurants near by as well. And the studio has everything you need.

Not a good experience.

The location, the size of the room.

No clean towels in the bathroom room. Only a pile of dirty towels. The bed was not properly done and hair on floor and bed.

Delightful cosy apartment and excellent value for money.

This is a small space but creatively renovated into a delightful, cosy apartment on the second floor of an old building. Stairs only which are rather steep but well worth the effort when you get to the top. Exceptionally well equipped, especially the kitchen. Very nicely furnished with attention to detail. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and good Wi-Fi. Perfect for a couple. Pingo Doce supermarket is less that 10 minutes walk away next to the municipal market. Lots of bars and restaurants and lots of interest in the town. Within walking distance of either of the 2 train stations. We only stayed for 3 nights but could happily have stayed for much longer! Highly recommended.

Great place in the center of old town

Great studio with well equipped little kitchen. The apartment is central location near many good restaurants, did not had a chance to use the kitchen ;). Pictures in the add show 3 different apartments in the same 3 story building. We stayed on the second one. Building is next to a bus stop and 10 min walk from train station.

Fantastic, so cosy

Very quirky decoration and everything thats needed was available. Coffee machine, pans, plates all cooking facilitues etc. The bed was comfy and very cosy room with good lighting from outside if windows are open. Wouod really recommend it for a cosy peaceful place to stay if you're on holiday in Setubal or just need a place to be.

There was a bad smell coming from the drains but i think it was from outside because of building works.

Location was very good with nice restaurants around.

The sofa was very squeaky and not very comfortable. Place was a bit small for the amount paid. Bit noisy if you want to work from home.

Nice place, very central

The place is beautiful, nice decor, very equipped with everything you need. Very close to restaurants and shops for the money you pay is more than worth it.

Great, cozy comfortable stay, clean and tidy room, great kitchen - 100% recommend!

A very nice apartment to stay, cozy, comfortable, new, clean and tidy, with a cool kitchen and in great style. The host is very friendly, speaks good English. The wi-fi is fast, area silent and close to everywhere. I absolutely recommend this apartment to everyone staying in Setubal!
