This was a great resort that is well run with great staff

Excellent staff. They were eager to please and very pleasant. The breakfast was great and the the room was very clean. It was a perfect place to relax if you want to get away from the crowds.

I wouldn’t have changed anything.

Melidonia Suites is Heaven on Earth!

The accomodation, staff, views and food were absolutely perfect! Rooms were incredibly clean. The staff were so kind, thoughtful and discreet. The food was unbelievable - best food that we have ever had. We loved eating on the terrace by our private pool watching the beautiful sunsets. Melidonia Suites has it all. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Beautiful suite, even better staff!

Beautiful rooms, fantastic service (best we’ve ever experienced, lovely people and there was nothing they wouldn’t do for us), amazing food (chef was brilliant, everything made fresh and the breakfasts were insane!). Just amazing. Views were incredible, housekeeping was brilliant. Can’t say enough good things about it!

Our stay at Melidonia was a perfect mix of comfort, top service, and stunning views

We recently had the pleasure of spending seven wonderful days at Melidonia Suites, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Location: It's perfectly situated to make the most of your Santorini visit. We were close to many attractions, and the views were simply breathtaking. Cleaning: Every day, we returned to a spotlessly clean room. Evidently, they pay great attention to detail and prioritize the cleanliness of their guests. Food: We were always excited about our meals: delicious options and fresh ingredients made every dish a delightful experience. Staff: Every member of the team made our stay memorable. They were always smiling, warm, and eager to help. A special shout-out to Dimitris and Sophie, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home. Their kindness and genuine care made a significant difference in our trip. Transfer Service: The transfer service was comfortable and efficient, a lifesaver, especially during the rush seasons and the island's busy traffic moments. We strongly recommend taking advantage of this if you're visiting during peak times. Activities: The activities offered by the suites were a highlight. Everything was flawlessly organized and truly enriching, from the relaxing massages to the exciting cruises, wine tours, and highlight tours. If you're considering a visit to Santorini, Melidonia Suites should be at the top of your list. It's not just a place to stay; it’s an experience you won't forget. Good

The breakfast was lovely. The staff were lovely and super attentive and always able to help. Taxis were easy to book and very well organized by Melidonia. The drinks and treats were a lovely touch.

The location was a bit disappointing for us as everywhere was a taxi ride away - this is no reflection on Melidonia but is a lack of research our side. Our balcony area was regularly frequented by a family of 4 stray cats which made eating outside impossible due to allergies. I don't think the price is reflective of the location and next time I would stay more centrally for a similar amount. There was also a huge pilon and wire in our view which I don't feel the photographs accurately depict.

Highly recommended for couples seeking luxury in a beautiful yet quiet location.

Luxurious, 5 star property in a fantastic, quiet location. Even in the height of summer, it can be quiet breezy and cool in the evening, compared to more sheltered parts of the island but do not let that put you off. The suites are modern and well designed. The staff are a credit to the management, discreet, professional and efficient. Breakfast served on the terrace each morning was beautiful. Communication was excellent throughout and we loved the lovely surprise drinks when sitting out on the terrace. I’m quite fussy when it comes to selecting accommodation and would recommend Melodonia Suites to anyway who wants a relaxing, quiet and luxurious stay in Santorini. 3 lovely restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance and many more within a further 5 or so too.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Sophie from the reception department. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable

I couldn't swim in the pool because it was too cold The suite we stayed in was uncomfortably hot and the air conditioning was not sufficient to cool it down

Amazing view and amazing clean hotel beautiful new modern

We loved the location, cleanliness and amazing hospitality of the staff. We were a family of 5 and we were very comfortable in this huge beautiful villa. The view was so pretty in the morning and the breakfast was so fresh and made with love. We would definitely pick this location and hotel again. It was nice and away from the traffic and craziness of the main towns. The staff also accommodate you in anything you need.

The decor was modern and very clean. The views were breathtaking.

There was a small ant problem on the exterior pool area initially. However the staff responded quickly with treatment to prevent ants from coming indoors. It located a bit far from Oria (nice restaurants and shopping) but can be managed with a taxi.

Absolute heaven. Located in the incredible Akrotiri area. My boyfriend and I stayed at the honeymoon sweet and were absolutely astonished! Beautiful 3 story suite with a breath taking view. The suites and property are spectacularly clean, spacious and quiet. Each room provides for amazing views, but are private at the same time. The staff is one of a kind! Sophi and Dimitros went out of their way to assist and address any request within minutes! Sophi, Dimitors and the whole Melidonia staff are super kind, intelligent and excellent communicators! Top service! The venue offers various services and activities including massage, delicious meals and so much more! We absolutely recommend booking a massage and treating yourself to the chef’s meals on the outdoor terrace the suites have. We absolutely loved both the outdoor and indoor (heated) pool our suite had. Any question, request, or recommendation you would need will be addressed here happily, professionally and efficiently! One of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had !!! 10/10!!

Absolutely beautiful experience start to finish. Views were unmatched, lovely private feel and quiet villas, perfect as an escape from a busy lifestyle. The staff were unbelievably accommodating and generous, particularly Sophie and Koyes who accommodated to our every need. One of the most luxurious experiences we have had.

The property is beautiful and clean. we had booked the honeymoon suite, the layout of the suite was nothing I had seen before, it was very well planned. A brilliant experience and the view from our room was breathtaking. The staff we’re really attentive and responsive, whenever we needed something we would message the reception and they responses within minutes.

The property is a little further away from the main town, therefore we required a cab to travel which is costly if your doing this everyday. Unfortunately we were not able to use our private pool because the water was too cold and the heating facilities are no longer available. This was one of the main reason why we booked this room, so was slightly disappointed when we heard the news on arrival.

-the breakfast is well prepared and has a good variety. amazing coffee -heated swimming pool is clean and looks good in photos -very efficient room service -amazing view -good air conditioner and purifier

- 15min walk to town centre and bus station - the cleaning staff didn’t give us new body lotion and hair shampoo when they were running low - there isn’t wall/fence around the house, which means the garden and swimming pool is not very private. if you live in the lower suite, your swimming pool can be seen by others.

What can is say.. they upgraded our suite (which already looked amazing) upon arrival to a villa which was one of the biggest and nicest accommodations we had the pleasure of staying at during our visit to Santorini!! the breakfast was on point!! the views were stunning!! we never stayed on this part of the island before and after our experience at Melidonia we will definitely put it at the top of our list next time we visit the island!! the best thing about the property were the staff!! really made you feel welcome and took special care of all our needs!

Every day was better than the next and we were able to truly enjoy every moment.
